Mark is a wizard. If you haven’t been here before. He has got every machine known to man. He is in my opinion the best in the United States at what he does.I had Mark transfer old hole movies from old camcorders to DVDs and a thumbdrive. Now we can enjoy all of this for years to come!

Memories are priceless and these guys are super delivering those memories same day. I had old DVDs converted and being able to navigate that process with them is super convenient and so you know what your gonna get. Also so thankful they had some of my dad 35mm picture frames brought back to life after almost 59 yrs just amazing quality. So glad I found them and don’t forget no shoes when you enter a rule we have in our house too.

High quality work. I had some vhss transferred to a thumb drive by another company, and I couldnt understand the audio at all. Mark is the man! And Gary is a brilliant technician! I brought in a JVC tape deck that my buddy and I spent many long nights listening to in college. Nobody in the valley would even consider fixing it, and I almost gave up hope. Then I found these guys. I thought I would just be getting it fixed for sentimental value. It would have been worth it just for that. But when I got it home I couldnt believe how good it sounded! Some of my tapes are 30 years old and have never sounded so good. Thanks guys! Mark is amazing! After taking an old family DVD to other places and having them tell me it was unsalvageable, Mark got it to work! Within a few hours, he had me six copies at a great price! Hes a lifesaver and Im a customer for life!

Mark did an amazing job converting our old vhs tapes to files. We brought our 3 tapes in on the 21st of December and he had them done by the 23rd. He is very impressive!

I had my laptop tuned up a few years ago and they did a great job and put a new hard drive in it. My laptop has been running super low for awhile. I took it in because they did a good job for me last time I was in. They got the updates working properly that was hanging it up and cleaned up some issues that was causing problems and got it running smooth and fast again. They had it done the following day. Great job. Im very happy. I would recommend them highly.

A tucked away Jewel in the heart of Holiday. This is a throw back to a by gone era! A family ran service business with father to son expertise and commitment to their craft!I had no real expectations that my project could be completed in the time I HOPED for, as it was 5 days before Christmas and I saw the orders stacked before me on the table of those of a more prognostic nature than myself. No concrete promises were made, but I was assured to not despair, and instead call right before closing time on that Friday night.Mark was Santa for me as he delivered!!I was fortunate to have caught Mark when he had a few minutes to welcome me into his enclave and tutor me as what he does and how he completed my treasured project. Totally over my head!! But his passion is infectious and he truly wanted to make sure that I had exactly what I envisioned when I trusted him to transfer the family 8mm archives to DVD.He went well beyond my expectations. He and his staff enlightened me as to how and how well they do their craft. I bought my computer with Video Wholesale Services!They were so friendly to work within my budget, I ended up with a used quad core computer with 4gigs of Ram and Windows 8 for under $400. Whenever I have any questions about viruses or updates, they always help me very quickly and with a smile.I would recommend these guys to anyone with a computer.

Been seeing these guys for years, and have had them fix more than a few computers for me. Some so far gone they wouldnt even recognize a power source was plugged in- and Mark and his team were able to either repair the machine or salvage all of the data from it (family pictures, videos, etc that we thought were long gone). Mark is the owner and has been in this business for over 30 years. They can transfer any type of film, home movies or tapes onto DVDs and get it done professionally with lots of care. They are very proud of their work! They also are the best at computer repair!

I went to see mark today about a reel to reel I have. All I needed was to have it tested because I didnt have a reel. Mark tried to bait me into buying a 7.00 reel for 40.00 and attempted to charge me 65 to test and then he changed it to 100. Mark treated me with disrespect and was unhelpful.Mark is not a people person and has a lot of issues internally that he projects outward towards others. This is the first review of any kind I have ever left anyone in my life.

Great company went in here the other day to fix my computer was having issues with upgrading to windows 10 and had some viruses. They were able to fix everything over the weekend for me great price and easy to work with recommended to some friends already.

Converted a VHS tape from Russia in SECAM format to digital format overnight for me. Came out great. Considering most of the large companies out there dont even support SECAM VHS tapes, it was nice to have someone local that would do it.

Fancy audio, video and film transfers, with the most knowledgeable staff in the city. Gary and Simon and Wil get much work done in very little time.
