Something changed at this place. My experiences were positive until 2021. My service records were lost so when I had a recurring issue, the new people didnt believe me, and charged me $45 more up front to fix the same problem.Then they kept my item for more than two months.

Decided to try VIP Repairs when my local repair shop went sideways with their customer service. Couldnt have been happier with the quality of the repair and service of my lawn mower. Done 4 days earlier than their estimate, great price, and superior customer service. Really glad I tried them. A little further to drive, but well worth it. Thanks

Very willingThis place repairs from janitorial to golf carts. Pressure washers, lawn mowers ,,,You name it. Give them a try.Very Rea$onable. They worked on my old weed eater, cleaned the carburetor and couldnt find any parts for it, (no one was able to)so, no charge and repaired a pressure washer and did minor extras and gave no extra charges for labor or misc.,VIP HAS HONESTY AND INTEGRITY. ILL STATE MY REPUTATION ON THEM ANY DAY!!!

Have used VIP repairs, a few times over the years, and every time have always left with an up beat feel, their customer service in these times is superb, the quality of work, honesty and communication I can think of no other repair shop to use from my lawn mower to my vacuum, absolutely recommend them , anytime anyone says they are having issues with their lawn mower I tell them to take it to VIP Repairs...............

Muhammed and their team is amazing. Not only will they find and fix the problem/problems. They inform you of the best way to go about it. Couldnt be happier, this the the 2nd time needing them ( for 2 different jobs) and I would use them again! Thanks for the top notch service!

Brought them a rototiller that was newer with some carb issues. They cleaned it up changed out a few things and it runs like new. All done for a reasonable price. I will go back with future needs.

This place sucks, they try to charge you for thing not done , take forever to get the job done , horrible customer service and high prices, I will NEVER recommend or be back to this place, they should be out of business.
