I contacted Paramount Acceptance to assist me with an erroneous recurring charge on my bank statement. It seems a pair of people sharing the same last name are alleged to have been using my bank account to pay for their fitness subscription. I had no idea where to begin my search. It just so happens I called the most determined, courteous, professional, capable, knowledgeable employee I could possibly have found. Her name was Lori, sorry if I misspelled it. She was truly a gem of a genius and refused to quit until my problem was solved. I cannot express the gratitude she deserves. She even called me back the next day after changing our strategy. She was awesome and I couldnt be happier with her support. Thank you Paramount Acceptance for hiring such a bright individual, and Thank You Lori.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GET A GYM MEMBERSHIP THROUGH. THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL AND CONTINUE CHARGING YOU EVEN AFTER YOU CANCEL. YOU CAN NEVER SPEAK WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE AND THEY TAKE 2 WEEKS TO RESPOND TO EMAIL OR MAIL. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND. For the past 2 weeks Ive been calling to discuss issues with my account. There are long hold times and they NEVER call back. I understand there are long hold times but Im sure its not 2 weeks of hold time! I even stayed on the phone for 37 minutes before your automated machine decided it was best to call once a representative was available. Ive called everyday at least 2 - 3 times and still no calls and issue is still UNRESOLVED!!

I have been trying to resolve an issue for months, which is another review on its own. This review is to strictly focus on my interaction with Elizabeth as she is the only reason I am continuing my relationship with VASA. I am sure she could tell that I was frazzled and quite upset. It was the sunshine in her voice that really helped me to calm down and give her a chance to help. She listened to my issue, repeated back to me what she heard, put me on hold so she could do some digging. When she returned, not only did she apologized for leaving me on hold for so long, she identified the problem and proposed a solution. She asked if the solution was acceptable, explained what I needed to do, and confirmed once again that the issue was resolved.Elizabeth, KUDOS to you for a job well done. Its people like you who give me hope that excellent customer service still exists. Not sure if it was your job or not to help me, but you taking ownership of the entire call is something every person who worked on this issue before should learn. First of all it took me 3 hours to get ahold of these guys. The first time I called, I requested a call-back and got an automated message saying that they were not doing callbacks at this time and hung up. I called a second time and it kept saying there was a wait time of 6-8 minutes. Over and over and over. 6-8 minutes, 6-8 minutes.. After 45 minutes I decided to try my luck and request another callback. This time it worked and they called me back, an hour later! I picked up and it placed me back on hold for another 25 minutes! Not only that but the rep treated me like I was stupid. I hate Vasa and I will not be a member with them anymore.

The representative understood that I just had a major surgery and haven’t worked for a couple weeks so didn’t have the funds to pay my membership. She helped me set up payment fir a later day to pay the past due payment and set up the upcoming payment for the same day I will receive my paycheck after getting back to work. I spoke to Bridget about some concerns I had. I was charged a fee because my card was declined. I had some fraud going on with my credit card and had to get a new card. Bridget was very respectful and understanding to my concerns. She was able to have that credited back to my account which was great. The only thing that was a little interesting was if I wanted I refund that would have not been possible due to some policy. Lucky I was happy with the credit!

THESE REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!!!!!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!!! This company has been debiting my account for years and I had a missed payment, 1 Missed payment on my account due to theft on my account. I went online and changed everything. Made a payment with my card, they reject my payment and claim my debit card number was attached to a non existent checking account however, they debited my account for the balance. They they call me and tell me that they need a new debit card number I provide it and ask for the late charges and fees to be removed. They added $30.00 worth of fees. For a $10.00 charge. I ask for a supervisor. There is no supervisor. You have to leave a message. This company is a bad company. The rep told me it doesnt matter we will take your money regardless. DO NOT ALLOW THEM to debit your account for anything unless its a prepaid account. COMPLETE Criminals.

I just got off the phone with an amazing representative at Vasa customer service. I had not updated my card yet on the app so my payment was unable to go through and there was a $25 over draft fee but she was able to dispute it and get rid of the charge and added my new card and address on to the account. Amazing customer service she helped so much.

As a gym member their service is terrible. I didnt know that a hidden fee was about to hit, so I didnt have enough money in my account and the payment didnt go through.They called me today to collect payment, but I missed the call. When I called them back, I was put on hold, and finally the phone said I could have them call me when someone was ready to talk to me. I did that, and then got a call back about an hour and a half later, but when I answered that I was then put on hold for another ten minutes before someone actually answered the phone. I appreciate the call back feature, but please have someone ready to talk to me as soon as I answer, especially since youre calling to ask me to give you money. I was tempted to just hang up and ignore the rest of your calls.
