Very poor customer service skills. Answer the phone, hello and made me guess who it was. Once confirmed I got greeted with a yeah instead of a what can I do for u. Im a human being, not a robot. Take my business somewhere else.

Worst mechanic i have ever seen. They don’t know even greetings? Seriously, these guys still didn’t learn the culture in the USA and still thinking like Pakistan. I wish there was a way that I wouldn’t even gave them 1 star.Beside, when my car didn’t fix while he changed the parts, he was saying it just replaced it and if it has problem. It is from parts and all parts were new and he told me to buy those! Very disappointed.

Just called them and asked how much a tuneup was they said which one? I said a tune up on a 2000 buick lesabre , dude says, call me back Im busy now and hangs up in my face. Just like that. Hella unprofessional do not shop at this place.
