Went there today for print and go service. Last time at the other Branch one employee helped me with the FedEx card. And this time in this visit I use the same card and printed some important documents.This location is really neatly maintained and all the employees are helpful. You can get printing, scanning, color printing your banner, flyers and other important printing services.And you can also use computer for the online work that you may need to do if youre not carrying your own laptop.

Staff went above and beyond to rush a printing order to completion for me. Called and asked about expediting the order, John was really helpful and said he would personally make sure it was rushed. They knocked it out in under an hour, and John called me back to make sure I knew it was ready. Saved me a lot of stress and hassle, much appreciated!

The experience I had at this Fed Ex location was so delightful. All the workers from top to bottom were professional, very helpful, and accommodating. A special recognition to Jamie, who truly extended herself to assist me to the finish, as the store was closing. Thank you, great customer service!

I’m livid. I was in the store with my husband today and there was about 20 min left before the store closes. A woman walked in to get help with printing out something, but the assistant manager informed her that she was off the clock and they’re closing soon, so she can’t help her.Really I didn’t pay too much attention to that, but being a team leader I wondered why she was still doing work behind the counter off the clock (that’s illegal).Then shortly after a older Gentlemen walked in with his granddaughter by his side asking to have his daughters Graduation certificate printed in the proudest way possible. I was paying attention this time because how proud he was just filled the store. The same assistant manager says to him “umm I’m off the clock and we close in 15min” he says oh and proceeds to walk the the register to ask the lady that’s “on the clock”.This is when I’m interested... The assistant manager then tells the man wait you’ll have to come back next week because the lady at the register doesn’t know how to complete the task. The man is confused and says “is this kinko’s printing and you are still open right?”The assistant manager turns around and throws her hands up and says I’m out. I’m thinking “girl if you’re off the clock you should’ve been out” but I kept my cool because I was with my husband.The man was getting ready to leave the store but then decided he was going to ask the worker at the register. The second he started asking, the assistant manager jumped out the back and decided to announce her position and answer for the employee. Extremely unnecessary and then again proceeds to tell him they close in 12 min. Now my blood is boiling and I’m getting ready to act out in public on front of my husband, but he grabs me back and reminds me we really have to get these papers printed. The man and his 4 year old granddaughter leave.At this point I don’t want to do my services here. Now the man is gone and she proceeds to yell out to the employee that’s on the clock “Did I say something wrong?” The employee says “No” and I yell out YES! but then my husband again tells me to chill out. My blood is boiling but I have to respect my husband’s wishes although we discussed that later.I told him I don’t want to complete our papers here and we can go to staples. He says ok and we walk out. Luckily the man is in his car getting ready to leave.I stopped and informed him that he did nothing wrong and she was the worse. I’m a team lead and that’s not how he should’ve been treated. I told him to go to staples and he did. I know he did because that’s where I saw him while I printed out papers. He thanked me and said I didn’t know what I did wrong. He was so confused on why he was treated like that and so am I.If you’re off the clock but on the floor working, it’s illegal and you should be reported. If you’re off the clock and hanging out in the back, fine. As a customer it’s not our job to know who is on the clock and off the clock. I’m disgusted at how she treated our elders. I pray she reads this understands these words. I’m disgusted how she being who she is treated that particular man being who he is like that(assistant manner-read between the lines on this part).I hate how long this is because most people won’t read it, but this was my outlet. I literally came home and explained all of this to my 14 year old daughter to make certain she does not allow this to happen in front of her and to make sure you never ever ever disrespect your elders, even if they’re are wrong or right. NEVER EVER.Mind you, I left the store with 5 min left before they closed and she made sure to lock that door as soon as we walked out.

I was shipping parts to a crew I have working in the area and set the package to hold at this location. They called and said they would hold it for only two days. I’ve shipped to at least 100 other Fedex stores around the country and I’ve never been told that they will only hold for two days. Anyways... the crew went to the store to pick up the packages and the store was closed for Covid cleaning. No problem, I get that. I then received an email later that night that we did not pick up the package and it was being returned to sender. This was 24 hours after I received a call when I was told we have two day.

Be very careful at this is location. I left with an unauthorized charge to my debit card. I IMMEDIATELY noticed on my bank app. My bank has been contacted and made aware of the charges.

This was the slowest FedEx I’ve ever been to. I understand that there are procedures in place due to Covid but having associates just standing around while people are waiting inside and outside is just poor customer service. It took me 45 minutes to get a passport photo — ridiculous. Manager needs to be more efficient at delegating tasks to his employees.

This place is horrible. I came in at 5:50pm with one document to print. I was rushed off of the computers at 5:58pm and told they needed me out. I had the face mask, I was in before 6pm. They could not fulfill my order and charged me for unnecessary use. Avoid this place. The Fedex Ship near Arden is so much better. The customer service at Arden is next level.

This place has the absolute worst customer service, I’ve had a package sent there twice because I wasn’t going to be home the day of my delivery the first time was horrible I thought because of covid-19 they were just have a hard time adjusting this 2nd time that I went there I was given noting but attitude for what reason I don’t know every business I go into I make sure that I am polite and nice due to the fact that I know a lot a businesses deal with difficult people, here I was not treated right.

The woman at the counter who helped me has the worst attitude Ive seen in a while. If you are coming here to even ask a single question about shipping something, dont even bother. If you cant handle working with customers/the public, you might want to consider getting a job that isnt so stressful for you. This puts a really bad image on FedEx.

DO NOT GO TO THIS FedEx location. In reading the other reviews, it looks like I was not alone in my experience. I had a large shipment to send out, and had 6 very large, heavy boxes. The associate came out, saw that I had the boxes, and grabbed me a cart. I made several trips from my truck to the counter. It wasnt until my last trip to the counter that he mentioned that he needed to fill the boxes more. I filled these boxes more than when they came to me. He even tried to squeeze the box to show me, and he had to flex (what little muscles he had), making the box barely budge. He wanted to fill them up. He wanted to charge me $24 dollars ($4 times 6 boxes) to fill them. When I said I would just buy one of their retail bags of filler for $8, and fill my boxes there, he then claimed that all of the boxes needed to be replaced. I asked for the manager, and he claimed to be the manager. He would not work with me at all. The boxes were full, and in pristine condition. I told him that I would leave, and he just walked away. Didnt even offer to help with the door.This FedEx location has lost my business forever. I am now happy to drive an extra few miles to the distribution center to ship my products.

Not helpful at all, FedEx employees have no idea how their own system works. The woman at the counter said the pre paid label does not expire but when we called the helpline they told us the label had expired! The woman was not really helpful and just wanted to get to the next customer without answering our questions.

Rejecting packages with the excuse of not having enough filler in it. This has occurred at least 10 times at this location as I live nearby. On all of those instances i took it down the street to another center and they shipped it without any problems. Seems like the people who work there dont want to mess with the shipping portion of business. I dread this place.

Although the floor area looks good, the bathroom was dirty, old, and malfunctioning. There was no hand soap whatsoever. The rep. said that its because the refills dont fit the dispense and they have had to get soap a bottle from the store. So, they know about it. Yet, there no pump bottle anywhere to be seen. I walked out immediately never to return.

Christopher was very rude, very poor customer service. I asked a deck of cards to be laminated and he wanted to charge me more square feet because he spaced them out so inadequately. I was trying to be nice and pleasant but he made me feel unwelcome. Would not recommend asking him to do anything ask another associate.

I had the prepaid return shipping label already on my box and was tured away very rudely by a very rude employee named Mike. He immediately started trying to make me buy filler and new packaging when I was sending the item back in the same unchanged box as it was sent to me(fedex delivery). I dont have a problem of being told there is a problem with the packaging, it was the manner In which I was addressed. Very poor customer service by that representative. If someone spoke with that tone with me out in the street we may have had bigger problems. Mike is a rude person with a little mans complex. I hope you are enjoying the little bit of power you think you have, it must give you a little moment of pleasure in what must be a miserable life.I apologize for the negativity but just ship the package. That is your job! Not turning away valuable customers. I will never go to this location again. And will avoid fed ex in the future if at all possible. Does this company not train their employees in reads to customer service?In short go somewhere else if you can.

There are so many negatives to this FedEx shop. Their parking spaces are completely ridiculous you cannot park without hitting the vehicle that is parked directly next to you. The spots were painter incorrectly (very close to each other). If you are trying to ship a box shipment and you have it all wrapped up with shipping label it doesnt matter how well you packaged it the representative will always shake the Box and then immediately tell you that tell you need more filler which is complete BS. I think they do this to try to upsell and get you to pay more money by buying their filler. Every single item in this FedEx shop is completely overpriced I have seen many of these items at Staples for half the price.

I have gone to this Fedex store at least 5 times over the years and this place WILL try to shake you down for shifting packages - packages that are literally shaken by the employee and if theres anything that moves they will either 1) not ship it or 2) charge you to repackage the box. Its unbelievable! Just today, walked in with a package previously shipped to me by fedex with a prepaid label already attached to the box and I got their standard shake down technique (yet again). I keep going back thinking that was just a bad day for an employee, but no it keeps happening EVERY SINGLE TIME. Do yourself the favor and AVOID THIS FEDEX!

They wouldnt take my shipment unless I paid an extra $3.99 to add fillers to my box or put inside another box. I packaged item myself, it was double boxed already and was well protected. No matter what I said they wouldnt take it unless I paid them extra money. Terrible!

The people that staff this location are not helpful and the kid in charge was completely rude. I was just trying to ship an item I have shipped from that location several times, I was told it was overweight for residential. Instead of I offering options, the little manager came over and snipped at me like a pissed little chihuahua. I just took it to the ups across the way and they shipped it no prob. Told them about my experience at FedEx and they said its not the first time theyve heard that. If you can help it, avoid this place.Ps- there is absolutely no parking and the spots are tiny.

Ordered a print job. They quoted me $80 on the phone after they received my file. When I got there they wanted $160. Said it was because they didnt realize it was two pages. Yet they had the file when they gave the quote. They printed the job, but would not let me have it because now it is $160.

The manager there mike negret gave my packages to a mails stealers/fedex thiefs, the thief frauded my name and even got a fake id and dressed in a military uniform to fraud my identity and requested to hold my packages at this fedex on Truxel! fedex employee steals Frm their jobs and my packages was stolen! its an inside jobs!!! my packages was worth a lot of money too!!! whos going compensate me?? whos responsible ?

I brought in a package that was sent to me from FedEx. I opened the box, placed the old unit in the box, with all of the packaging materials, and resealed it. So basically it was now the same package going out that came in. When I took it to this store the person told me they could not accept it and they would have to charge me to fill the package. So they basically told me that FedEx either damaged the box so bad on delivery that they could not accept it, which was not the case as it looked brand new, or this is a scam to charge people more money. I will not be returning to this store again.

They wanted to charge me $4 to repackage my box because it was too empty. This is an up-charge tactic, as another FedEx just accepted the box as is. When I asked the second FedEx location about the box being too empty, the person asked if I went to the Truxel location.
