The ads about “unlimited video” are misleading. After watching the ad and thinking I can get this great deal, I find out that in reality “unlimited video” means I get an hour of footage chopped up into tiny videos that are not the quality I would want. Plus there’s all these hidden fees if you want to be able to keep the footage and etc. Just be transparent.

Their price plans and availability can’t be beat. I’m always impressed with the quality of the videos and creativity on their social media pages.

Camera crew showed up thirty minutes late, rushed us the entire filming session, every correction we made to the edits were not done, they dont follow branding. Takes multiple days for them to get back to you and you cant get ahold of them via their business phone. Highly unprofessional in their response to our frustrations. Would absolutely not recommend.
