Great service, timely, and professional. In addition to my oil change, a courtesy inspection was also made , documented, and texted to me informing of overall status and any upcoming maintenance that may be required. My service advisor, Brandon Ferguson, was courteous and informed me of the status and any immediate needs they might recommend. I was very pleased with their service.

Good customer service and nice shop is why i went there. Poor quality has me afraid for my car. Had more issues after i left the shop.First service i had there, picked up the car and the accessory belt wasn’t on.Second service, they forgot to tighten down the reverse lockout on the shifter. Popped the hood a few days later and saw 2 loose bolts ringing around, engine cover installed wrong, hoses routed different then when i dropped it off. The superficial issues aren’t a big deal but have me afraid for quality of repairs deeper in the engine/trans.They said some vacuum lines underneath were melting (fully functional) so they replaced them. 2 weeks later the hoses they used had dried out and broken causing a severe vacuum leak and the car over boosting.The guys up front are great. Gave me a ride to the car rental place/ran me home when it wasn’t ready.

First time going to this branch. Had my truck serviced here. Tried setting appointment online but my preferred time was unavailabe so I called the store number and was answered by an actual human! Brandon was very friendly and professional from the get go and after asking about the issues with my truck, was told just come in the same day at the time I can. Yes! At the site, Brandon continued on as my service manager and took care of everything. They had a courtesy inspection included and even sent me text message links to check on the status of the repairs being done with pics and all. Other than the main issue, the inspection did reveal a couple of problems that I already kinda knew about and after giving rhem the go-ahead, proceeded to resolve those issues too. All in all a very pleasant experience. Price for everything was competetive (better than any you would get at the dealers) Their lounge was very clean and comfortable and nicely appointed. Starbucks automatic coffee dispenser, teas, and water available as well. The bathroom also very clean. The professionalism and courteous manner everyone showed was above and beyond. Hopefully not for a long while yet, but should my vehicles need service, without hesitation, I will come back here.

Sat at this place for 4hours waiting for a new battery that never came. Finally told them to put old battery back in so I could leave. What was their response? Oh we sawry. I have 4 vehicles that need regular maintenance. Ill never come back here.

I love this place. Been there 5 or 6 times now. Always fast and friendly service. Only 3 stars because YOUR SIGN IS TOO DANG BRIGHT AT NIGHT! Its legitimately dangerous, its like someone with their highbeams in your face when it switches to the white colored ad. No idea what it even says, its too blindingly bright to read. So... Go see my guy Brandon Ferguson; he has extensive knowledge to keep your vehicle tip top and will take care of you right. I decided to put a new engine in my truck after the original got me down the road for 300,000 miles before it finally died. Brandon and the crew took care of everything and recommended a Powertrain Products crate motor with a 5 year, unlimited mileage warranty. I added a few extras while the truck was in the shop and Branded rolled up his sleeves and put the new front struts and shocks together to get me back on the road in a timely manner.

Went this morning for an alignment on my cts v.They did an amazing job, my steering wheel is straight and the car doesn’t pull to the left any more. 👌🏼👌🏼It took a little bit longer then normal but that’s because it was way offset.Stuff was very professional and waiting room was nice and clean.

When I first called to request an appointment for an oil change I had the pleasure to speak with Brandon who was very courteous and respectful of my questions about my car he is the reason I chose this location rather than the one that was near me which was the one on bandera. He sounded sincere and honest. And when I got here he did not disappoint. He took me to my car in the Bay area and showed me the problems with it. Though I wasnt happy with the results of my car estimated repairs I understand that they are necessary and I trust him and his recommendations.

The staff there are super friendly & knowledgeable, very prompt with service and are well prepared for anything your car needs. Wonderful facility, they can do just about everything! Brought my Porsche in for a brake fluid flush, alignment & tire balancing, in and out within 2 hours! I will now ONLY take my car here.

When it comes to State Inspections I would not recommend this place. It reminded me of the TUV in Germany where they nit picked way to far and to the extreme. All I needed was a state inspection and they acted as though it needed a 38 point inspection as though I was selling the vehicle. As many times before lights, blinkers, horn, wipers, etc are checked. Never had a problem before and it always passed. It was so insane that they failed me because I was a little low on brake fluid which I can buy at any auto store. Also they said I had air in my brakes, which I do not, and my pads were in need of being replaced, which they dont. if they did, I would take it to the dealer, the mechanic I deal with and get it fixed. The next day I went to another shop, a well known franchise here in town, and got the inspection, no problems. Lights worked, horn, wipers, blinkers, brights, etc, and paid the 7 dollars and got the receipt and registered the vehicle. Too easy. I will never go back to these jokers as they are not qualified to do state inspections. They are worse than the gastapo. They may be good in other areas, but not state inspections. I recommend other shops in town for that, which come with less hassle.

Everyone was absolutely incredible. They came out, looked at my car and helped me find the problem within a couple minutes. They were extremely kind and efficient!

I didn’t know where to go when I heard that grinding noise under my hood. I decided on Caliber simply because it was the closest shop to my house. I found out my water pump was spent as soon as the service rep took a first look at my truck when I arrived. I’m not kidding when I say they kept me informed every step of the way, even when they needed to procure a $10 part. I am very satisfied with Wesley’s professionalism and patience. I will certainly return for future services.

This is tge second time I have been here. One time to check my lug nuts and one time for low air in my tire. Turns out it was the valve stem. They replaced it quickly and I was on my way! Nice folks, nice waiting area. I wilk definitely be back for all my maintenance!

I dont normally take time to leave on-line reviews and usually just let the staff when Ive received good service or product. This was also the case for my experience with Caliber Auto Care but felt the need to go a step further as my experiences there have been superb and by far a better experience than Ive received at the local dealers (BMW & Mercedes). The staffs welcoming and helpful demeanor is refreshing and puts you at ease from the normall expected hassle of fluff explanations of services/parts needed, ridiculousl wait times or overcharging for average/below average service. Ive seen the courtesy and professionalism in the team members from the front office to the bay technicians...so this has to be something spoken of frequently and a core standard for this company. I initially thought I just came on a good day and all was flowing well...but have had (3)three separate visits now and every visit has exceeded the last. Came in and had my terrible ac and engine issue fixed no problem. Comfortable price and as always the team is welcoming with great energy, absolutely love this shop.

This location is fairly new and the facility is updated and nice. The technicians were friendly and helpful and the staff overall was very professional and respectful. My only complaint was they are too focused on trying to offer more work than whats requested to make more money. It felt like I was being hustled once they started working on my vehicle. Other than that the service was good overall.

I had an oil change here in March ( location Alamo parkway) just before covid-19. They had only been open for a few weeks. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful. I was impressed with the indoor playroom first kids, free coffee/ hot cocoa, charging stations at the counter with stools and couches and a few TVs. Very clean , I expect good things from this automotive company.

Been here before for just an oil change. My check engine light came on recently and I figured Id give them a try along with getting another oil change. Eric Rodriguez and Brandon Ferguson were by far outstanding helping me out along the way. I ended up needing repairs to my truck and they sorted everything out to help me understand. They started by sending pictures of everything they looked over on the truck saying what was good, what will eventually need work and what needs immediate attention. They work with you and treat you like a person explaining everything unlike some places that will try to force you to pay for things you dont need. We visited this auto motive repair Shop. We were greeted by Mr Jesse Ortiz . I can only say that as a Woman . I’m very Leary of shops . But never the less . Mr Ortiz was very Professional. Tried to, have car inspected (mid month), told it would be an hour and half wait. Got a confirmation text.An hour and 15 min later, when I showed up, was told it would be another hour and half.So, no did not use service, and will not try again for any reason. Shame because the next closest station is just as messed up.

I stopped in for a state inspection. I only stopped because the stalls were all very empty and I figured I could fit the inspection into my schedule that day. The guy told me they changed some things, and it would take about 20 minutes. Sounds reasonable to me I thought. It took almost exactly 1 hour. Maybe 6-7 min shy. I was texted a vehicle report that showed everything was fine. So, now I know why it took an hour. First off, dont perform some multipoint inspection on my time. Just inspect what the state requires you to inspect. On another day, if Im there for a brake job, then feel free to do a full multipoint inspection. I dont appreciate being lied to. And I feel it was a lie. He knew he was going to do tasks like pull out the air filter and check it etc. I didnt say anything to the people at the counter as I didnt want to come across as some Karen. But lets be real. A state inspection should take no less than 15-20 min if there is no one ahead of you. Dragging it out to 1 hour, so you can look for items to upsale me on isnt appreciated. People stopping in for a quick inspection arent expecting to spend an hour if there is virtually no other customers there. If I ever do return, Im going to express that I just want the state requirements inspected and nothing more. Or, I just may decide to go elsewhere in the meantime until perhaps they burn others on this and cease it altogether.

Caliber performed a vehicle inspection on my Jeep prior to registration here in Texas. They were quick but thorough, professional and very pleasant - I highly recommend them!

Good. Only thing i have problem believing is the color of our oil was bad and needed a add-on to make it work better. Only reason i say this is because same guy was telling another customer same thing.

Warning:: Brakes Diagnostic- Not a good experience. Had to wait inside since my car needed to be driven for testing and after it was done I left with 4 new scratches in my leather steering wheel. The assistant manager, Viloa, was very nice and tried to help but the GM was actually very defensive and borderline rude not wanting to take any accountability for something I am certain was not there before. He inspected my wheel but ultimately denied any of it being their fault. He wouldnt even let Viola speak at that point, just wanted to close my driver door and rush me away while denying any of the damage being their responsibility. I mean, I didnt want the whole steering replaced, just Help buffing it or smoothing it, advice on how to fix it myself, something! Your employee caused damage to my vehicle.Needless to say I wont be returning due to this experience and treatment by the GM. Which is very sad since the others were professional, nice and helpful. It was my first and last time visiting this place.Oil Change was done prior to the brakes diagnostic and was fantastic. Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was quick and well done and I was able to stay in the vehicle while it was completed in less than 30 mins. Oil Change service was 5 stars, but after that it went downhill.

Had appt. at 10 a.m. It was taken to the shop for diagnosis on faulty door lock. At 12:30 no dx. yet. I ask for the car and left. Had good experience with oil changes on car and truck. Will think twice about repairs.

Oil change takes a while when theyre busy so prepare on 2 hours...great service though.

So I needed an oil change for my newer model pickup and drove by on Saturday afternoon noticing there were no cars in the oil change bay. So I figured why not, stopped by and asked for some details. They wanted over $100 for an oil change/tire rotation???? No wonder the express lanes were empty on a Saturday afternoon with 3 employees standing around. Those prices are higher than the dealership itself. No thanks. If you want a chance at my repair business, you have to be reasonable on my maintenance business.

Brandon and Doug were incredibly helpful and friendly today. We came in from a hot afternoon of getting our car jumped and they tested the battery immediately and hooked us up with a brand new battery. Excellent price, superb service, and free ice water 👍🏻👍🏻. We’ll be back for regular car tune ups thanks to the great staff and speed of service.

Customer service is super amazing. Ive used their services for both of my daughters vehicles. I havent been overcharged for anything. When one of the cars needed to be taken to the dealership for a part they called the dealership and set everything up for my daughter so she could go there with a point of contact. I wouldnt take our vehicles anywhere else unless they tell me its necessary! They have coffee and a place for kids to play while you wait.

I brought my 2008 Pontiac g6 gt to service first a couple of weeks ago to have my brake pads and hub assembly replaced and now my car is running great! I was very happy and impressed by the service that they they provided, Justin was very helpful in showing me what was causing the humming noise that i was hearing (the hub assembly).He was also very honest and did not try to sell me anything that my car did not need. Thank you guys keep up the great work!

Too expensive and wait times are ridiculous. No cars in 2 of the three bays. 45min to an hour wait. Not worth the wait and not worth the price. Not going back, too many other option at a lower cost and quicker service.

I called the day before I went in to see if they could look at my vehicle they saidnit would be a free check up to determine if my vehicle had a bad wheel bearing they did a complete check it came out to 59 just to look at the vehicle they priced the repair job at 700++ said they would call back no one did. dealership prices went to meineke and received the same treatment for 1 / 4 the price vehicle is running great

Will, was great however I was told it would take 1-2 hours for my alignment to be done, I waited 4 hours before calling the first time and being told they were still working it. Called 1 hour later to be told it was almost done. Called an hour after that to be told it was ready (they did not call me once). It took 6 hours for them to do a alignment service. What pisses me off more, when I arrive to get my car they told me they still needed to put air in my tires and to wait 5 minutes so I sat down, waited 10 just to see that they were not working on my car at the time and it was ready to go. I stood up and asked for my car to finally be told it was done. My mom happened to be doing an inspection here as well and she claims that while I was waiting for my “tires to be inflated” my car was in front of hers and they did nothing to my car it was just sitting there.

The staff is friendly, the services are fairly priced, the labor is efficient, and the results are quality. I will be returning here for all of my vehicular care. Well done, all.

Friendly people. They know what theyre talking about (thus far) & I appreciate their approach. I normally do all of my own maintenance but, havent had the time lately so, they have had to do so for me. Of course, that always comes with a premium but, they are in business to make money. All in all, Ive enjoyed my experiences here and give additional kuddos that they carry BG products.

First time here - went for an oil change, they were quick and professional. No pressure to purchase more services and they accept no the first time. Ive been to other places for an oil change and always get more pressure to purchase a service after I say no numerous times. That sort of sales tactics really sours my opinion of a place so Im glad Service First isnt like that.

My Honda Odyssey has had a recurrent problem with the air conditioner. It just went past warranty, so I brought it to Service First. We had brought it to three different Honda dealerships over 3 years to just get the AC recharged, but not solve the problem. Service First found the problem, photographed it and detailed it in a report. They said they could fix it, but suggested getting the Honda dealership to honor the warranty. I paid for the labor, which was very reasonable. I took it to the Honda dealership and sure enough, since they saw the previous warranty work, they agreed to fix it for free. Honda said it would have been $1000 job. With Service Firsts pictures and documentation, they found the leak this time. This is true integrity and service before self.

I came to this automotive service because my husband recommended this place and how much he appreciated the service given to him for his vehicle, and my husband wasnt lying their professionalism is unpairable to other mechanics. That being said they still continue to try and sell you things that might be needed but, I gave four stars because I kept receiving calls trying to upsale me, instead of one call with all the information or a text/email with all the information. So it seemed unorganized where the employees werent communicating with each other. I left spending more money than anticipated.

Went to get a new car battery and everyone was friendly. Took about an hour and they called to update me. Would recommend

There’s no other car shop like this one. They genuinely cared for me, my car and my time. They showed me photos of my car that was in for a brake job and informed me on maintenance that I need on my car to keep it running in tip top shape. Also, one thing you gotta know is that they don’t give repair quotes over the phone but you can bring your car in so they can inspect it and give you an ACCURATE quote. Makes sense. Richard took care of me and was awesome and I won’t be going anywhere else

Wow, Im very impressed with Service First!Shuttle service, nice discounts and catering to the community. Every interaction was positive, professional and felt genuinely sincere. Come check them out. They have coffee, hot chocolate, nice lounge area, tablets, wifi, cell charging area and even a play area for kids. Ill definitely be returning.
