Vicki and everyone at her office are great. I have a personal articles insurance policy with them. When I had a problem, they got me a check in less than a week for a very fair value. They were extremely prompt and polite. They always returned my calls very quickly. I had a bad experience with AIG when the economy crashed and have been very distrustful of insurance in general, but Vicki and her office really exceeded my expectations. They made what could have been a very bad experience something that wasnt stressful. Very glad I had a policy with them!
