Our Brother printer wouldnt work which brought our office to a complete stop. Randy first helped to troubleshoot over the phone and when no options worked invited me to bring the printer in so he could take a look, he was very knowledgeable and within 15 minutes we had fixed our printer and were able to resume our day to day.
