We used this shop because it had some good reviews and our Mazda had a Smart City Brake System warning light come on the dash that we couldn’t get to clear. We were assigned a Service Advisor namedRandy. Randy was the worst Service Advisor I’ve ever dealt with in my life. He kept telling us our car would be ready and that he’d call us with updates, but then he would not call. This happened for several days. We finally had to go to Randy’s boss to get our vehicle taken care of. It turned out that Randy had been lying to us and our car had been sitting for 8 days while we were blowing money on rental cars because this place has a shortage of loaner vehicles. Once the upper management stepped in things were finally handled more professionally. We were given a 10% discount off our final bill due to the unprofessionalism we experienced, but I would not return to this place of business for future work needed on my Mazda vehicle.

These guys are awesome if you need anything for your Mazda go see Todd hes a really down to earth service advisor . They give you a video of everything that is wrong and also an itemized list of recommendations . Everyone was friendly and professional they even checked to see if I had any recalls How awesome is that . Financing is available for auto repairs . They really care and do there best to get you back on the road . Very Kool 😃👍

The service department is well run. I stopped in on a Saturday around noon and they got me in and out quickly while other dealers had a multi-hour wait time. I was treated curtiously and in a professional manner. Reasonable prices for a dealer service department. Highly recommended.

We were quite pleased with the speed and efficiency with which the service department handled our wheel stud replacement. We called ahead the day before and explained why we needed the work done quickly, and the service coordinator we got stepped UP.He made sure our part was on hold and that our vehicle got taken in as soon as we arrived. Thanks to this excellent service, we were back on the road quickly and made it to the first hotel of our two day road trip with time to spare.
