Great place to wash your car. It has an outdoor seating area where you can wait for your car and they are usually very fast during the week. A little slower during the weekend due to high volume but nothing crazy.

They are fast and friendly, affordable, and open for business during the covid-19 pandemic.

Had my Tahoe washed and hand waxed. My tahoe had wax put over the top of dead bugs.I left with water spots and wax all over my Tahoe. If you want it done professionally and care about your vehicle dont go there they are to fast not enough time to do a good job very unhappy with there service had to pay than go clean it myself never again. Save your money go somewhere else .

They did a great job! Took around a half hour from drive-in to drive-out but they made sure to do a good job.

Within 45 minutes the gentleman and gentle ladies of this establishment tuned my dirty car into a sparkling chariot of the ages. The rims I have take a long time to clean properly because theres so much surface area on them, they were cleaned perfectly. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants the most bang for their buck as far as car washes.

Needed a clean car after driving 900 miles. They quickly made my 4Runner glisten again! Not a big left on my car.

This is tough to write because I really like the people, but they damaged my paint. I went in for a clay bar and that was fine. Then a month later I got it hand waxed. There is now a cluster of flat looking (matte) spots with one area about the size of my thumb where it is down to the primer. They tried to tell me it was overspray from the manufacturer. The car is 8 years old, I doubt a defect in the paint would wait so long to show up. Another detailer (at another place) thought they had to have used a buffer and just held it in that area too long, as well as possibly misusing chemicals/compounds. They blew me off. BUT the man that finished the original service came over of his own accord to see what happened (I admire that he didnt try to avoid any responsibility). He told the manager that he thought he could make it better. And he did, the milky spots anyway. The paint of course, is ruined.

I selected their second highest package for $35 before tip. The service was presented with 12 points of cleaning. The result was them running it through a car wash and vacuuming the interior. They didnt wipe down any interior surfaces or go beyond a vacuuming and an automated wash. The car was still wet when they finished and presented with hard water deposits. The price was well beyond the value of any services they provided.

Great quick service, but have to always remind them to vacuum my trunk. They pretend they will do it and pretend they have done it. So now I check before leaving. Also if you dont ask lady at the till for your free air fresheners she will not give them to you...

I paid $30 to have my car washed and vacuumed. You couldnt even tell it was vacuumed plus dashboard was still dusty. Very disappointed!!

Ive been going here for a while. It is always quite busy but well staffed so wait time is reasonable. I get a wash and vacuum usually but also get the full wax job every three months. My car always looks nice when its done. There is indoor waiting with free WiFi, or outdoor shaded tables where you can watch people working on your car. As a senior, I appreciate the substantial discount provided but would go here anyway.

Paid over 45.00 for them to wax over sap. I asked if I should avoid the wax since the car had sap and they said the it would be fine. Well now I have waxed on sap. Last time I go there.

I don’t know what happened to this business, but I hadn’t got my car cleaned here in a while and I definitely won’t be going back after today. I spent almost $50 for a interior and exterior clean along with a hot wax and left deeply dissatisfied. My hood still had water spots on it from not being properly dried, certain pockets and cubbies inside the car were clearly not cleaned, and I’m pretty sure they didn’t even do the hot wax. Then on top of that they’ve also stopped the buy 1 wash get the next free system. What a waste of money

Extremely Disappointed!!! I recently starting taking my new Black corvette to Gem. The fist wax was awesome. However the next trip there I noticed a lot of new staff and the wax job was done in less than half the time as the first wax and it showed!! Horrible job. I decided to give them another chance and brought my car down to get a hand wash which they did in about 10 minutes. And what was worse than getting a rushed hand wash? Whoever was rushing so fast to clean my car left scratches on the driver side door and front quarter panel because they had something sticking out of their pockets or their belt buckle scratched the car as they reached for the top of my car. I am beyond disgusted with the new rushed service!! I brought my car down there and paid extra money to get premium service not damage to my paint job!!!

I would say that they do a fair job on outside and inside but could use some improvements. Bugs on windshield were not cleaned completely. Front and rear bumpers, and front grills still have waters on them. Inside dashboard were not clean thoroughly. At times leads are pushing workers too finish up quick, which led to less than a job well done!

I chose the Expert car cleaning, detail bling, full service pkg. which includes:Wheel guard, Polish wax, Tri-foam, Velocity, Underbody wash, Rust inhibit, Wheel cleaner, Tire dressing, and Bling(whatever Bling means?!). Apparently, what they forgot to include was the actual focus on the DETAILS in their cleaning! So there was no BLING whatsoever! It took them about 2 hours to clean our vehicle, including the carpets. After all that, there was still dirt in our carpets, and also visible proof that shows where they clearly didnt vacuum. All this, I spent $70 for?!I do not recommend this place. Were still cleaning our vehicle days later.

Been there 3 times and every single time Ive gotten a car back with waxed over dirt (and this is after I hand washed it personally a week ago). There was even a spot of polished wax.If im paying $40 I expect a clean vehicle, not something I could pay a kid to do. This is a professional business - get your lives together!

I was told when I pulled in to drop off my car they clean the vents, cup holders, leather seats, vacuum the carpets, wipe the dash, and wash the car. Picked up my car and my carpets werent vacuumed, the front bumper had water stains, and the hood had sticky stuff on it, and my passenger seat has a big stain on it. The guy Carlos assistant manager came out to look at it and said it looks like fruit from a tree I told him I dont park my car under trees and that wasnt there before. It looked like the just grabbed some baby oil and rubbed it all over the seats and that was it. Im very disappointed but, I guess you get what you pay for. Then Carlos said hell fix it and used a magic eraser and chemical and rubbed my seat and it scrapped the leather off my seat and left a big white mark. And he tried to tell me it was there already and I told him no it wasnt. I told him he needed to fix it and he said theres nothing he can do and if he rubs it it will take off more of my seat leather. I told him I wanted to talk to a manger and he said that I couldnt. He called his manager Jose and told me hell give me $40 back and I told him no I want a full refund and I wasnt leaving until he gave me my money back. He left cane back and gave me my money back. & it only took them a hour and 15 mins to detail it.

Looks great every time. I buy the $39 one because you also get a second wash for free that you have to use in 3 weeks. Totally worth it. Sometimes a little slow but hey look at whos the one who doesnt even wash her own car.

I discovered this Gem of a carwash when the owner of a company I do some work for needed me to take a company vehicle and have it detailed.When I dropped off the car, which had been used by a construction manager, the cloth upholstery was permeated with drywall dust, saw dust, dirt and dried drywall mud. I really didnt expect all of it to come out.It wasnt my money but I didnt choose the most expensive package. I chose the $250 package.When I took delivery of the car the next day, (it takes all day to detail the car), the interior looked brand new. The wear spots of course were still there, but because the upholstery was so clean, they were almost unnoticeable.All of the construction debris had come out of the upholstery. All of it.When I delivered the car to the new project manager, she was amazed that it had been used as a work vehicle.I took my friends car down to have it washed. I chose the $29.99 wash. On the trunk, where someone had sat something and then slid it, the clear coat has been scratched on his black car. I asked them if they could do anything about it and 15 minutes later it was gone.The place is amazing. Theyre very popular so theyre occasionally very busy also.

Used to be great... Hadnt been in a couple years, just moved back to town. Seems theyve gotten sloppy... Scratched panels, water spots from missing whole exterior panels... Employees flipping each other off, albeit in jest, is kinda meh.

My problem with Gem is they dont have enough employees wiping the cars down in a timely manner. Also they dont blow out the water hidden n your mirrors housing, therefore leaving water dripping down your door and drying leaving water marks as u drive.

Great management. I had a issue with one of the employees yesterday, the manager handled it ON THE SPOT. Made things right and gave me a free car wash.When I went back to get my free wash, a different manager the next day refused to honor the coupon.

First couple times I came here, the car wash was okay, I still had to dry and detail items missed. The last time I was here, my car sat in the sun for approximately 12 minutes before anyone touched it. When it was finally attended to, it was a quick wipe down and “its ready”.When I got home, I had water spot stains from the car sitting, all my windows inside that were “cleaned” were all smeared with some type of film, which tells me they were using dirty towels to clean my windows and I still had to re-clean the inside because it was not fully wiped down.I basically had to clean my car again and now there are water spots.

Theyre still top notch, I made the mistake of trying one in Midtown that was well-known. Turned out to a total nightmare 2 hours later! Stick with GEM!!!

I just signed up for their monthly unlimited car wash package and they did a good job. When I drove home I noticed water spots on my front grill and on both of my front car doors. I went back and showed them. They were very apologetic and the man I spoke to started to wipe the spots immediately . Another worker came to me and explained that they are not always able to get all the water at times and when the car starts to drive water comes out from the crevices. He also explained that the they use purified water that doesnt damage the car such as water from sprinklers do. Either way, I was satisfied that they didnt treat me as a complaining brat. Defiantly staying with them.

Summer hours are posted as 8am-6pm. Came at 9:45am and they looked confused to have a customer. Gate is closed and they told me to come back in 2 hours.

Possibly going to be disappointed once this location becomes attendant free. I will miss the personal attention...

First and last visit. I had to find a new carwash place after moving to Sacramento and this one seemed promising. I paid for the Works Wash for 29.99. (I received a lot more for less at my previous carwash). The exterior washing was okay nothing to to wow about. But the interior vacuuming was terrible! Sand was left in the crevices of my front seat from a recent beach trip still (The main purpose I went to the carwash!!!) I have a seat cover in the rear for when I take my dogs places and to my surprise they didnt even vacuum it! There was dog hair and sand everywhere still. I thought maybe they vacuumed underneath it and lifted it up (seat cover isnt tied down) and there was still dog hair underneath and on the cloth of my doors. They didnt even lift up the empty recyclable bags I leave on the floor for shopping to clean! I dont know about everyone else, but I dont pay 30 bucks for a crappy job. Should have just done it myself.
