Ive been a satisfied customer in the past with my current vehicles at your old location and now that youre closer to my area it was a pleasure to get some issues addressed on my newest car, 2004 Civic. As I havent had it available for a few years, I dreaded it but its purring like a kitten now. And the new motor mounts are going to give it more spring to its step. I have entrusted my good old van to you so Im hoping for a good outcome. I know you worked on a phantom brake light weird issue ten years ago and it worked. My philosophy about cars is to keep them on the road as long as you can and respect people who know what theyre doing when you need help. Andre and his team clearly do. This place is great. I really appreciate a shop that talks to you straight and with compassion about your vehicle. They understand that we rely on these things for our livelihood and do a quality job to make sure the problem is solved correctly. We pay for it because our van is diesel, but its so hard to find someone who is even willing to work on sprinters; I feel so lucky to find a shop that will and is so quality as well! Weve been there twice now and both times we walked away happy with how we spent our money.

Made an appointment to replace my battery at 10am, you’d think they’d get you in at 10am maybe a couple minutes after. in my case i waited over an hour before they even took the car back to work on it. i asked what the wait was and they said they were waiting for the battery to get delivered !?! how you gonna make an appointment at 10 and not even have the battery on stand by. then an extra 30-45 min once the battery finally arrived to install it. smh. if you wanna have your time wasted i’d come here. otherwise go someplace else

Our vehicle broke down an hour and a half from home on a Sunday night. Roadside assistance took it to Prestige the next day and they were able to diagnose the issue, get parts on order, and have it resolved and ready to finish the ride home as quickly as they could. The communication was great and the transaction easy from long distance. I really appreciate their assistance. Though I dont expect to be in the area to get future service from Prestige, I would recommend them to anybody who is there.

These folks are absolutely the best! My husband’s SUV was squeaking a bit and we were concerned it was the brakes. They took off the tires, checked the brake pads and rotors. Lots of life left. Many other mechanics would have completed unnecessary work. Not Prestige! If you want a good honest mechanic and reasonable prices check these guys out. You will not be sorry!!

At first i didnt believe the reviews i read from unsatisfied customers but after my experience i understand the miscommunication they must have. I brought my car to them and wanted a certain noise checked out so i hand over keys. I hear the noise to a technician confirms my request to check the noise.2 days later the diagnosis is air flow valve and egr ect. Charged me 800 dollars to fix it . ok get my car back and its still making the noise. They did the smallest amount of work for the maximum amount of money lol never again unprofessional. But says i can come get another diagnosis and try again 😂. If u want entertainment mixed with auto care come here these guys are clowns

I took my 2005 Ford E350 van to Prestige for some brake work and they did a very good job, including communicating with me as necessary. The job was completed by the next day, in comparison with my experience at the Ford dealer who typically took four or five days.

As usual Prestige Auto works are beyond my expectations, they do a great job on my Toyota truck and my Acura TL, prices are average and always they are always very professional.Definitely recommend them and planing going back to get my timing bell service done.

Im amazed at how quickly they did the Smog check for my Sprinter van. Their time estimate matched the real time it took to complete the work, which I find is so rare from a mechanic!

Unfortunately I have to give this place a bad review. Although the front of the house staff was very helpful and kind, the prices for the services offered are extremely overpriced. I came in to get my rear differential fixed and was offered a rebuild for $1,600. I felt like that was a little overpriced so I googled what the average cost of a differential rebuild was and found it to be between $400 and $600. I called around to a few other shops and the repair cost on average was $700. To add insult to injury, they charge $120 for a diagnostic and only offer a $60 credit for work done by them. most other shops I found offer a free diagnostic when work is done and a $60 diagnostic when work is done elsewhere. In my opinion there are plenty of other places that offer quality work, for half the price.

I liked that I was able to handle everything from home, I had my car towed in told the office staff what I was experiencing and was able to get a response within the same day. Overall my experience was good, would have been a great one if I there hadnt been a delivery delay on my parts and the miscommunication of that.

For me, a mechanic is a long term relationship. I had a mechanic that I used for several years. About 3 years ago I bought a Lexus RX 400h hybrid. My former mechanic did not service hybrid vehicles. I tried the local Lexus Dealership and could not get the time of day little lone an appointment. There loss was a huge gain for me. I found Prestige and have never looked back. They are friendly, provide quality work, and are honest both with what your vehicle needs and what it does not need. If you are on the fence, book the appointment, you will not be disappointed. If you booked the appointment already, good on you. If you are about to walk away, what are you thinking? Book the appointment already. I am not going to knock other mechanics, you may find someplace as good but you certainly are not finding someplace better.

Had an unexpected car problem that occurred nearby. My car was taken back, evaluated and repaired on the spot while I waited. Was not from the area and despite my efforts was not charged for the service. Yuri is an excellent mechanic and Priscilla in the front office was welcoming and extremely helpful! Andre and his team are top notch!!

They did a great job at replacing my fan. I was treated with kindness and respect while I sat in the waiting room in a mask! They are expensive for some tasks and tried to sell me some unnecessary services. Be sure you do your homework and know what your car needs and doesnt need before you go into any shop.

Just completed my second visit in the last six months for standard oil changes etc. on my 2013 Lexus CT 200h. Prestige is professional and no-nonsense. Communication and transparency are everything one expects in an honest auto shop, and thats exactly what youll find here. Not flashy, just professional, pleasant, and most importantly, straightforward. I will continue to be a customer for the foreseeable future.

While passing through the Sacramento area on an extended road trip, we had mechanical issues on our MB sprinter van. We found Prestige through a Google Search, and luck was on our side. After explaining our situation, they got us in right away and diagnosed our problem. Though we had to wait one day for the part, they had us back on the road the next day. And to top it off, the service adviser, Stephanie, worked with our extended warranty company (who is definitely NOT easy to work with) and got them to cover the repair. It says a lot about a business when they treat a onetime customer (who they probably wont see again) as if they are a valued longtime repeat customer.Being from Oregon, we hope we never need a mechanic in Sacramento again, but if we do, we would definitely go back to Prestige.Thank you Prestige for saving our trip!!

Customer service is lacking. Service person did not communicate status with me. I had to call to see if diagnosis was done and to see what time car would be ready. I was told car would be ready end of day two. Told me to be there at 6:15 pm even though they close at 6. My car was not ready until 7:15 pm. Didnt go over work done on a $1000.00 repair. This was my first visit and my last.

I have a 2005 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that Ive brought in 3 times since December: full brake job, seals and gaskets and a brake fluid flush. I was looking for a permanent shop for the Jeep and I think Ive found it here. Prices are fair, the mechanics are interactive with you and the owner (Andre) will take time with you, too. I will recommend this shop to others and certainly will be coming back for maintenance on my Jeep.

They did a diagnostic test on my car.didnt work on it .but as I see them work on cars in there they pretty much know what there doing.i wish they could of worked on mine.but I needed a motor.

I had a leaking transmission and prestige fixed that for me and they price very well and make there customers feel like they can trust there business and I really do this is my second time getting work from them and lady I spoke with fit perfectly with my schedule she said drop the car off and drop the keys in the drop box and don’t worry about it they will start on it when they open and right there I was sold. They will work around anyone’s schedule anytime you can get your car there they are hungry for our service so they feed us with great service and try to give the best quality service every time and I see that so I recommend this place to anyone anytime someone asks me where to get there car fixed at I don’t even have to think my first word is “prestige” what are you waiting for

Great work fast service

I took my car to this place because it wouldnt pass smog and they said that they charge $120 to diagnose it and after that they told me its going to be fixed with $380. Next day they call me and said they replaced something but the car wont pass smog so they have to do another diagnosis for another $120 and I said okay. after that they call me saying if they fix the car is going to cost $983 out the door and I agreed. Next day when I went there to pick up my car they said the car wont pass smog but if I drive it for a while its probably going to pass it. When I left that place right when I enter the freeway my car overheat. I definitely not going back.

Best smog experience ever! Kept appointment time and had no wait. Staff was very friendly. They had a comfortable lounge area with complementary snacks and coffee. Plus competitive pricing!

I had my catalytic converter replaced here about 3 weeks ago. I had a great experience - I was always up to date about what was going on with my car, since Andre (the mechanic) and Stephanie (the office manager) were both in contact with me, and there were no surprises when it came to pricing. This is DEFINITELY the place to go for any repair job. Ive already sent a couple of friends to this shop. Highly recommended!

The service was great and they did a hell of a job on my car

My daughters mini cooper broke down and I needed to find out what was wrong with it. I live in Fresno and shes in Sacramento so I was worried about how I would handle this. I called Prestige as several friends had good things to say about their experiences there. I called and Stephanie was great...she helped me get the car towed through Specialty Towing (also amazing) to the shop. After the techs diagnosed a jumped timing chain and gave me an estimate she again helped me get it towed back to my daughters fathers house. Stephanie and all of Prestige went above and beyond to help me in a super stressful situation for extremely reasonable prices. I cannot thank them enough and will use them and recommend them to all I know! Thank you Prestige!!!!

Always on point with their Mini Cooper repairs. been going here for years. while they have a slow turn-around time that is because theyre the absolute best value around from what Ive found.as you can tell by their website all of their business is through referrals and repeat customers.that should tell you something;) Prestige, your website kinda sucks. I know you know you dont need to improve it and as busy as you always are I dont want you to change anything. then my car will take longer to get fixed the next time, just saying;!)..and André there is one of the most honest vehicle mechanics Ive ever met. bar none. and Im not just saying that. btw, reason Im writing this is I couldnt remember your address and realized I hadnt ever written a review for you guys. 5% off maybe?!;) anyways I need a tune up and my A/C went out and i should probably call in the morning.....

Misdiagnosed an issue I described to them for my 2001 BMW 330i, spent +$500 on their suggested repairs, the issue is still there and they havent been cooperative with me since then in finding a resolution. Very poor customer service, lazy disappointing results... I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. I definitely wont be going back!

Good people great service, we had a new head gasket put on.

I went here to repair my car. Everything seemed fine and I paid good money. Long story short I got my car fixed. Well so I thought. When the problem with my car returned and I took it back to the shop, I was told my issue was a different problem. Mind you it was the exact same problem I took my car to the shop to be fixed initially. I did not diagnose my car but the shop did. Needless to say they did not fix the problem as I am not willing to further compensate them to make repairs for something I already paid for. Please go elsewhere.

These guys were amazingly generous with their time even though it was closing time on Saturday, in the rain, to help us get back on the road safely. Two thumbs up!

I usually bring my MBZ 09 S550 to get normal maintenance. When I do bring my car in I also bring my own oil and oil filter. Just to guarantee that Im getting the correct oil and filter thats recommended. Today I had my wife take in our GLK 450 for normal oil change and filter change. She was told by one of the employees that they dont accept oil from customers. Now Im guessing because maybe business is slow so they want the full $140 for oil change. When if you bring your own oil and filter its a easy $25. So today will be the last day I recommended any service to prestige. Just another get you for your money shop.

Took in my 2008 Dodge Magnum for electrical issues. Their ASE Master Certified Technician refused to do the job because two connectors were not up to his standards. I had them redone at Meineke a month ago, they did a nice job. Had the car towed to Prestige and a day later i get the call saying the Meineke job was so terrible that their master technician couldnt do anything with it. They basicallly turned down the whole job for two connectors. Didnt really provide a good explanation why outside of its not a good enough job. I call bee es. Luckily they didnt charge but their explanation was not satisfactory.

Went there to get my car smogged. My service engine soon light was on..So we asked the Ladie at the front desk about it, she said that even though my service engine soon light was on and I would fail my smog, I had to get it smogged in ORDEr to GET an Extension from DMV, because there was no way I would get the car fixed Before the expiration date. She told me to go to Dmv after the smog for an extensions... So I did just that, and turns out dmv does NOT give extensions!! So my car should have Never been smogged in the first place knowing that it was going to automatically fail because of the light..!! she told us we needed to do it for an extension??? Really...??? smog places of all people should know that DMV does not give extensions.. so they lied and took my money! Ladie didn’t seem like she rally new what the hell she was talking about but thought maybe.. just maybe.. she wasn’t going to skrew me over. But nope. They skrewed us. Horrible.
