She is the best manager Ive had because she is attentive, fair with everyone, always finds the best solution to every problem, and most importantly she listens to our concerns.

Costa is a good company to work for,i myself started as a unloader move to supervisor within a year,that means the company was noticeing my hard work and dedication...will reconmend this to everyone

As a truck driver I come to HEB in San Antonio to deliver quite often. These folks just make lumper prices up as they go. They are slower than molasses and bad mouth truck drivers, one of them said y’all don’t know what it’s like to lump this stuff, a straight pull off no breakdowns and they can’t give you a price until they are done then they say they had to breakdown every pallet which I know was bs the ti-hi was 5-11, 5 per layer 11 layers high that’s the exact way the product was already shrink wrapped on good pallets. Then they charge you $374.00 and part of that is a convenience fee for taking a check. More like a little extra money in their pockets. If I had a choice I’d unload all my loads but the company I work for doesn’t always have extra pallet jacks. These people are scam artist and just rip trucking companies off because they can get away with it. If I could give zero stars I would. Reading the reviews makes me laugh. The only good ones probably got the employee a $$$ bonus. Then a response to a driver says to talk to nana her about lower fees, like that’s going to happen. They couldn’t even give me a set price on a straight pull out.

Yes they drug test via mouth swab so be careful, other than that the hiring process is quick, as in, apply today and start tomorrow.

Worked at Costa for 5 months worked is good a lot of hours - I was moved around from home dock to cover special requests but my home dock PDC was a good place to work - other guys that were there for a long time gave me tips on how to do my job - a good team until i had to move back to Chicago

The most expensive unloading service Ive ever experienced in 18 years that I have been in the transportation industry..... $430 to unload a truck that you can go to Walmart and have unloaded for $50 makes you go huh... The last time I was here before this time they charged $485...... Really need to think about ,Why it is so much????

This is a very unprofessional company. The Costa solutions, (a contract company) in Houston, TX is unorganized, the HR department will not take your calls or help you, and management will make up false allegations on you to get you terminated, with no paperwork to show you. Do not waste your time.

Do not take a load delivering to any place that Costa Solutions unloads your truck...I showed up 30 minutes b4 my scheduled appointment , 3 trucks ahead of me , its now been 4 hours and they havnt even started..Completely unorganized, inexperienced kids are in charge here at : 4900 industry park dr., San Antonio, Tx.....Company HEB

Efficient Crew and great management

When they worked at the HEB they were the rudest and disrespectful people with the drivers, they did not even respond to a good morning, they looked at the drivers as garbage, I am very glad that they no longer have to see them in the HEB, they lack human talent and a training in customer service.
