Took my son to this barbershop for the first time based off reviews and I wasn’t very satisfied with my sons haircut. It was decent at most. I showed the barber a photo of what we wanted and the end result was nothing like what I showed him- I understand it won’t be exact but it was just too far off from what we expected. I waited for about 40 minutes only for him to finish my sons haircut in about 15 minutes which is usually way less time than what I’m used to. He didn’t bother to clean up his edges or even cut the top of his hair a little shorter like I requested. I’ll be taking him back to his usual barber tomorrow to fix the haircut. Lesson learned. We will definitely not be back nor would we recommend. I still paid and tipped well because that is the correct thing to do- I was just highly disappointed. Barber: Moe Vee.

Richard cut my hair great the first time, so I came back. The guy who cut my hair this time appeared to be very inexperienced, and I actually didnt see a barbers license posted anywhere. The haircut took forever, but turned out OK. The main issue was payment - didnt accept credit cards and wouldnt make change (I had twenty dollar bills and the haircut cost $25). The first time I came here, I paid with a credit card. The guy said I could go to a store and get exact change or download Cash App. So I paid with Cash App. I get its 2021, but if you cant make change for cash then you have to accept credit cards and just charge a fee like every other business. Wont be back.

I went to this barber shop as a walk in and was treated very well. Ismael “Gizmo “ was my barber and I will say I was very impressed. He asked how I wanted my haircut and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I was able to have my beard lined up as well. I would definitely recommend this barber shop to anyone looking, more specifically Gizmo. Great atmosphere and great conversation there. 10 stars if I could.

Richard has been cutting my sons hair for the past 8 years and always does a great job. Hes very reliable, accommodating, and very patient with him. Not only has he be cutting my sons hair, but hes been cutting my father in laws hair for the past few years as well. If you are looking for a barber with reasonable prices, who is attentive to your hair cut requests and always exhibits professionalism, this is the place to go. Id highly recommend him to anyone.

I understand the pandemic makes business have to change their usual model, but with no sign or anything indicating an appointment was necessary just an open sign. So I walked in, and I wasn’t greeted I was just asked if I had an appointment and when I said no I didn’t realize they didn’t offer any explanation or anything really despite only 1 other person was waiting in the lobby. I guess my business isn’t good enough to worth helping but I’m very disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of professionalism. I’m never going back and I’m sorry to see the pandemic bringing out the worst in employees. Good luck Richards with staff like that business will be very hard for you.

I have a special needs son and Richard has been cutting his hair for several years. I am so happy with the way he cuts my son’s hair and deals with his periodic behavioral issues that I have followed him wherever his shop happens to be located. He is extremely prompt, has reasonable prices and bonus...I have been taking my son to him for so long I don’t even have to tell him how to cut his hair. He already knows what I want and we are in and out quickly (I always text him for a same day appointment). My father has also gone to his shop for years as well and I have recently gotten my fiancé to get his hair cut by him as well and he was extremely pleased with the results. FYI, the other barbers in his shop are excellent as well.

Haircut was great, however theyre business manor is lacking. No phone number on the door??? No mention on the hours on the storefront . Im a businessman with time is precious. Information is very important to plan your schedule. Im going to still go there but, come on guys you want your customers to bring you heads. Let us know when we can.

Just spent 40 minutes of my life wasted. No sign in sheet no apparent order or organization. Walked in and greeted with “what’s up bro”. Sat down and waited. Looked around to see who was here before me. Appeared as friends or prior clients walked in, they just proceeded to their “bros” chair. Not like I was hard to miss. Stopped by many times and had good barbers. Today I had a one that should not been in the business. He jammed the hair clipper into my neck with a force. I thought he would break my neck. I told him I have a mole and asked him not to cut it he cut it anyway and it was bleeding . This happens when they do not listen to their customers and chat to much with the other folks in the shop. For me it means looking for another barber.

Ivan Najera was my sons barber and his haircut was on point. He had alot of patience with our toddler who was a bit of a handful on getting his haircut in a different atmosphere. But ivan made everything smooth sailing in finishing up his haircut. I definitely recommend him

My review is strickly on the customer service side of this business. I arrived at 10am to get a hair cut. There was only 1 barber and he had 1 person ahead of me. I asked if 30-45 mins was about the wait time and he replied another barber is here now at that time the other barber entered the shop and proceeded to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee and some breakfast tacos. With 3 customers waiting for cuts at this point. I decided if he cared that little about customers inside the business he works for then my resulting cut would show that disregard. Will not return .

This was my 4th time going there. My son was past due on his haircut. Service is usually great until this past Saturday. I tried explaining to the barber how I wanted my sons haircut. He tells me right away that he cant do what the previous barber did and starts insulting the lasts barbers haircut. This was so awkward because the last barber was literally standing right across from him. He brags about how good he is. I let him cut my sons hair. During my sons haircut he makes conversation only once with him. In the end, my son and I were not impressed with the haircut. It was probably the worse haircut since we have been there. Sadly we will most likely not be coming back. I loved that it was down the street from me and prices were reasonable. My advice would be to try to listen to the customer, dont insult the previous barber and get to know your client regardless of his age.

I suggest highly do not go to This Barber Shop. Race Segrigetion. If you arabic speaker there you go this is a place for you but if you black that is not a place for you. I was there to get haircut they told,me there is no,line i was waitting for about an hour, people who came after me arabic speaker they get haircut about 5-6 of them still waitting. Even they finish they were not busy both the,haircuter they just,eating their snack i ask the guy,if,he is free he,said,to,me hel no.This shouldnt be happened in united state of America. I could give 0 star but there is no,opition to do that.

Although the ppl working there seemed very friendly, they really dont put timeliness into consideration. I tried to be patient, and waited for 30 minutes, and most of the barbers were still with the same clients when I didnt wait no longer. I understand building rapport with your clients is important, but not at expense of other ppls time.

I’d put 10 stars if it was an option. “Ricky” has been cutting my hair since 2012 and I’ve never wanted to go anywhere else. He’s been my sons only barber for 8 years since he was 1 and there isn’t anywhere else I’d rather go.

I have been there twice my first experience was alright but last time its was litrely horrible experience.Im in a customer service buissnes i really didnt want to say something in front of other customer but the guy Richard cut my hairs and he didnt pay attention at all then Mohammed fixed my beard and he talks a lot and he messed with my beard i asked him twice with my slow voice to fix my beard from here and there but he was like no no you good they really charged a lot and i payed really good tip as well because I dont wanna go there again they really need to improve there customer service

Went in to get a high bald fade, the same cut I have been getting for who knows how many years. This guy didnt even do it right the first time around asked him to fix it and make it bald on the sides the way i asked and actually fade it. On his 3rd try I gave up and just said to leave it never going back to this place
