What I thought would be a long and grueling process turned out to be one of the best experiences I’ve had with a dealership in a long time. Even with poor credit I was still able to get the price I wanted that didn’t leave me penniless! Don’t recommend!!! Very unhappy with our experience. They advertised $4500 dealership cash that you can use towards down payment or negative equity. $0 down and no payments for 3 months. We inquired about the deal and AJ scheduled us an appointment for the next day (today). Drove over an hour and were told that offer is no longer happening by Glass. So we looked around and saw a used vehicle we liked. And we were once again toyed around. The salesman disappeared with our personal car keys for over an hour. Then came back and with an outrageous monthly payment. When we passed on the offer, not one but two managers came in trying to pressure us into making the purchase. Not professional at all. We have great credit, had a down payment ready for the right vehicle (even though we initially came because of their deal). Not happy at all!

Rude staff members (the woman in pink and man in blue button up) Concerned about the health of clients and staff. I came to get an oil change and told the manager that Nobody is wearing a mask or social distancing and he replied, and I quote “they are all vaccinated by a doctor that came here.” Then he cut me off after I informed him that it still spreads. Ignorance isn’t good for the health of your employees and clients. NEVER coming here again. Five stars for the top.

I was there when we had a very bad storm. The office next to the one I was in began to flood. The facility itself is in need of a refresh. Perhaps different flooring, updated bathrooms and a good old fashioned cleaning. there were cobwebs in the windows of the office I was in. Perhaps better desks for the sales team and a better reception area would be in order. I recommend Mission Mitsubishi to everyone I know because the staff are outstanding and caring. If you gave them the surroundings of a top notch dealership, there is no telling the number of sales you could close.

In December my car kept having issues, I wanted to trade it inI had some issues that took a while to resolve but salesman James Irizarry went above and beyond to help get into a 2021 when I was expecting a 2020. Not very good service, too good to be true sales gimmick. You offer $4500 as an incentive but your add ons by the dealership adds up to over $4000 in addition to the MSRP for the paint and nitrogen. No confusion on my part, but sales guy Pedro very contradicting. Also nothing to do with my credit worthiness which is excellent. We were still looking around, and was thinking about going back to a different salesperson, but your response very unprofessional and will take my business elsewhere. I tried calling you back, but unsuccessful in reaching you.

Little different review here, but they ran my credit due to potential fraud, or at least thats what TransUnion is reporting. I tried to simply talk to them to have them remove it. Q and staff hung up multiple times. What they dont understand is now Ill have to file a police report, which theyll have to respond to. I was 100 percent courteous each time I attempted to get this resolved, and if I actually get to deal with them and get this figured out Ill continue to do so.However, if they treat someone they know they wont get business from (Im several states away from them) then you can surely bet they are in it for the sales and its quite likely youll be nothing but a number to them. Id have much rather had them provide a deletion record than have to deal with a police report and the FTC.

This is the first time since Ive had this vehicle that I needed to have an alignment and balance. Its a 2017 Mirage. Was really disappointed in the fact that this simple problem took two separate appointments and is still off. The first was on a Saturday. However, the second was on a Wednesday and a had to leave work early.

Wahed was the BEST salesman I’ve ever had. I will buy from there again solely because of him!Ali, the finance person was professional and patient with all the errors I made. However, when he made the statement, “ it doesn’t matter if you’re buying a $50,000 car or $10,000 car, I treat everybody the same.“ to me that was condescending. It’s his job to be kind and professional to everyone that walks in that door anyway. Those words should’ve never been said to me. And as a black American female who was buying the cheapest car on the lot, his words didn’t sit well with me.

The after purchase calls, text messages, and instant messages were extreme and unnecessary in my opinion. I got 3 calls from the sales manager asking me to give the sales agent a good review. I unsubscribed from instant and text messages because I was being contacted every day. Today I got a text message from the sales agent. I dont want to be contacted that many times. If I had a problem I would have called. I felt it was overkill and pushy.

Just spoke to a representative online me:Been there done that poor customer service too busy trying the make a buck ,instead of taking care of customers.Rep: Well Im sorry to hear that especially when we have a 40% return rate with out customers but again sorry that you had a bad experienceMe:The 40% is nothing to be proud of . The 60% thats not returning is the bulk of missed repeated or referrals drawn your way. Think small get small results. Bought our 2019 eclipse cross went back for trade in for 2022 sales is great at their job very pleasant. Service on the other hand went in for my first oil change when I got home noticed that my driver side door was not aligned took back neck day and was told that there was no marking underneath car to show it was something they did on their end and but that they got as aligned as they could. Then proceed to tell me that they see this a lot when the vehicle is hit from front end but mind you there are not dents scratches anywhere on my car so I’m left with we did what we could but not as I brought it in. You would think that they would be more companionate about it and get it corrected to 100% to what it should be

They did not inform me of the actual price of the car monthly, I felt like they were pushy since I was a woman. I told them what I could afford and even asked them for older model car and was told they only had 2021. They told me one price monthly that I agreed to and during the paperwork process the guy told me a totally diff amount. I felt like I was lied to and pressured. And now my car seems to be having some issues n suppose to be brand new.

I bought an Outlander Sport, then recommended my neice, and she purchased an Outlander Sport...same car just a different color and year...n just this Saturday into Sunday we both had our catalytic converter stolen right from under our noses...but what really makes this story interesting is, just May of this year KSAT did a story on the same dealership, that me and my neice bought our cars from, on how least 50 Catalytic converters were stolen from that same dealership...and again whats make this story even crazier is that in my complex there were several trucks and SUVs that just a random thief could have stolen catalytic converter from, and on my neice complex they were 2 other Mitsubishi Outlander Sport vehicles before hers, but it was just ours that were targeted...the only ones who purchased from the same dealership...Mission Mitsubishi...coincidence or what!
