This was the biggest dollar store I have ever been to! Great selection. Staff was very friendly and helpful when I couldnt find something and again when I couldnt reach something in a upper shelf. For its size and only having 2 people on staff it was Surprisingly clean compared to other I have been to.

Go early (before 10am). They are always very busy, stocked OK considering the traffic but the mess after 10am is nuts!The photo was at opening am.

Dollar tree is a great place to shop. I have bought dishes. Glass cups you name it they have it most of the time. My dishes and my cups there after 3 years there still look new

Never thought Id be sitting here rating a dollar tree....but here I am. Lol. What can I really say? I love the dollar tree. Good stuff for cheap. Im a huge cheapskate so its been one of my favorite places since I was like 10 years old when it first came out. I kinda miss the old dollar stores too but I really love the dollar tree so yeah....theres my 2 cents.

One register open with a line all the way to the back of the store. The store management team should be fired.

Its the dollar tree. Theyre all the same. Only one cashier and the line was 10 people deep going down the aisle.

Always a very pleasant experience, with wonderful employees! Only downside is lately theyre out of stock on Alot of everyday essentials.

This store is so dirty .I was dere 4/30/2021 at 3 pm it was very busy.the management just stand around .so I had 10 waters I askt to take the basket out and the mang.was very rude not okey ..then see wund outside side to smoke .wow this store is a disaster .maby higher up needs to check it out

Youre carts are a health hazard. Didnt have reg dollar tree stuff like can opener, clear packing tape, or white wall hooks...stuff I normally buy at dollar tree. Customer service is slllllllow & painful. I have a bruise on my leg from the carts that stop working mid push. Not returning to this store.

The stir is well organized and very clean compared to some Ive been in. They carry a lot of stuff so you have a large variety to choose from.

Its a great place to go when you have one dollar just like me 😅

I really enjoy this DOLLAR TREE. THEY LITERALLY HAVE MOST OF THE STUFF I WENT IN FOR. ALL DEPARTMENTS HAVE MANY CHOICES TO CHOOSE FROM, I ALWAYS END UP BUYING MUCH MORE THAN WHATS ON MY LIST. I LOVE THE MYSTERY ITEMS, THINGS YOU DIDNT KNOW YOU WANTED OR NEEDED, THEY JUST JUMP OFF THE SHELVES AND INTO YOUR CART, YOU CANT PUT THEM BACK, CUZ YOU KNOW YOU NEED THEM ONEDAY. THE PLACE IS VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED, CHECKOUT PEOPLE HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE AND ARE WILLING TO HELP. I LOVE THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR TREE .

The cashier was a little snotty but she was not as bad as some of the ladies there. But we did get everything we needed.

I love this store. Amanda who is always working nights she is amazing. Very sweet and helpful. Also there is another gentleman that works nights with her hes older wears glasses. He is awsome as well. These two people deserve some applauds they work there buts off and sre great with the customers. Thanks for always helping me and my girls!!!

I went to this store location today, I was very disappointed with the employees and the store manager, I did an exchange and I think the employee who served me name was Mily , she was very rude and frustrated, if they dont like working there , they shouldnt be working on a place where you have to serve customer, she got frustrated because I returned some items, which she should stay professionally and be nice , but she didnt , also the manager was very unpleasant too, also we brought with us our little pet and our little pet bark one time and this employee name Pam said shut up to our little dog.... Overall I had a really bad experience with this employees and I will never come back there again!!!

Good shopping. Please do it before people get off work. Cashier only 2 or 3 at that hour. Crowding too many people

So its a rather odd thing but while waiting for my husband to come out of the dollar tree i noticed this person filming so I had to get video of them doing it.....But besides that this dollar tree is usually ok. Kind of messy

Needs better team work employees see a cashier struggling with long line and they think its the best time to go on a brake smh.

One employee past me several of times not caring if he was keeping his distance. Also it would help if they stickers or something on the ground as to where customers should stand waiting for cashiers instead of a piece of paper right when you get to the checkout. Hows that for making sure its helping others to keep social distancing.

A huge store that does not allow customers to use their restroom. Carts lock up if you try to take them out the doors because they have not installed cart corrals in the parking lot. This makes it very difficult for people with lifting disabilities to get their items room the store to their vehicle. Need better accommodations in the form of bathrooms and car corrals.

Usually have a good shopping experience here giving 4 stars though because the other day they tried to class discriminate against me for being homeless and tried to accuse me of shoplifting which I had not done and was able to show them that

Good stuff for good prices, only problem is some things like name brand Haribo gummies are less in each package, but the generic brand are basically the same thing but more.

We love dollar tree stores and can always find bargains as stock often changes. Today I managed to find cell phone headphones for a buck, chocolate covered banana slices, and some candies as well. Frozen food section is interesting and refrigerated section has cheeses and dips as well. No matter what you can save some dough and time. Kudos!

This place is disgusting. There is trash right in front of the door, and the parking lot. I got here at opening time because I needed to grab a few office supplies before work, and a bunch of people were inside waiting, they Never* acknowledged me. Three guys even stood in the front right by the door, Right in Front of me! ! one guy had his bike with him. They didnt even acknowledge me there! Not even to say, were almost open (it was 7:58am)I turned around to leave at that point, I didnt care that they were open anymore. Most of them ran outside (to smoke cigarettes) or leave.What kind of an establishment are you even running here? ? I wont come here ever again. Disgusting atmosphere, Disgusting customer service. Not worth the price of the office products.

Always seem to have what I need for at least half the cost of other stores. If you have a small budget this is the store for you.

Best customer service, convenient location. Always well stocked and up to date with seasonal selections and decorations. Kids toy section and pet items. Their house hold decor is always nice and the cleaning supplies are not always off brand ! This location is my favorite one ☝️ I try not to go to other dollar tree stores unless it’s a must.

Apparently thethe management of this store is aware that they sell the poor people and not all poor people can afford masks, which are required to be worn in the store in the store at all times.I dont often say this but this store needs to be put out of business permanently.

Typical Dollar Tree store. Very clean, staff is friendly even under pressure, Decent selection (Though the south Lancaster one is bigger). IMO they always do a great job. Good people.If I were to fault them on anything, it can get really busy sometimes. Not really their fault, though.

Employees are pretty helpful, courteous , and when your on a budget or just not trying to over pay for the exact same thing...this is the stop.We did our wedding plates, champagne flutes, almost all the decor..under 300. With a guest list around 200.

Same good selection as all the other Dollar Trees and friendly service. Its getting a three-star because you cant take your cart out the door. Dont buy anything heavy or too much that you cant carry everything to your vehicle at once. If you do plan to buy a lot, bring your own cart from home that you can take through the store or put your bags in when you leave.

Its dollar tree. Everything is a buck. So you tell yourself, hey its just a dollar! and then fifty dollars later, ask yourself what have I done?? This particular store is very large with a great selection of... Stuff. Dollar stuff. But unfortunately that makes for a busy store with long lines. Worth it though if you need hair ties, balloons, placemats, a brush, and mini boxes of cereal.

As always, everything is $1. And I found everything I was looking for. Their selection is surprising robust for a dollar store.

Small selection of Valentines day items, but I was able to find enough items for the classroom kids. Only 2 cashiers were working and the lines were long. This Dollar Tree would not be my first choice.

Go literally anywhere else. I have NEVER had the lovely ability to walk in and walk out. There is always an outrageous wait to check out. This is the fourth time I’ve come this month and waited 20+ minute wait. Such a joke...

One staff informed me of several different locations in the store to find birthday invitations couldnt show me where they were herself. I had already spent time looking for them and then went back into the store because she said there were some available. After looking further, another staff informed me they didnt have any. What a waste of time!

On october 4th i bought 14 balloons for my daughters birthday. First is ovestly the price. For the same balloon i would have paid $4.99 but here its $1.00. I had got some frome safeway not long before and it only floated for 24 to 48 hours bepebding on latex or foil. So i thought for that a dollar sounds good. Today its November 16 and they are STILL FLOATING......thats almost 2 months. I dont even know how its possible. My little girl still plays with them from time to time but even she is over them lol. Buy your balloons from here. Faster (just picked them out of the already blown up balloons) and have them for weeks!

My husband and I have went to this dollar tree several times. The most recent experience was my husbands. The register lady was in the phone the entire time they were in line. The line was super long and could have been avoided. Called because of the lack of attention some items did not come home complete. Manager says it was approved for some odd reason. They were both rude and unhelpful. Said if its still here come and get it with out thinking to look for it. Crazy how people can do whatever they please and its ok. Whatever happened to good customer service. Might be dollar tree but still try at least to care about customers. Please

Four balloons and some silly string in a can for $5. Yes please! Better stocked, better service, just overall better option than the Dollar Tree in Keizer, but not as big as the south Lancaster one.

Always my first option for the fun, practical stuff & novelties!! & many times I even get surprised with good quality products for a buck!! You hardly can go wrong with Dollar stores!!

Credit processing machines often malfunction and have difficulty reading even new cards. Service is not friendly, though also not rude which is a welcome difference from other locations. The sales floor is well cared for however, which is nice for a dollar tree.

This store is a HOT MESS!!! Dirty, boxes everywhere and empty shelves! Nothing is grouped together and you have to wonder the store to find anything! I would gladly drive out of my way to not go not go back to this store!

Horrible customer service. I tried to pick up an online order twice and when I tried to speak to the manager he basically told me he had no time. I was polite and asked how long i would have to wait, he ignored me as I was talking to him.

Don come here if you:☑️Have to bring kids with you.☑️You or someone coming with you have urinaunr incontinence issues or diarrhea.☑️You dont have a planet fitness membership.☑️You are NOT a fast runner.The restrooms at this Dollar store are always,Broken, closed or simply they dont want you to use them....
