First off this is the very first review I have ever wrote. Never felt the need to be negative before but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. A guy named Gary came to my house to look at my computer. After a couple of minutes he said he’d need to take it to his shop. I agreed because I wanted my computer fixed. He kept it for a month and the communication was poor. He text and said he would call and never did several times. I was concerned I’d never see my laptop again so I decided to pay a visit to the address of the business. I then found out that address hasn’t been occupied for a year. I then sent a text to him that I wanted my laptop back immediately or I was going to report it stolen. I finally got a response after that and my laptop was dropped off at my front door and he text to let me know it was there in the exact same broke condition it was picked up in. If you choose to use them be careful.

Outstanding. Those who know me know that I am not easily impressed. This is the second time I have used PCstar.Each time Gary Christensen quickly responded and came to the house and helped restore my computer.Gary goes the extra mile, making sure that everything is optimally working. He was able to get rid of multiple unwanted viruses that somehow bypassed extensive protection.I believe that you will not be disappointed with Gary Christensen at PCStar.-- I am not.Thank you Gary.

I received a prompt reply to my request for service. The representative was very accommodating in scheduling a time. The representative arrived promptly and worked on not only one but three computers and chargers are very reasonable rate. We are very pleased with our experience
