If you need your knives sharpened, DO NOT go to the guy at the Saturday Market near the Capitol. Just get in touch with Jon, the business owner, who will do your knives right.

I have never had knife’s sharpened before, so I called to get some information (cost, time, etc.) Jon answered all of my questions and then said he was on his way back from Portland and would be happy to swing by my house and sharpen my kitchen knives for me! I texted him my address and he showed up about 30 min later! Very professional, quick service, and great price! I will definitely call him again when I need knives or my schears sharpened!
