We had a bad alternator that needed to be fixed, and this was the only store in range that we could get the car to because its battery was on its last 1%. We got here and got the alternator, but were waiting for my brother in law to get off work in three hours and come help us change it. Well, one of the employees offered to help us on his and came out with tools and changed the thing in the parking lot for us right then and there! Wonderful customer service, they saved us a few hours of waiting and then another hour or two of trying to figure out the alternator on our own! Would highly recommend this place!

Branch Manager Jarrod (if I remember his name correctly) was very helpful. I came in asking about an alert on my dash - he suggested it may be the battery and was happy to test. After locating the battery under the passenger seat we determined best to go elsewhere- he was able to suggest a few places to suit my needs best as this wouldn’t be a simple “test”, I still needed additional assistance with other items. I will definitely go back and appreciate all of the help he provided me.

Came in today to grab wiper blades and was waiting in line and the cashier was talking about how annoying it is when women come to shop there because they always need assistance so there’s nobody to help him at the register. When I got up to pay he insisted he looked up what I was buying to make sure it was the correct part even though I told him I already looked it up and I was buying the correct part. He did not believe that I was capable of finding the right part by myself I guess. I definitely won’t be coming back

Horrible customer service and honestly just bizarre.I watched a line of 10 people form behind me while the only available worker there thought it was more important to stock light bulbs. I asked if he would mind checking us out and he threw a fit.This was after I tried to ask him a question about grease, which he basically refused to answer.I don’t like to give negative reviews, but would give zero stars if possible.

I have been shopping at the Highland location nearly everyday for 6 years. They have had terrible management there over the years until they hired Jared. He is the most friendly and helpful person I have encountered in the auto parts store. He goes over and beyond and even knows your customer number. I went in this morning 9/5/21 to hear he is no longer at this location. I am very saddened by this and will have to start buying from Oriellys down the street. A few of my neighbor hood clients will also agree once I have spread the news. Upper management may want to rethink their decision! Best of luck

Woke up to a dead battery. Got it jumped and drove to Auto Zone. John was so helpful. He explained which batteries were available and had it replaced within minutes. He was such a help with questions. Great place to do business. Will definitely go there next time I need something.

I am so pleased at the way the manager at this location handled a problem I had with a product. Not only did he take it back hassle free he replaced it with one that was a better brand and cost about 100.00 more for free because of the incontinence. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The total time it took for all this less than 5 min in and out the store . very impressed with the way he handled it. Almost shocked you dont get great customer service like this anymore . Thank you autozone

I went in for a new battery today and had the pleasure of working with Jarrod, who was incredible. Top notch service. He took the time to answer all my questions and then installed the battery for me. He was professional, humble, and very friendly. The store was clean and well organized. Not very helpful when you call in to check for parts or even when you show up to look for the part... they do not keep their inventory updated in their computers and expect you to look through everything they have hung up and mixed up on their racks.

Don’t bother with this location. Just go to the big one one State Street. I’ve been an AutoZone customer for years, and thousands of $$$. This location is either too grumpy to help, or uneducated about their own systems.

Only one person with 4 customers needing to check out in the store. Besides the wait of 30 min for one customer I still love this store. The associate apologised for the wait and even though he looked tired and maybe a bit stressed he did his job quickly and with a great attitude showing awesome customer service that has been lost to so many other businesses. I was having trouble attaching a tow hitch to my car, and, not knowing much about cars myself, was passing this autozone when I decided to pull in and see if I could get any good advice. ETHAN immediately came to the rescue, got invested in the issue with me, and tested out multiple solutions on my car. Unfortunately, the issue ended up being that my receiver was simply damaged, but without Ethan trying out some options and informing me of this, I would have kept buying adaptors and other tow accessories and wasting my time thinking I was doing something wrong.Long story short, Ethan is the best.

I had the opportunity to work with the Store Manager, Jarred, and he was fantastic.He was knowledgeable in all of the questions that I asked, and went above and beyond in trying to diagnose my car problems. To top it off, he came out to my car to better understand my car issue. He then went above and beyond and cleaned my battery ports for jumper cables!He also opened the door and held it for me. More than just being polite, but considerate, given Covid. Thanks Jarred!

I placed an order online for headlights. Jarrod was prompt in giving me my order when I came to pick them up. When I have gone to the AutoZone by my house they have NOT been willing to help with installation. The folks at this location were super helpful. I came in to get my battery and alternator tested in my ooollllld Honda and they let me know it was the battery that needed replacing. Not surprised. Whoever I had taken it to before had jimmy-rigged the battery terminal with a screw to create a right connection between terminal and port. I bought the battery with them and they helped me figure out the issue with the mysterious screw on the port. They were able to fix it properly and I was on my way. Thank you!

My daughters car battery was not holding charge and the terminals were badly corroded. I took it to AutoZone and they confirmed that I needed a new battery so I purchased the cheapest one available, since she will be selling her car after the summer.They offered to install the new battery so I gladly accepted. As it turned out, the terminals were so corroded that it took two of the associates to get it off and replaced. I would have spent hours struggling with that. But they did it for no extra charge and it almost seemed like they enjoyed the task. These folks are great. I highly recommend their shop.

This store ALWAYS takes way too long to refund a core charge. They TAKE your money immediately but when you try to get it back after returning a core, they really drag their feet. After the first week of waiting, I called the store and was falsely told it was my banks fault,because they sent it out immediately which i know isnt true.

We went in to have a battery tested, and knew it would likely need to be replaced. We were given several recommendations and options to choose from so we could find a new battery that fit our budget. Christopher also helped to remove pretty major acid corrosion on the cable connections and gave tips on how to keep it better maintained in the future. Overall, very impressed with the service and more educated on upkeep.

Staff is unhelpful, unprofessional, and just out and out rude. They seem to not understand the basics of mechanics. The exception is one employee i believe to be the manager, a tall slim gentleman with a beard who is very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Don’t waste your time, there is a O’Reilly just down the street id recommend going there instead.

Super helpful. I was debating whether I should buy spark plugs online or go in here and I am so glad I came in.I feel way more confident now going forward than I did googling online. Was Told by the guy at the counter the compressor I was looking at would work with the cigarette lighter in my truck, I couldn’t tell by the package how it was powered. I bought it found out it was a battery terminal clip that powered it so I returned it less than ten minutes later and was told I can only be given a gift card for a refund. Ridiculous since he was the one who gave me the bad info. I won’t be back.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!This AutoZone doesnt even deserve 1 star. I came in to get wiper blades. I went there because a friend said they would put them on for you. Ha! I was the only woman in the store. All of the male customers were greeted and helped. No one ever helped so I looked them up in the book. I bought what I thought was right and left. I got to the parking lot and an employee was installing someones wiper blades. He finished and I asked if he could put mine on for me. He said yes but he looked at them and said that I totally bought the wrong ones so come in and he would help me find the right ones. He walked in and just went behind the counter and helped someone else. He never looked in my direction again. I used cash so I asked another employee for my money back (they hadnt been opened). He said that he couldnt refund unless he had my information. I didnt see this to be necessary as I paid cash and also told him there was no need because I wouldnt be back. His boss (the manager) told him to put in zeros and then the manager gave me a dirty look along with an exaggerated eye roll. The manager had also been extremely rude to a couple behind me. The man was black and his girlfriend was Hispanic. It was obvious the way he talked to them that he was discriminating against them, refusing to do a service that I know they can do as I had it done at another AutoZone. Obviously, they also discriminate against women as I realized quickly by how I was treated compared to the male customers. I will NEVER go there again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Go down the street. They know what they are doing. Better customer service better work ethic. Ooo rileys auto part. Try it yourself. Go to auto zone then go to o rileys. I bet youll feel the same way. I have given these guys tons of chances. Guess what I end up down the street EVERYTIME
