LS Pros is amazing! Last summer I had the AC go out in my 2011 Ford Focus and took it to a different local AC repair shop. It worked for about 2 months but there were other problems with the AC system that they didnt do properly, and couldnt figure out what was wrong. Since it had taken several days without results and the Sacramento summer heat was going away I didnt worry about it all winter.Now that its getting hot again and the AC problem was apparently really tough to track down I said fine, Ill go to my local Ford dealership for a diagnostic and repair. A $200 diagnostic later (that included a full AC recharge cost that LS Pros discovered wasnt actually done since there was zero refrigerant in it after I picked it up from the dealership) they said it was going to be $830 to replace the TXV valve but werent 100% sure that that was the problem (even after the $200 diagnostic fee) and that it might go up from there. That was a bit high to me without a promise that it would actually fix the problem.So I get referred to LS Pros since theyre located about a quarter mile from my work. I call and talk to Bill (amazing guy right there) and let him know whats going on and ask him for a rough estimate, knowing that it might be different after he looks at the problem himself. $70 for the part and 30 minutes for labor according to Fords repair guides, so not sure why the dealership was going to charge $830. They throw that in and do a few other unrelated maintenance jobs that were due anyway, and it turns out its going to need a new AC condenser too in addition to the TXV. I approved that yesterday, picked up the car today and it blows cold air again! Final cost was $523 for the TXV, condenser, cabin air filter and oil change. The dealership was going to be $830 for the TXV and wouldnt have even fixed the AC problem, and they offered $125 more for the air filter and then I still would have needed to change the oil.Theyve got a customer for life now, and you should definitely check them out. Theyre honest, theyre quick, theyre reliable, and they dont rip you off. Not sure what else you could ask for in a mechanic!

Nicest group of guys I have meet. I walked up and everyone was super friendly. I asked if it would be any trouble to move there 7 trucks out of the front area so I could turn my semi around. They where very easy to work with and very friendly.I’m sending my bmw 540 wagon to get a Lsa swap done. This is gonna be fun. Keep up the good work guys. We need more shops like you in the world.

Bill, Dan, and Willie are great guys, all 3 of them own the business which means they are all equally invested in doing great work and it shows!
