Just by starting to say I been a customer not just a customer but a loyal one .in regards. Need more accountability from your barbers . Meaning your shop opens at 8 but just one barber in shop at 8am next barber to wal in is at 11am when u have 3 to 4 walking a sitting waiting to be taking care off! Barbers work by appointments but appointments are not met with accurate timing . Also barbers that appointments havent gotten their yet or cancel on them some of them sit and dont take any walking a cause they only work by appointments. This is a trend I see thats been going on for a few years now. Somethings got to change regarding barbers mentality on how and when the going to serve customers on a timely matters. What type of business of a shop is run waiting on the weekend the busiest part of the week barbers are walking in 11am 1130 am to work . I know am not the only customer to say loyal customer thats been going to your shop but ya just lost a good customer that always left good tips for 4 plus years something has to change if your business wants to progress to high standards. God bless $$$$$$$$$$ is what pays for your rent and Bills and needs got to implement a system in you shop this way loyal customers would like and love been serve by your shop . Thank you stay safe

Make sure you go to a barber that is capable. Sit with Mark or Marko or another that has been at this shop for a min.This is a very capable place that can do you right but I had a bad experience with a rookie.Wont happen againI lost 4 inches of beard, side burns and mustache are uneven and knicked me twice below the nose and I still have to go home and trim down my own sideburns.

I have been looking for a barber forever. Ive ended up with a bad cut from barbers who didnt listen to what I wanted or just werent skilled. I made an appt with Martin and he was great! I got in the chair in a reasonable time and left in one also. Did exactly what I wanted. Low drop bald fade was great. Glad its close to my house.

Highly recommend this place Omar the Barber always gives me a clean fresh haircut. He trims and shapes my beard very nice at a competitive price. Do yourself a favor and check this place out

Went for the first time and got the best haircut in SA in a long time.

The barbers are awesome and really talented but they dont take care of their walk ins. Be prepared to wait a few hours. And forget about bringing your kids with the type of music they play and the cursing. But if you have a regular barber there and no kids its a good place.

Make sure you DO NOT get cut by Joey/Joel! He will butcher your hair and take a long time doing it. I shouldve known when he first started talking to me, asking me repeatedly what kind of haircut I wanted. Then the barber next to me finished 2 haircuts while I was getting cut by Joey. I had to leave soon, getting closer to the time school let out so I paid the guy and hoped hed do a decent job but after taking a shower it was ridiculous. I called and spoke to the manager, like I figured Id have to get fixed by the barber that messed me up. Joey seemed shocked and excited when the manager told him he had a customer on the phone. (Sorry buddy, it was me! 😑) Joey did offer to help and again asked about 2.5k times how I wanted it cut, but this time Ill be taking my business somewhere else. Thanks but no thanks. Im just glad I had a baseball cap to cover up for about a week.

What was frustrating is that I walked into the shop today, 7/16/2017 at 1:48pm, to get a cut and I saw barbers waiting around for 20-30mins waiting on their clients to show up for appointments. I understand that those clients come first but if theyre late it means MOVE ON! I finally gave in and left after two hours. I saw barbers on their phones and just sitting around like they didnt have walk ins waiting in the lobby. I just hate that my first time going to this shop everything went great and now I wont be returning.

Idk it looked sketchy, saw a bunch of trucks in the parking lot at 0130am so I pulled in the parking lot tried to ask some guy in a diesel f250 if they were opened he closed the window picked up what looked like someone who worked there then did a loud burn out and took off another vehicle which looked like a black dodge Durango pulled up next to me and I was going to ask them if they were opened but they did a burnout also and left.... So guessing wth maybe it was just a couple of customers. I started to park and saw three chunky guys, one who had his shirt off and other two in wife beaters looking like they were beating something up so I bounced. Thought it was weird that it was 130am. Horrible place thanks for replying, edited to one star yall really shouldnt attack your customers, telling me to get a hobby Common your hobby is cutting hair at 130am. Guess VIP means being a druggie. FYI this is their response to mine since it was deleted....... Ya shop is closed at 130am unless you are a vip after hours cut but instead you decided to write a review about it find some friends or a hobby

Terrible place my barber spend more time texting than cutting my hair. When finally touch my head it would just rush through it then use the blade without any lubricant burning the back of my neck. Way overpriced for the type of service you get.

My husband went to this Barber Shop yesterday for the first time & he had a barber whose name was Marco. He completely ruined my husbands hair. what should have been a simple cut was all screwed up. Im furious because the service was way overpriced especially for the crappy service!! Be warned people.

I had to give it one because theres no option for NO STARS!!! If you have a free 2-3 hours, like to be ignored, and not spoken to by any barbers, then go here and WAIT and be completely invisible! We went and walked in and signed in and was there from 1:30-4. There were AT LEAST 3 barbers who were just there in their chairs with no clients and just sitting there. They never got their list or even made an attempt to come to the front of the shop to see if they could take care of someone. Absolutely horrible! I would never recommend this place!

Middle of the day been calling for 2 hours no answer. Who runs a business like that bro? Based off reviews I figured it would be wise to call ahead. But looks like either walk ins or people who call ahead just cant win at this so called barber shop.

Worst experience in my life literally. Dude named Mike pushed my line back so hard it look like it was done with a butter knife. This guy literally recreated my line. Then he says “I was gone bring it back on the other side”, like really? I told him all the precautions about my hair and he still dropped the ball. Beware!

Need a fresh cut? Stop by and ask for G, crazy taper fades and razor line up from God. My boy holds it down everytime I come thru, nothing but positive words for this place. Does get a little busy around 2, always best to call ahead and set an appt.

The service was terrible, not a place for kids or anyone who is looking for a respectable place to get their haircut, I could hear loud and clear one of the barbers talking crazy about a client and his family. I draw the line at disrespect towards your clients. So instead I took my business less than a block away. That place was on point.
