Honestly, did not think the Practice Acquisition course was very helpful. Especially lacking in the Valuation and Due Diligence component. EBITDA was defined but not explained very well. Proforma was brought up but not explained very well. There were no examples to reference. Was expecting a lot more detail centric information, but got more generalizations and common sense points. Best way I can put it is, I imagined after taking this seminar I would feel confident acquiring a practice, but in reality I dont feel any more confident at all. Not worth the price.

Did Not help very positively when we needed advise to help a failing doctor in Longview.Advised clinic owner poorly and as a results 10 within 3 months staff were advised to be terminated or they were forced out of this practice including myself.Given horrible advice.
