Ive been using Steves auto for my VW 2018 initially I brought it because I needed an alignment and my dealership wouldnt have any open spots for me to do it, ever since I switched to get my car maintenance needs done here for 3 main reasons:. 1. They are closed on the weekends, why is this relevant?, It is for me because the way a shop treats their employees impacts the employees Integrity, happiness etc and that translates to a great service and this is a good segue way to my next point 2. I had brought my car for another alignment a year later and ask the shop to check on my breaks as I felt a little vibration but I wasnt sure if I needed new breaks, the team was very honest and they could have recommended me to get the break job done but instead they gave me a fair assessment and let me decide if I wanted to get the job done instead of coercing me to do it and finally, 3. I brought my car for a break job, pads and rotors replaced, brake fluid flush, in addition to a an engine wash, the service and the job exceeded my expectations but most importantly I think this placed has earned my trust and I think that aspect has no price. Ty Steves for treating your employees well and they in return had done a good job earning my business, I will continue to bring my car for its regular maintenance going forward.

This auto shop is fantastic. I had been going to another shop, but switched after trying them for a bunch of scheduled maintenance I needed on my Tacoma. The staff are friendly, and called me back primarily to schedule when I used their online system to request an appointment. They evaluated my truck, priced it out, and let me pick what I wanted done. When my car started making a noise, I took it there without hesitation. They quickly diagnosed the problem, called me with the estimate, and completely the simple repair that same day. Always friendly service. Highly recommended.

This is a follow up of a previous review I left for Steves Automotive. I was very displeased when I got done dealing with them. $1200 repair for the windshield wipers and the front end. Now, a few months later, the windshield wipers are still not working properly and Im taking my car to another mechanic to get the front end repaired. Neither problem was improved in the least by the $1200 I spent in their shop. I wasted $1200 by taking my car to Steves automotive.

I took my car here and Chad worked so hard to figure out what was wrong with my Jeep. He was very patient even though it was not an easy find or fix. I really appreciated all the time he spent to make my car run correctly and feel safe again. It drives so much better! It feels like it did when I bought it. My steering wheel and pedals aren’t loose anymore and it feels very secure. I would highly recommend Chad and this business!

I was traveling and had a problem with my alternator. Called Steves late in the day, said bring it in the morning. So I did, 7:30, they had it fixed by 9:30 and I was on my way. They were wonderful, make a stressful experience pleasant. Wish I lived in the Salt Lake City area, they would be my choice to go to for automotive service.

Brought my car in for a loud noise while idling and asked if theyd check out why my electric locks werent working on 2 of my doors as well, they called to let me know that the noise was from my serpentine tensioner and told me itd be $800. I expressed my concerns about the cost but they said it was essential, so I gave them the go ahead. They failed to mention that $200 of that quote was to diagnose the issue with my door locks. The locks were a minor inconvenience, so if I had any idea it would be that much, I would have asked them to nix the diagnosis and save myself $200 and them a few hours of their time. Ive never had a mechanic fail to communicate how much a diagnostic would cost before going through with it, or have the lack of common sense and decency to assume that most people (especially a young broke grad student whos driving an old car like myself) would not want to go through with an expensive diagnostic for something non-essential.Just overall not impressed with such a poor level of communication and failure to break down the cost of all the work they were quoting me for until after I was billed.

Had to sit down with the technician and explain what a CVT Transmission is and also showed him how to compensate a car on the alignment machine seems like the guy didn’t really know what he was doing for my prepurchase inspection also when They couldn’t find anything wrong with the car they recommended over $2000 in services that were due by mileage, they also told me the plate lights were out, checked them myself they were on ! When I told the CSA up front he just gave me a thumbs up ! Probably wasn’t happy he couldn’t make a sale :(

This was my first visit. I was impressed by the wonderful customer service they provide. The send text updates as they inspect your car! Given an update of what they find and when your next oil change is needed. This is one of the coolest features it really changed the I had. I am very happy with the service they gave and will be returning if my car ever needs work.

I had an engine failure on the highway and had my car towed here late in the afternoon. They were able to give me a quote the very next day early in the morning. I decided to sell the car due to the repair cost being beyond the car value but they were gracious enough to give me a day to figure out my situation while my car sat there. Communication with them was very good!

Friday I had the day off work to do errands appointments etc took my car in to get oil change at 12 told them I had a 1.30 appointment I was in n out in 40 mins. This is my second time going there and I will be going back again friendly n professional service. They say the real measure of a companys services levels is how they handle themselves when theres a problem. Ive always found that to be true. We brought my sons truck in for some work, and unfortunately the mechanic made a mistake. However, they immediately took action to correct the situation, no questions asked, and rectified the situation fully. And they earned a loyal customer in the process. Nice job!

I got to say I like Steves, I usually go to the dealership but that usually takes booking an appointment then having your car gone all day. So I decided I would try Steves, and I do not regret it at all! They were able to get me in diagnosed and fix all in an afternoon. Another thing I noticed as I was sitting in the lobby waiting listing to the technician help others is, yeah the prices may seem high, but the quality of parts they are using/recommending are good quality. Not some knock off or used part that I may only get 20,000 miles out of instead of an expected 50,000 miles if it was a high quality part.

I drove from Chicago to salt lake and my transmission light came on. I called 3 shops and all told me I needed an appointment or that they couldn’t service it until the next day. Steve’s immediately answered and told me not to worry and just bring my car in as soon as I can and they would check it out (amazing) they ran my codes in my car and were absolutely so nice and made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them. They came back and told me everything looked good and that my car was good to go. 10/10 service. If you ever need your car checkout I totally recommend.I’d gladly bring them all the donuts if I could!

Expect to get charged $200 to tell you what you already know. Then tack on a completely unreasonable estimate with a bunch of extra stuff you didn’t ask for. Typical of most auto shops but I would look around somewhere else first

Just took my car in yesterday and I was a first time customer of Steves Automotive. I have to say, I was really surprised at the high level of customer service. I brought my Jeep in around 11 am, and by noon I got a follow-up call to tell me they were about to start diagnosing my vehicle. Not long after, I received a text with a link including all the inspection details with pictures and comments. You can also approve each of the suggested repairs and when you are finished looking at the estimate, you hit submit and you get a message saying they will start working on your car. It was so professional and easy to use that link. I loved having pictures of each of the problems my vehicle was having. Something about the pictures makes you feel like you arent getting duped into repairing something that doesnt need to be fixed. They actually circle the problem and show you that it needs repair. I have never seen anything like it before. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would definitely recommend Steves Automotive to everyone. Prices all seemed very fair and I know that they have an amazing guarantee on their service. This was the best experience I have ever had getting my car fixed. I have never written a review for a business, but they really deserve it. I have to applaud such a job well done.

I decided to bring my car to this body shop after it started overheating. I wasnt referred, but I looked them up in Google and their shop looked really nice and I had a good feeling about trusting my car to them. They stayed in touch with me the whole time, and they were able to fix my car very quickly. When I went to pick up my car, there was 2 very nice guys that helped me feel comfortable and showed me one of the parts that they replaced on my car. If you have any repair that needs to be done, I definitely recommend this place!!! 💜

We just moved to the Salt Lake area from Nevada. We took our 2012 Ford Escape for a 80,000 mile service. We were happy with their organization, and they were really good at communicating. The price seemed high, compared to what we were use to paying, in Nevada. We did some research, after the fact, and looked up what the services should cost on Kelly Blue Book. Steves was priced higher than what KBB listed what the prices should be. I then got a quote for the same services from a dealer and Steves was about 15% higher than what they quoted me. With that being said the customer service people ensured an experience that was far superior than anything I have experienced at a dealership and there utilization of technology made for a positive experience and ensured as little disruption of my day as possible. I will return in the future. If you are on a tight budget you may want to shop around, but if you value your time and want quality work this a great place to take your vehicle.

Charged $187 for diagnostic on my 12 year old car and then quoted me $1600 which didn’t even include the a laundry list of maintenance recommendations (based on “visual inspection”) although I had that work done five months ago. Guy was terse and irritable on the phone when I asked about that.Sounded sketchy, so I called another local shop who confirmed high quote. Took it to my brother who fixed it for $180 of parts and about an hour of work. It’s running fine now.

Very helpful over the phone to set up initial appointment and informing themselves about what I needed. AC was not working. Everyone was very communicative as to what was going on and what I needed. I waited there with one of my daughters and they were very efficient with time which I appreciated. Very happy with service and experience. Another pleasent aspect was a very clean restroom. Nice to find a mechanic I feel safe with.

Once upon a time they gave me a $150 credit to delete a bad review about how they gave me an awful quote for some brake work, claiming twice the cost Ford themselves quoted. They put the credit on my bosses account though since it was a company vehicle in the system and wouldn’t let me use it later on when I tried on a different vehicle. I feel like a sellout anytime I see their business on my commute. This happened about two years ago, sick of remembering this story so back at it with the 1 star. Come on guys if you’re going to throw out a bribe make sure its redeemable.

After waiting for about 30 min. they told me their lift wasnt working, and told me I could come back for a free oil chg and tire rotation in a few days, which I did. They were very pleasant to work with and I still have the coupon to use in the future.

Went to get our car inspected before a big trip due to an engine rumble. After an inspection they ended up replacing a transmission mount (which barely helped). However this review isnt about the fix, its about the quote. They quoted us over $200 to make the cloudy headlights clear!!! This is an easy thing to do yourself for only ~$15!! They also overquoted us to replace the entire oil filter assembly when it was only a gasket that needed to be replaced. Also one of the techs didnt put back a fixture in correctly. Not happy with this place, the only reason they have such good reviews is due to people being entered into a drawing if they give a good review.

So I had read a few reviews on this company that they are price gougers, but I dont like to trust google reviews so Ive gone to this place twice.The First time I gave them a specific budget and said I cant pay more than this and cant approve costs higher than this. They said they really thought they could do the price. As the day went on they found additional problems with the car and said oh we need to charge you $300-400 more than what I had given them as a budget. I understood that they needed to pay the price but I asked them if they were able to get the work we initially spoke on, just my breaks and rotors and a sensor at the price quoted. They said that they couldnt promise the car would work if we just did that work. Remembering that I had read about price gouging, I told them I would prefer to take the car to another shop and get another quote on all the work. The attendant became upset and told me fine to come get my car. To which they sent an uber, after I asked about it, and halfway on the way they told called me and said. Dont worry about it, we are going to do with work at the OG price quoted. I said please dont discount things Im happy to pay the full price if I dont find a better offer. I just dont have the budget today. They said oh no just leave it with us overnight and well do the og price. When I went to pick up the car, Chad, said dont believe every review you read. But they did the work at the OG price which made me feel like I dodged a bit of a bullet and they might actually have been trying to.But I let it go because I was soooo grateful for the work and Toby reached out to me later and was so kind and respectful and even sent a gift card for me, totally unnecessary.Well come to the second time I came to the show the car is because Ive been trying to get the tail light of my 2014 Nissan Altima out. Ive removed all the bolts according to the manual and the university of YouTube and it wouldnt come out. Chad was kind enough to come out and look at my car which I was grateful for, he seemed super confident he could just get it out. And of course, he struggled and couldnt get it out. Now I can replace the blub and do everything else myself. All I needed was the light pulled out. Price quoted, $150. $150 to get the light pulled out. Thats just too crazy. I called a few other shops and no one has quoted this price. I wanted to give them a second chance cause I had used them many times in the past 10 years. But always at the Sandy Location. I am bummed that I feel I need to find a new mechanic in my area, but I also think there may be a bit of truth to the reviews that claim they are overcharging.

06 Acura RSX type sI was in search for an alignment because I just got all new suspension parts. My specific car have short tie rods so it automatically has a toe so I went out and bought aftermarket ones to fix the problem. They are easy to adjust: one nut one adjustable rod. Its is litterly one step from stock. I called Steves Automotive and spoke with Richard him saying that that Ruben L. was the best alignment guy. So with confidence I went ahead and set up the appointment for 8:30AM . For a basic alignment and got quoted 88.00$ with the best alignment mechanic Ruben L. I was confident that this guy could do the job easy and very efficient so I went along with it. The staff was super professional, kind and showed high quality service. Shout out to Kim and Toby they were gems. I didnt have a ride so they have this policy to give customers a free uber to there house and back when the job was finished. I found myself staying productive cooking my lunch, doing chores then 1:00PM comes around and I am wondering what could possibly be taking this long. Out of curiosity I them gave call. They said that the mechanic cant do the job because there was too many adjustments and if you would like us to do it its going to be an extra hour and whit a end total of 268.00$... Like what? 5hrs later?? Why no call?? Why did it take him 1.8hrs (witch is there set time to do an alignment approximately 108 mins) to tell me?? If I would have followed through with that I would have been without my vehicle for a full day and who knows how long he would have took the next day.Then they said that my strut has a camber adjustment and my toe isnt straight they cant do the alignment. What baffles me is that if I had stock suspension my toe would be worse what would they say then? You need 1500.00$ struts with a camber adjustment like?? I am just assuming this mechanic gets some kind of compensation for the work he does because he marked on the evaluation that my strut needed immediate attention like if it was an oil pan leak. He put them down under my struts adjustment too saying the ride height wasnt presented so that in the computer it makes it look like he was working. Who are you? Do your job. Stop trying to take peoples money. Do what they ask. Dont beat your way around the bush because you dont want to look slow. At least be clever with your excuse. Just saying that there is too many adjustment to cover yourself is so embarrassing. Like how can you let your boss talk up on you and you not show potential? In conclusion I definitely would support staff and Richard but mechanic straight dishonest and lazy. I have been a mechanic for 2 years and never have I ever seen anyone be like this.. I would hate to work with this guy. I could walk up to any used car and find problems with it. Do your job. They paid him too!!??.. Cant believe he wasted 5 hrs. I also couldnt make it to classes witch is even more frustrating. Not one apology for wasting my time. A true mechanic would call you immediately and ask if you want your toe adjusted. I obviously didnt adjust because I wanted it close to stock. Id like to add that my tank was one tick down from half when I dropped it off and when I got in it back it was two ticks under a quarter.

Do not go to this place I had them do suspension and control arm units and supposedly the guy that did the repair had 15 years experience and didn’t know to use washers on aftermarket parts on the control arms we literally almost died merging onto the freeway if it wasn’t for a bump on the merge and knock the control arm off me and my family could have been dead the the mans name I believe was Mike Smith Michael Smith on the paper it’s said M Smith so Whoever works there that starts his first name with the M and his last name is Smith do not let that guy touch your vehicle whatsoever 15 years experience but doesn’t know to use washer on aftermarket parts for the bolts it’s only common sense but then yeah he claims to have 15 years experience these guys are a joke

Toby and the staff here were EXCELLENT. Several months back used one of their other locations in Sandy which needed attention a couple mos after. I felt like I was getting ripped off w the answer sandy loc had given me. I called the SLC location for a second opinion and Toby not only fixed the issue, he didn’t charge me and made it right. I wasn’t expecting to get the service for free, but wanted an honest answer. Toby didn’t argue or push back in anyway and I am very happy with the way he handled the situation considering I was not happy nor was my schedule easy for them. I will always be bringing my car to you guys from now on! Thank you so much for your excellent work and attitude Toby and staff! I will be referring all my ppl your way.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! These guys will try to take you for a ride. I took my car in to get my oil changed, and they told me it would cost $1,500 to get it working. They claimed that my brakes were bad, my transmission was bad, and that I needed a bunch of services done to be safe on the road. I couldnt believe it. Especially because regularly service my car and take good care of it. I refused the additional services, but they still charged me $150 for an oil change and new air filter.To make it worse, I took the car to a trusted mechanic and drove about an hour away to have it looked at. The car is in great shape and all services are up-to-date. Steve and his team were nice enough at first, but quickly laid on the sales ploy trying to get me to spend $1,500. I will never be back and will be sure to let others know. Yuck!!

These guys are literally the greatest! The front receptionist Brittnie is always friendly and is great at helping me get what I need whenever I come in. The diagnostic test they do is really helpful to see what I need fixed immediately and what things can wait a little bit longer to be addressed. They always ask you about any work and tell you what it will cost, so you can decide if you want to do it that day or if you want to hold off on it. They will also check any car you are thinking about buying to let you know if the price the seller is asking is worth it. Steves Automotive Specialists is by far the best auto repair shop that I have ever been to.

First encounter they fixed my AC for under $200. That seemed fair, so I referred my mother-in-law for noise when turning on cabin air. They called and said $90 to dig in and diagnose, I said OK. They called back with a quote of $1400. I declined. I took it to my do-it-yourself brother-in-law who fixed it in 2 hours. The part was $28. Back to the fist encounter . . . one month after they fixed my AC and tested for leaks, it no longer works. Dont waste your money.

I was looking for a new mechanic as Ive had bad experiences with mechanics in the past. Check engine light came on in the van and decided I didnt want to deal with it. Took it in and they found the problem to be the oil pressure sensor. They quoted me $700 more to replace the sensor. I said no, paid the $200 for their diagnostic, took the van home and had the new sensor installed in less than 30 minutes and $50 in parts.I think they mean well but they tried to take advantage of me and take my money. Maybe it was just another bad experience, but I am still looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

I’ve been indifferent about writing this review, but it’s been a couple of weeks and I’m still as frustrated as when it happened. This is my experience, and I believe people should make their own judgments, but I’m just putting out some facts and have all the paperwork and photos to back it up. And yes, I now realize how easy of a piece this is to fix which makes this whole thing that much more frustrating.I’ve used these guys a couple of times and had, what I thought, was a good, trustworthy mechanic. Last year I bought an older Tundra and took it here to have it inspected and fixed. There were definitely things wrong with it and even though I was quoted lower at another place, I went with these guys because they came recommended by close friends. One of the problems that I had is that the heat plates or flange on the muffler rattled, which was more just annoyance than anything. They charged me for the part and fixed the problem last summer and for awhile it was fine.During the hot days this summer, it started to make the sound again. Given that they offer their lifetime guarantee, I made an appointment and took it back in to get fixed. They did their free inspection and then quoted me to REPLACE the flange, which was the piece that was rattling. I paid the $93 and left with no more rattle. Within 2 days the sound was back. After looking at the picture on the quote they gave me, I crawled under my truck and found the piece they said they were replacing to be same old rusty part with a brand new 10 cent bolt in it. This is when my frustration really started. I talked to some people I knew about the situation. The receipt that I have says that they REPAIRED the part, instead of REPLACED the part like I was initially quoted for. So I thought, okay, they probably charging me their hourly labor rate, the $93, and put a new bolt in thinking it would do the job, which it didn’t. So I took the truck back in just to find out I was right. They offered to replace the piece and not charge me their labor fee but I would have to leave the truck for a day so they could find the right piece, which they couldn’t quote me for at the time.So this is what I was looking at. A place that offered lifetime guarantee, “fixed” this piece last year. It started making the same noise so I brought it back, got charged more money only to have it keep making noise. Now I was told I’d have to leave my truck for a day, which would be 4 times being there, so they could find the correct piece, which they couldn’t quote me at the time, so I risked not having my truck, being charged a ton for a part, and if it was too much then I’d get the truck back, not fixed. As a full time nursing student and full time employee, I left with the rattle, stressing that my next free day wasn’t until December. I came home crying from frustration to find my 80 year old neighbor outside. He asked what was wrong. 3 days later he had ordered the part for $22, crawled under my truck and fixed it himself. It’s been 2 weeks and no problems.I don’t believe this is a bad place, or bad people, but I do believe it’s about the money and that’s what I got. I personally will not be going back or recommending, solely due to the fact that I don’t trust them, but you should make that call for yourself.Also, Rich Heidt I ran into the same thing. Only an oil change and hey my oil is changed, staff was friendly. Knocking 2 stars off because there is a SLC (county and city) mandate on masks and not one of their staff was wearing one. Yes Im that annoying dude, but seriously its for your protection and mine, you encounter a ton of people a day please be considerate of your customers. I first visited this location as Id just recently returned to the area after being away for nigh a decade, and I needed to have my car inspected for state registration. The staff here completed the inspection and gave recommendations for service based on maintenance and the mileage of my vehicle. I scheduled a follow-up appointment for a couple of weeks after my initial visit to complete some of the recommended work.However, approximately one week later, my check engine light came on and I requested they scan the vehicle to determine the issue. They completed the scan and recommended I bring the vehicle back the following morning (as the scan occurred at the end of the business day). I dropped the car off early the next morning, and they gave me a shuttle ride back to my home. They called within the hour with request for authorization for further testing and then called again with the recommendations and pricing for repairs. Repairs were completed quickly and I had the vehicle back by the end of the same day.One of the things I like the most about their business is the detailed description of issues, recommended service and the reasons for the service. They send a digital copy of all of this via text or e-mail every time anything is noted or recommended. This is immensely helpful, both for documentation and research purposes, especially if anyone is, like myself, somewhat mechanically challenged.Ultimately, the entire staff is knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and thorough, at least in my experience. I would highly recommend them for the quality of the work, the warranty on the service done, and the respect for their customers and knowledge of the employees.

My car broke down in the middle of moving and they had me bring it to another location that was closer to me and I was able to drop it off and they identified the issue right away. I was leaving town for week and they completed my car and held it for me while I was gone. They even knocked down some of the charges to help me out. Ive lived in multiple states throughout my life and been to many auto shops, and this is by far the best and more respectable shop Ive ever come across. Im happy they are right down the street from me, and have referred 5+ co-workers here, and heard great feedback from them all as well. They are always fair in their prices and detailed in their communication, and if they cant fix something (which is rare but I just had happen) they make it right by not charging for the inspection. My wife took the car in because of an electrical problem. I have been a customer for several years and I thought they were pricey but reasonably good. They said $250 to diagnose the problem! It was complicated they said. My wife said she would take it to a dealer to get this properly fixed by a mechanic who knows about this model. The guy at Steves replied that itll cost a lot more at the dealer. She called the dealer and they charge $110 to diagnose the problem and the diagnostic cost offsets the repair cost. Next she called another mechanic and he charges $75 for the diagnosis. The car is worth about $15,000; I own it free and clear; it has less than 100,000 miles, yet this year alone I paid Steves $1,975 in repair costs and more is on the way. I expect their diagnosis will reveal Im in store for a huge repair bill. Either 1- I have a lemon of a car, or 2 - they are overcharging & up-selling me, or 3 - Theyre giving me the runaround. Theyve lost my confidence. I cant see that Ive got much to lose taking it to another mechanic elsewhere.

This was my first time in and it was a delightful experience. Customer service is amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. I called in to make an appointment for a basic oil change and the receptionist suggested a afternoon appointment as they were super busy that day which worked for me even though I would have preferred to get a morning apt. She ended up calling a minute later to let me know she was actually able to get me in at a much earlier time. The service took about an hour but they offer free pick up and drop off service. Overall I would recommend this shop to anyone!

I had some work done on my car here. They were quick and had good communication. However, they ended up charging a lot more than I expected so I called around. They charged me $400 more than their competitors down the road quoted. Because they already had my car pulled apart I just let them do the work even though it was much more expensive. After I got my car back, it continue to have the same issue. At this point I returned with my vehicle and they became avoidant. I was told my vehicle was just fine until I took a video of it running poorly and finally had a mechanic look at my car again. Then they told me that I would need to replace all four of my catalytic converter’s and they quoted me at about $2700 in addition to my original $950 dollar bill they had charged... So I took it down the road to chucks Automotive. They did two of the catalytic converter’s for just over $1200 and my car is running well again.

Dont waste your time here. There are plenty of other places to bring your vehicle in SLC. I brought my 2006 sprinter in because the AC was blowing hot air. They charged me $300 to diagnose the issue. Ok. They told me I needed a new compressor. Now $1300. Ok. I picked up my vehicle and an hour down the highway the battery light comes on, the coolant light comes on and I lost power steering. I pulled over and called the shop. They paid for the tow back to the shop. (rightfully so). My serpentine belt was completely shredded. They put a new one on the next day and couldnt tell me why it happened. Keep in mind my van was running totally fine for thousands of miles before this. I travel and live full time in my van. They said were not sure it could be the tensioner and wanted to charge me $700 for a new one!! That part is $75. Why did I pay $300 to diagnose the issue and that was not brought up from the beginning?? So I drive away with the new belt and bam it happens again. After $500 tow and taking it to another shop to actually repair the issue, it was fixed.My experience was an absolute nightmare here. They are friendly but I dont think they know what they are doing. At least on sprinters. Go somewhere else unless you want a headache.

They noticed I had a cracked radiator while doing a routine oil change because they inspect every car they take in. I’ve had great service and experiences thus far, but now they’ve lost a loyal customer.They were unable to uphold and honor a quote given on 10/20/2020 and today is 11/2/2020, so well within the month time period. I need two door lock actuators replaced and they wanted to charge me double the quote that was given to me two weeks ago. The new quote is even higher than the Honda Dealership and the reason I came to Steve’s initially is because it was half of what Honda was quoting. Bummer because I really do like these guys!

I had an excellent experience with this garage. The advisor was knowledgeable and provided me with multiple quotes and options for repair. The customer service agent Brittany was friendly, completely on top of things and made my experience wonderfully smooth and memorable.
