Ivy Griffin works diligently to provide great service. She has demonstrated tremendous empathy for the people she works with and does it with grace and humor. Ivy frequently expresses her desire to receive ongoing training so that she can provide top notch care.

Ivy is kind and non-judgmental. She always has a smile on her face and exudes a positive vibe whenever I have see her. She is a great therapist. Her clinic is very charming and her office is inviting and calming. I am grateful for her presence.

I was really looking forward to making an appointment with this center after doing a lot of research and reading about the center on their web site. I called and their voice mail states they are not taking new patients and do not accept people with EAP/Magellan, which I was disappointed since they do specifically list this as a benefit they offer. When I called the phone number provided on their website, the voicemail states they have a new phone number and asks you to call it. So, I left a message at the new number and they never called back...My advice as a consumer, please be more empathetic to people seeking assistance - at least call back.
