After reading the negative review, I find it really hard to believe that any of that is true. Ive been a customer of this agency since the new owner Leticia took over the agency, I have not had any issues with this agency! The communication is superb, the entire staff is always professional, courteous & have a very quick turn around! Ive had the most pleasant experience with this agency! The Villalon agency took care of my needs and answered all my questions and concerns, THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I will without a doubt in my mind refer all my friends and family to do business with my agency! Thank you! Keep up the great work!

I’ve had so many issues in the past when I’ve had to deal with any form of insurance, but not with this company. It was quick, easy, & the cheapest policy; when compared to others. Erik Resto did an amazing job helping me figure out what coverage I needed at an affordable rate. Professional and efficient. I would highly recommend- just ask for Erik!

I couldnt be happier with my experience at the Villalon Insurance Agency. Joe Serna assisted me each time I came by and he provided outstanding customer service. He was also professional, courteous and very personable which made the process smoother. He was very thorough and clearly explained the different levels of (home and auto) coverage as well as how they differed from other companies.

They cleared up any concerns we had and just made the whole transition very smooth . Ladies and gentlemen of San Antonio, do NOT EVER...I repeat do NOT ever give your personal information to this owner or her employees. They’ve committed FRAUD on every level. Not only are they rude to their customers, tthese owners are crooks and force their employees to commit crimes to get a sale. A warning to all....not to ever do business with them, ever! These are some disgusting people. Others commenting are most likely friends of theirs. The negative reviews don’t lie!! Pay attention. Stay far away from them and go to a different Allstate to buy from or call the Allstate 800 number.

I won’t State my name because I don’t want to be treated differently when I call nor do I like confrontation but I want to warn everyone how terrible customer service is here at the Allstate in front of HEB on Brookhollow... at first I thought the girl was just having a bad day but it’s been a 3rd time she answers my call and she says her name is Jahniska there is a gentleman who answers every once in a while if I get lucky he is fine but one of the girls there she does not need to be so rude. I have even had my son call because I am 63 and I understand it’s difficult to explain to an older lady sometimes about her bill but my son too advised me to switch to another company. I called State Farm for some quotes and my good golly they were so helpful, they don’t offer accident forgiveness but it is the customer service that I will now send all my friends and family to switch as well. Maria the previous agent used to help my whole family but now she’s left and I have no choice with that type of service, I used to always ask for Maria because that girl has always been so rude. Hopefully people think twice before switching here because once you’re in, you won’t get the promised service from her.

Remarkable customer service, answered all of my questions and took care of my concerns. Staff was very friendly and very responsive, I would recommend this firm to anyone looking for good customer service and great insurance.

This is the WORST agency to ever trust with your insurance!!!! Here is some advice for those who might already have insurance with this agency or to those who are blindly looking for insurance, and being harassed to buy from them....Don’t ever ever ever give your account numbers to this owner. Trust me. The customer service is extremely poor. No call backs, no help, nothing! And they raise their voice after being called out over fraudulent transactions! Don’t give any information to this owner or the staff. The owner and staff are uneducated in the industry and just wants to make a sale. All these ratings are a pity rating and probably bugged their customers to rate them so they look like they do good business. If zero stars was possible I’d give it over and over. Bet there has been more than one customer of theirs that has complained of stolen money. This agency needs to be sued!!! This place is unprofessional, customer service is TERRIBLE and It is FRAUD!! Want money stolen?? Call this agency.

This office has VERY poor communication !!When you have Insurance with the company, you want to get a response as soon as possible, however I left several voicemails, and never got a return call, so I had to continually call to try and get answers to my questions.I have Friends and family that have Allstate insurance with other locations and never have had trouble like I have had with this location.I only gave one star because it’s not possible to give ZERO stars !!My advice to you is If you were looking for insurance with Allstate choose a different agent !
