Jake Paul is an awesome trainer and human. Took a half hour to teach a few things to my kids and I and roll for a round when we showed up on a night with no class. He didn’t have to do anything with us but out of his way to make sure we left the gym with something. Awesome coach and we are grateful.

A place in Utah where I have found family and people that share the same love and passion for “The art of the 8 limbs” Muay Thai! 🙏🏾You will find beginners, Intermediate, advanced, amateur, pro fighters, and also people who just love to come train, learn and get their sweat on!There is no egos in this place once we put our gloves on, we all help each other learn and become better with some good kicks, punches, other secret strikes OH and now you can also get your ground game on and grapple! This gym is awesome! I’ve taken classes with Ned and Ian - both great instructors who not only push you but help work on form. I’d recommend this gym to anyone from those who are brand new to the sport to more advanced fighters.

Dropped in while in SLC for the weekend. It was my first time training outside my home gym and I couldnt have had a better experience. Alexis kindly answered all my questions online prior to my visit and I received excellent Muay Thai instruction from Coach Tony while I was there. Id definitely return if I found myself back in town.

My first time coming in was really nerve racking. I was pretty intimidated, because I’d never take a Muay Thai class. But I was immediately help, class went great, and now I’m hooked. Got a monthly membership! Love this gym.

My 6 year old has been taking classes here for a year and a half. It has been a great way for him to burn some energy while learning things that help him with discipline, self defense, following directions, team work and respect. We live a little farther away from this gym than others, but the people at Punisher have kept us coming. Definitely recommend their kids class!

People are very friendly, willing to share their knowledge with others, No egos, fighters in muay thai jitsu and mma, also Kids classes and free trials for all classes as well as private fight/combat lessons in all 3. Im am proud to be part of this community and this SLC Gym.

Awesome place to train love it here. Very great sparring partners and Muy thai classes. The jiu-jistu here is great to taught by professor Gustavo Rodriguez he is very knowledgeable and friendly to all.
