Professional and courteous staff and quality service. I brought my Land Rover Sport in for the Ceramic Coating. Since it was a 1 to 2 day job, I was given a courtesy car (Land Rover Discovery). When I picked up my car it was immaculate and had been detailed inside and out! I highly recommend this dealership.

MY FIRST TIME TAKING THE RANG ROVER IN FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE IT WAS HARD TO GET AN APPOINTMENT BUT I FINALLY GOT ONE. I CAME 30 MINS EARLY SAT INSIDE THE CAR FOR A FEW MINUTE UNTIL SOMEONE CAME BUT NO ONE CAME ONE OF THE WORKERS SEEN ME AND TOLD ME TO GO INSIDE HE WAS REALLY NICE AND SWEET. Yesterday, we purchased a beautiful Mini Cooper Countryman S from Jaguar Sacramento. It was the best/easiest experience we have ever had at a car dealership. We were assisted by wonderful, kind-hearted men: Shane Launitz, who was our sales advisor, as well as the general manager and finance manager. From start to finish we were met with utmost respect, kindness, and care. They gave us snacks and beverages, made sure we were comfortable, answered any questions we had, ordered new tires for us, filled the gas tank to the TOP, and even detailed our Mini for us before we left. I would highly recommend purchasing your vehicles from Jaguar Sacramento! This team is awesome!

Review for service department.Took 5 weeks to get an appointment.No complimentary loaner/rental as requested upon drop off.They let my car sit for 3 business days before even looking at it.Felt like I had to call repeatedly to push the process along the whole time.Calls went unanswered.Messaged weren’t passed along.Messages went unanswered.The service adviser wasn’t responsive and wasn’t very helpful.The general manager I spoke to wasn’t interested in helping.While the service manager put in a great effort and was helpful, the interaction was tainted by the abysmal all around lack of communication and consideration for their customer’s time.If this were my only terrible experience with Niello Jaguar service you wouldn’t be reading this review right now. I would have let it pass as a one off. BUT EVERY SINGLE SERVICE for the last 4 years has been like this.This most recent service took a full week. It should have been done in 1/2 a day.I understand every business has challenges right now, however, this seems to be the acceptable business model for the service department.Please consider the aftercare of your vehicle when making a purchase. It’s almost more important then the initial purchase transaction.I gave 2 stars instead of 1 as Jim Gabbard did put in a respectable effort to resolve this ridiculous annual service.

I blew a tire Friday, unfortunately when roadside assistance arrived they discovered that my wheel lock key had never been placed in my Range Rover (vehicle is brand new - tires have yet to even be rotated.) After 4 hours of waiting on Hwy 50 my SUV was towed to the dealership. When I called Saturday to follow up I was informed Service was closed and wouldn’t reopen until Tuesday due to the holiday (Labor Day) but the gentleman that I spoke to in Sales stated that he would talk to his manager about a loaner and call me back however no call came. Tuesday morning I call service to discuss the situation, frustrated that I was without my car because Land Rover did not put the wheel lock key in my SUV - a long three day weekend with lots of holiday sales that I could have utilized had I just had my wheel lock key. Better yet, Sacramento Land Rover has my car ALL Day Tuesday and so you think they would explore tires and cal me with a quote to have them replaced … No, they literally put the spare on and call me at 4:30 to tell me my car is done and can come pick it up. Mind you, I am an Executive Leader and at work by 7am and usually do not leave until around 6pm so my opportunity to get replacement tires during the week is very unlikely and therefore am forced to drive on a spare for the remainder of the week. I just have to say my husband gets better customer service from the Toyota dealership that services his company car than I get from a luxury car dealership where I purchased a vehicle that was $100,000+ - UNACCEPTABLE and VERY DISAPPOINTING !!

I purchased my 2016 Jaguar XJ Sport Certified Pre Owned Vehicle from this Dealer and found out that they lied to me today. I was told that my car came with a maintenance contract for 7 years from the date of its original purchase or until 09-2023. I called last week and did not call me back. Today the Manger Keith said that Scott John was no longer with the company and that they would not honor my maintenance contract. Dont trust anything this Dealership tells you as they will lie to you and then blame you. They just lost a customer who spends on average $40,000.00 every 4 years. This company only cares about money and not their customers DONT TRUST THEM.

I cant begin to describe the wonderful expierence I had with Jaguar Sacramento. It started the minute I walked in the door, to the the moment the keys were handed over to me by General Manager Daniel Giles. Andrew Clark, their tech specialist, was amazing spending time with me, showing me all the bells and whistles. I wake up up at 1:45 each morning to head into work and anchor the KFBK Morning News, and I can tell you getting up at that time of the morning, is a lot easier when I look forward to driving into work in my new Jaguar XE. Finally, what sold me on this dealership was the fact that I got to know everyone over several years, and even when I just came by to look, there was never any pressure to buy. I truly appreciate the purchase and delivery service of my vehicle. It started with Mr. Shintaku making arrangements for me to drive an F-Type as a loaner vehicle. I know this is part of the sales process, but it was very much appreciated and ultimately led to the sale. Mr. Giles sold me my prior Jaguar, and now as General Manager he went out of his way to help me purchase the vehicle. He could have directed me to a Sales Guide to negotiate the price, but instead took the time to arrange the sale. I truly appreciate that type of service. I have never purchased an automobile so efficiently with such great service. The personal delivery of my automobile and signing of the documents at my house by Maria was truly impressive. I stopped in to the Fulton Ave Niello Jaguar dealership and was greeted warmly by the staff. My sales advisor was JC Miller - he was so amazing! I had no idea what I wanted or could afford. He helped me narrow it down to a few cars and get a very good deal. Always accommodatingEven when I showed up a day early!, they had no loaners, ...no problem, they offered to rent a car or they could get Lyft or uber and they paid without my asking, whisked me to work and offered to pick me up. We are talking that kind of service for free maintenance appointments!. My lease up soon, my spiffy clean ride, since they also detail it gratis, was waiting and a quick no pressure chat with sales to review options, a thank you email before I got back home, details on some potential new rides, trying to save me dough...I could go on. Yes its a luxury brand, but they go beyond and give car sales a good name. I have purchased 5 cars through Niello, various brands, but always same great service. Super friendly, clean, you cant go wrong. Kudos to the team! From anserwing the phone, having my car out front before I got ther on a busy Thursday, super service reps..I could name names, but its everyone.No I didnt order the trick new XF. They build relationships. I will be back to purchase something when ready. Maybe a new E pace or Range Rover in near future. Or maybe I walk away from lease. No pressure!. Great stuff.

I live in Portland, OR and was in the market for a specific trim/variant of the Jaguar XE that was not available in the showroom here. After looking at inventories across many dealerships, I found the exact Jaguar I wanted in the inventory at Jaguar Niello in Sacramento. I was very nervous about dealing with an out of state dealership. However, I sent in a web request and was contacted by Maria Contreras.Maria was fantastic! She was friendly, courteous, prompt and very approachable. Having contacted dealerships across the country and experienced their pushy and disconnected brand of service, dealing with Maria was a pleasure. She provided any information that was asked for and was always accessible via email or on the phone, at one point even on her day off! She offered a a great price even before being asked for discounts and provided very detailed and competent information about if and how the car would be transported. At each point she engaged in open dialogue and never made me feel pressured.When the time came, she got me in touch with Gina from the finance department who was also very easy to work with. Together they made the out of state buying process very straight forward and employed Angels Moving and DJs Auto Transport to have the car transported to me.I have been left very impressed by Jaguar Sacramentos commitment to doing high quality business. I will definitely recommend them wholeheartedly to both local and out-of-state customers. Ask for Maria!

This is a real review from a real person: I went there on Presidents Day weekend with a pre-approved loan to buy a Range Rover Evoque, The salesman Zach, is a very fast talker, and trust me he is good at what he does which is deceiving people. When Zach found out that I had a pre-approved loan from Patelco (which means I didnt have to put any money down), he went in cahoots with the finance lady there and overcharged me for the vehicle. I told them not to run my credit because I already have a loan, but she (finance lady) ran it anyway. Now let me state here is that the reason why they run your credit is so that they can go through their own financing partnership with Chase. They will come back and tell you that they found you a better rate but the catch is you have to put money down. In actuality all theyre doing is buying down your points which is something anyone can do but it defeats the purpose if your goal is to put no money down, ( mind you that the salesman Zach doesnt get much commission if you dont put money down). Since I didnt agree with their plans they found a way to overcharge me (via some extra fees) so that my loan wouldnt cover the total cost which would again force me to put money down. So I left, they messed up my credit by running it and I left without buying. FYI: I ended up at another dealership, bought a car for the same price and didnt have to put a dime down. Please dont trust these guys, especially when it comes to financing. I would advise anyone to get your own financing before you go and dont give in to theres. If you absolutely have to have a Jaguar, Land or Range Rover, BMW, or Mini coup, DO NOT GO TO NIELLO. Take a trip to the Bay Area and buy there, you will find better deals, greater selection, and better service. BEWARE!

I recently bought from Zach at the Niello dealership in Sacramento. After visiting several Land Rover dealerships, I settled on giving my business to Niello based on the interaction I had with Zach. First, he took the time to explain the differences between all models under the Land Rover umbrella. This helped me decide which model would best suite my needs. Next, we determined a pre-owned vehicle was the avenue I would pursue, and Zach got to work emailing me options. After several visits to the dealership to test drive cars (all the while comparing what I was seeing with other dealerships around the state and other used vehicle outlets), I made the decision to purchase my Range Rover Sport. Zach and the finance department took the time to explain the process, my options and even provided me with a fair price for my current vehicle (I also did comparisons on trade in values through other businesses and researched on the internet. They were MORE than fair). Honestly, buying a car is not my favorite activity and it can be very stressful. I now count Zach as a friend and the Niello dealership the same. The service department is helpful and expeditious as well! VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER HERE!

I was very interested in the Jaguar F-Type coupe so I went to Jaguar Sacramento for a look see. I was able to inspect 3 new F-Types which were on display on my own without any salesman pressure. Two F-Type V6s and one V8. One polaris white, one salsa red and one ebony black with various options. I then walked into the showroom where I introduced myself to Zach Mongston. Zach was very personable and knowledgeable and he did not pressure me into buying a car at all. What a relief! He handed me a brochure and I told him that I would have to do some further investigation before I moved forward. He said that is fine. To give him a call anytime if I wanted a test drive. I called him a week later for a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership this time he took me aside and first gave me a little history of the Jaguar brand and about the F-Type in particular. Then he took me out to the test car and talked about the design of the car. Then he asked me to sit in the passenger seat while he took me for a test ride. He gunned the car so I could see and feel the v6 power. I was hooked. Then he let me take over the driving and I was able to test the car to my satisfaction. He then reviewed the cars functions and optional equipment with me. Then we walked back into the showroom where he offered me a cool bottle of water or a soda if I preferred. It was hot this day! I asked him to help me option out the car of my dreams which he did on his computer. I received the MSRP price and then he offered me a discount on the MSRP price. Again, no pressure to buy. I would highly recommend Zach Mongston if you are ever interested in buying a Jaguar (or Land Rover). He is very customer service oriented. He is the consummate professional and a gud guy!

As a young business professional, not all dealers take me serious when I say Im looking for a new luxury car.I have recently narrowed my choices down to just a few selections from various manufactures, so it became time to start test driving. After having a disrespectful encounter at another local dealer I headed straight down the road to Jaguar Sacramento. I was politely greeted by Mr. John (Sean) Cimiskey. I came to the lot looking to get more information on the Jaguar XJL, and, John, whom goes by Sean, helped me look at a few different models. After walking around some and looking at a few different vehicles, we decided to take the XJL on a test drive. Sean was pleased to take me out in the car and offered great information and knowledge of the vehicle. The overall level of service at Jaguar Sacramento is of the highest caliber. When, after doing all my research I land on the XJL as the vehicle of choice, the purchase will be made here without hesitation.
