Oh my goodness this shop in Sacramento California is by far hands-down the best shop Ive ever been to Ive had a lot of vehicles and Ive been all over Sacramento tinting my windows and the customer service and efficiency hear the professionalism of the employees and the appearance of the shop everything is so perfect there is a woman working there named Haley and she is so sweet so kind so customer service orientated she is not only beautiful but very professional I really like dealing with another woman I was able to help me and be sensitive to my needs she definitely does put her touch on the shop customer service excellent As well as giving you all your paperwork that you need for your window and explanation a color match a coupon everything was a very good experience!!!

I originally was introduced to Rocky Mountain by a friend who had their car tinted there. So I had my windows tinted there also and I am completely satisfied with their work. Now I bring my car to them for car washes and they do a spectacular job and Im not an easy person to please.

Got my windshield tinted. Ill have to return and update once it dries out. Service was great. Greeted as I walked in. I dont even know her name but the representative was super nice and helpful. Gave me her opinions and experience on the % she prefers since she had both. They were able to answer any questions I had about the tint. Big, clean lobby. They are busy as heck but theyre able to keep everything professional.Update - although the customer service from the female is great, my windshield tint didnt turn out great. There were bubbles which I returned to get fixed. Then they kept telling me it was a great application but my passenger side had to many spots of contamination that I can see. Dave was offended that I wasnt happy with the results and went on to tell me about how long hes been in the tint business. He was willing to redo it but if it was worse then he wasnt going to fix it. I ended up opting for a refund and the removal of the tint to go elsewhere. So 2 stars for the customer service from the front desk employee.

Rocky Mountain Window tint did a fantastic job tinting my windows. This is the best way to beat the heat in Sacramento! I am eternally grateful for the services that they provide.

Let me preface this by saying that I have had several services from this company. Stereos, tints, and alarms. I have recommended them to all of my friends and family.However, I’m about 2 years out from my most recent stereo install and this unit works when it feels like it. What’s even more disappointing is that this is not the original unit that I requested! I left my car for multiple services and received a call later stating that the Bluetooth unit I purchased was unavailable. Of course I was disappointed, but I went ahead with the non Bluetooth JVC unit that was supposedly back up camera ready. Fast forward to now, the backlights come on but there’s no screen display or sound. You cannot toggle between radio, aux, CD... NOTHING. If I wait a moment the distinctive haptic will sound if I turn the dial. Still no display, no music.I contacted Rocky Mountain by phone and the warranty for both the install and manufacturer is only 1 year. Having to incur replacement costs of over $250 for something that should last longer than 2 years leaves an extremely bad taste in my mouth.

Business has been around a long time and the owner is on site and actually works on the cars himself. They do dealer cars too, thats how good they are. Lifetime warranty. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

This company has excellent customer service and really backs their product. After 16 years, some tinting began bubble on the rear window of my Camry. The rear window tinting and the front side windows (which I hadnt noticed were a problem) were promptly replaced for free by Rocky Mountain. After 16 years!

I had a nice conversation with the owners wife and idle chit chat with the girl at the desk, one of the tachs even asked how I was as he passed through. My tiny came out perfect. Scheduled an appointment for 11am for window tinting. Car hadnt even been started on in the shop until after 3pm. Havent had my vehicle all day. They did a nice job but it took way too Long. Front desk woman couldnt even tell me the specs on a detailing job or know what cladding was and if cladding restoration was available. Price is decent.

I had my car alarm and tinted windows installed almost 14 years ago from Rocky Mountain Window Tint and came in this week for repairs. Everything was covered under the warranty. These guys do fantastic work!They are a authorized Formula One tint shop as well as Llumar tint and paint protection. I went with Formula One on a honda civic and later went with Llumar paint protection on a Toyota Seqouia. Im looking forward to going back to have some detail work done since they offer that too.They wrap cars to change the color of your car and I really want to do that in the future. This is the second time Inhave visted this place. My first visit was a great experience, the staff was friendly and helpful. They finished the job quick and did a great job. When i got a new vehicle i decided to enlist their services again. Upon my arrival for my appointment at 10 i overheard another customer dropping her vehicle for and appintment at 11 and was told her car would be done 2or3. When it came my turn the lady working the front was the least friendly person i have had to deal with, she was extremely short and acted as if i was bothering her. Shen then asks if my car can be done by 5. I attempted to ask her a question about the products legality. I explained i had a different understanding and she became hostile. She then raised her voice saying look it up! repeatedly. I did exactly that and the law states the front windows can have film that allo no more than 80% of the light in.. So if you want to feel like you overpaid to be treated like your doing something wrong this is the place for you. Otherwise save ur money and go elsewhere.P.s. I looked up the laws and she was wrong. This is from the leginfo.legislature.ca.govAssembly Bill No. 1303CHAPTER 210An act to amend Section 26708 of the Vehicle Code, relating to vehicles.SECTION 1. Section 26708 of the Vehicle Code is amended to read:26708. (a) (1) A person shall not drive any motor vehicle with any object or material placed, displayed, installed, affixed, or applied upon the windshield or side or rear windows.(2) A person shall not drive any motor vehicle with any object or material placed, displayed, installed, affixed, or applied in or upon the vehicle that obstructs or reduces the driver’s clear view through the windshield or side windows.(3) This subdivision applies to a person driving a motor vehicle with the driver’s clear vision through the windshield, or side or rear windows, obstructed by snow or ice.on a commercial motor vehicle.(e) Notwithstanding subdivision (a), clear, colorless, and transparent material may be installed, affixed, or applied to the windshield, side, or rear windows of a motor vehicle if the following conditions are met:(1) The material has a minimum visible light transmittance of 88 percent.(2) The window glazing with the material applied meets all requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 205 (49 C.F.R. 571.205), including the specified minimum light transmittance of 70 percent and the abrasion resistance of AS–14 glazing, as specified in that federal standard.(3) The material is designed and manufactured to enhance the ability of the existing window glass to block the sun’s harmful ultraviolet A rays.(4) The driver has in his or her possession, or within the vehicle, a certificate signed by a licensed dermatologist certifying that the person should not be exposed to ultraviolet rays because of a medical condition that necessitates clear, colorless, and transparent film material to be installed on the windshield, side, or rear windows.

Just had my window tint replaced, originally installed in 1998 when the car was new! The tint had started to bubble and they honored their lifetime warranty, no questions or hassle even though the car had changed ownership! They stand behind their word and that is hard to find nowadays.

Got my car tinted for 140$ just the back windows and truck window for my suv. I was really surprised that no matter how dark you choose its the same price. You can also customize the window tint for example the truck window can be really dark and the side door Windows can be subtle all for the same price. I choose the 15 percent option for all my windows.

This guy will not tint your front windows at all! I took my car there expecting a dark tint. When it was done it was hardly what I told him that I wanted! . He put some crappy clear film on my front windows that does NOT even have tint on it! What a rip off!!! Also whatever car you tell him you have he claims that he does all of local Sacramento dealerships tinting. He also trys to sell a bunch of crappy GPS units. He tries to take advantage of people who dont know anything about quality equipment and push his second rate car electronics. Very bad business!Go to METRO car wash downtown they will set you up with a quality tint job for a better price!

I have recently posted something here regarding a employee that is outside of the business, id like to apologize to the owner of Rocky Moutain, I have used them many times on various vehicles and all of the work ive had done has been great, Would recommend

Unfortunately I purchased this tent when I bought my Lexus.Ive been back multiple times in 2 months because of sloppy installation and poor quality products.The first time was after first receiving the car; the tint on the back window was installed noticeabley crooked. Fast forward 2 months and the tint on the back windows is already peeling.Each time has been a hassle because I get an attitude from their receptionist. I can live with a lot of things. Subpar materials /workmanship and poor customer service isnt one of them.

Poor customer service i called for a quote the first time didnt even finish saying need a quote and got put on hold then she comes back gives me a quick quote of 175 and 375 and puts me on hold again so i hung up and will go somewhere else. If yoir having a bad day drink more coffee or take you a second even if super busy customers always come first i could have been wanting a 35000 sq. Ft office done and paid yalls rent for 3 months you never know whos on the other end of that phone.

Got the $27 basic special wash everything was done except the rear window wasn’t cleaned neither was the interior windows near the top threshold will try again though

Came here to remove a bad quality tint job from a different shop and they did a great job, will be considering to redo all my windows here in the near future.

I had my side windows tinted, everything was fine but dont let them drive your car, one the gangster wona bes punks that work in the back scraped my freshly painted front bumper pulling in or out of there driveway, they denyed it the owner refused to do anything about it, The driveway in to the back of there shop is gravel and broken concrete, so its my word against theres my is go somewhere else.

I just wasted an afternoon trying to get my windows tinted here. I had an appointment at 2:00, showed up at 1:30 to get checked in and came back at 3:30 and they hadnt touched my truck. The whole job was to take 30 minutes. Why even take appointments? Waste of time.
