We found IT-Tech after looking for a more reliable IT company. Our old IT company went out of business and a larger IT company assumed their contracts. We were with that company for 4 months. During that time, our main server died and we were operating at 50% for 2 1/2 months without any updates on when our new server would be connected and we would go back to operating at 100%. It was a nightmare not only for us, but also for our members. After meeting with Jeff at IT-Tech, he simplified what we had and got us back up in running in about a week. Since day one our service has been incredible, anything we need they are there and we dont have to worry about it. I highly recommend them.
