I went to future Ford for a service inspection this morning at 7am and needless to say I was blown away by the service. The guys up front are awesome. I was checked in speedily. Kevin Palmer was really attentive and helped me understand the services that I was getting with my selected package. These guys even provided me with a shuttle to and from my home when my truck was finished. Their texting service is great and keeps you well informed about what’s going on with your service. I will definitely be back to future Ford .. in the future .. Thanks guys!

I went to Future Ford because my local Ford dealership could not get me in just to do a test drive to see if there was a problem with my transmission. So I drove an hour away and they were more than helpful in taking the time to take that test drive and found that it was a problem with the transmission. So I made arrangements and took it back to them and they tore it down to find the issue and take care of it. Kevin Palmer my service writer was extremely helpful and always pleasant to deal with always keeping me informed of the progress an issues. I would definitely take my vehicle back should I need service.

Today was a perfect day it wasnt busy do it with the weekend people were very nice and courteous they even gave me a Lyft ride home and pick me up when it was time for me to pick up my car. They even cleaned out my car and clean my windshield without even asking they are superb service I would recommend them to anyone that loves Fords because they love their people

My sales rep was Sam Wared he was awesome. He was not at all pushy he asked me what my needs and expectations were what vehicle I preferred. I saw all kinds of cars that I liked he ran back and fourth in 105 degree heat to get keys and let me drive everything. I found 2 I wanted one was much higher but he never pushed it he did the numbers on both and let me make the call no up sales. He wanted to make sure I was happy with the car and the pmt. I have my old car serviced here as well Kevin in service is awesome his great care and attitude is what brought me into buy a new car I thought if everyone is like him well then this is where I eant to take my business. Needless to say I would tell everyone to try them first it was well worth it.

I am a seasoned fleet buyer and did not want a retail experience. I started with Jacob on the phone who then handed me off to Chase when he was going to be out when I arrived to the dealership. I explained over the phone I wanted to get in and out no hassle. I wanted a fair price for my trade in and a fair price for my purchase. When I arrived I had checkbook in hand along with the title to my trade in. As I got out of my car Chase pulled up with the F150 Lariat I wanted all cooled down on a 104 degree day. The sales manager gave me a fair price on my trade in witching 4 minutes. Their was a slight adjustment to the purchase price on the truck I was buying with no back and forth. When I got to finance to fill out the paperwork it had all been prepared and highlighted for my signature. Ash was amazing and personable. All in, Future Ford exceeded my expectations and I’ll gladly go back and be referring family and friends going forward.Regards,John Crowle

I was called in to re-sign documents because the dealer did not charge me the appropriate tax rate. I took time out of my Saturday evening and drive half hour to correct a mistake by the dealer so I could pay an additional $400 of additional taxes.I asked the finance guy who made the error that the dealer should put some gas for my trouble. He said the dealer would but no profit is being made. Not only that but I never heard an apology for his error or otherwise thanking me for coming in to correct his error. At the end he said now wasn’t that quick and easy. I was speechless. He was rude and didn’t even recognize the fact that I took time out of my evening to correct his mistake. I even asked that he should at least give me some gas. His response was that the dealer would but no profit is being made. Hard to believe with car prices so high. I will not visit another Future dealerships and will tell all how bad their service is and inconsiderate this one person was. Appalling!

Kevin, Kathy, & Andy are amazing! They’re all SUPER knowledgeable & nice. Everyone I’ve interacted with at this location is super nice & helpful! Lately Kevin has been helping more than everyone else & he keeps me updated while they have my vehicle & is straightforward with options. I’ve been told that dealership prices tend to be higher for repairs than other auto shops, but I leave KNOWING the repair has been fixed correctly by a certified mechanic at Ford—peace of mind is more important than saving a few dollars!

Had a great experience with Future Ford and specifically, Alex Panchenko. I couldnt decide between and F450 or F250. Alex was patient, let me test drive several models over two weeks and I finally settled on a 2021 F250 Tremor in Iconic Silver with a heavy duty tow package to accommodate the towing requirements of our business. I just cant say enough great things about Alex. Great job by Future Ford, and great Customer Service from Alex Panchenko!!! 5-Star service all the way.Also, this F250 is by far the best truck I have ever owned. Ive had it for about 3 months now and have already added some after market goodies from the guys at Norcal Motor Company in Auburn. Super pumped on this purchase!!! Great service all the way around. We wanted to purchase the same model : Ford Escort Titanium, because we loved it. Went to start looking on trading in for a newer year and came away same day with exactly that.... love it. Sales super helpful, pleasant and personable and NOT high pressure. Finance easy, helpful, fair and didn’t take forever. We “drove” away within a few hours with a beautiful new car and very satisfied with the purchase and whole process and all involved.

He was professional and courteous while explaining my options without adding any pressure to make an expensive decision. I was offered a courtesy shuttle (Lyft), which arrived within minutes after being ordered. My vehicle was ready earlier than expected and delivered clean and sanitized. Didn’t upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. I will go back. Also, to the service manager, give the techs props for me, they never get recognized!

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Being buying cars for over 20 years and have bought cars from the east coast to the west and this has been hands down the best experience. Bought our car in May and was in and out of the dealership in under three hours. That included a test drive and the financing. Have had purchases where we have been in the dealerhip for over six hours because the financing portion took so long. Had a couple of things that we needed to bring the car back in for and the service department was fabulous as well!! Very respectful of the fact that I work nights and was able to work with my schedule instead of me having to work around theirs. Cannot recommend them enough to everyone I know. Thanks for doing such an awesome job!!

Future Ford of Sacramento sold me a car that was wrecked, and the day after I bought it the whole electronic sync system went out. Tried for three weeks to contact manages and sales managers and received no calls back.So I scheduled a maintenance appointment online and was told those appointments are not for repairs they are just to talk to someone in service. Either way I was sold a wrecked car for $27,000 I mean the front bumper was held on by double sided tape!!! Not only was that irresponsible but dangerous can you imagine if it came off while I was driving! Either way I went back asking them to fix it cause I’m disabled and on a fixed retirement income and the told me they won’t do anything to fix the issues. I’m so sad and don’t have money to make my car safe to drive and worked my whole life for this car! It’s not much I know but it was supposed to be mine! I’m ashamed of future Ford I will never or will anybody in my family do business with them again over a $300 bumper. I suggest you don’t do business with them either. Learn from my mistake and do go through an unnecessary hassle.

Great team work, I made an appointment for service the day before with Kevin and he was right there ready to go. He gave me a 2 hour window and delivered my car under 1 hour. They did a full inspection of my car and they confirmed my car just had a big maintenance service and that it needed nothing. I just purchased this car so i was afraid that i might need to spend some money on schedule maintenance so I was relief it needed nothing.Kevin was knowledgeable corteous and to the point.Thank u very much Kevin, you have a new service customer and I will recommend you to my friends.

Very friendly place. They worked totally with the warranty we had purchased for our Ford explorer. Was a happy conclusion, they were very busy and it did take a few days to get the diagnosis, but once they had it my car was fixed immediately. And we had to pay zero amount of dollars. We have had great luck with Fords.

There’s an employee named Kathy at this ford who went above and beyond to help an elderly yesterday. Since I own a ford , I stopped by to get help to remove the head rest to fit a vinyl seat cover. Kathy helped fit both of the seat covers on for me, something that would have taken me quite a struggle to finish. It was such an impressive and free service.

I went into Future Ford of Sacramento looking for a 2021 Bronco Sport (Feb 2021). Inventory was low due to production delays, so I prepared to be pushed toward another vehicle. Instead, my sales rep Dustin Forney listened to what I wanted (color, trim, mileage and budget) and worked with me for three months until I was completely sold and in my dream car.I come from a family of dealership owners, so I have a high bar for customer service in the auto industry. That really just says a lot as many dealerships will almost pressure you into buying their vehicles even if overpriced. If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I took my recently purchased car into this locations service center for a complimentary oil change service, what I walked out with was a check engine light, weird engine sounds, a coolant leak, a damaged cylinder, cracks in my exhaust and a damaged catalytic converter. All of which was perfectly fine before my service. DO NOT bring you car here for a service, unless youd like to spend upwards of $5,000 for damages they made to your car.

Service was very bad. Kept giving me the runaround on who to talk to. Supervisor kept being unavailable for some reason. Supervisor also never reached back out to me after leaving a voicemail. Spent hefty price for my car to get fixed, told me my car was in great condition but they didn’t even reset the codes on my car after getting it fixed so the same problem kept happening to. Took days to reach back out to me. If I could give negative stars I would. Don’t bring your car here. Your only wasting your time & money

$100 oil change for my eco sport. So expensive and took 2 hours. The other Ford dealership I go to costs $70, they wash the car, and they have complimentary coffee and tea. But in the end I needed an oil change ASAP and they were the quickest option.

Best Ford dealership I’ve ever experienced. They took my concerns seriously and tended to every little thing I stated. They were able to figure out the issue within seconds of the vehicle being there and another Ford dealership taking several days on end to say they don’t see anything wrong. I had such an amazing experience here at Future Ford Sacramento! From the time my car was towed to them until the time I left the lot with a new car. Jiffy Lube messed up my previous car and result of that was my car being totaled. Drew, manager, was my point of contact at the service department. He was so very patient and kind. He listened to everything I had to say and gave me the best advice. My car stayed with them little less than a week for them to inspect all the damages that was done. Drew kept in contact with me and kept me up to date with what was going on. He helped me get a rental car quickly. His communication was amazing and was patient with me knowing that I work long hours everyday. I gave him permission to discuss my car with my mom since she was in town helping me. He was so very nice and informative with her as well. With how much needed to be done to my car it wasn’t worth the value. My mom and my six year old son went to the service area to see what we could do with my car. Nathan from the sales department came and brought them around the lot to look at the used cars that they had on their lot. They had FaceTimed me while I was at work to look at some cars. Nathan was sooo very nice and kept saying “I am here for you guys” and he genuinely meant it. He never left our side and he made sure we picked the right car. He was not pushy at all. He actually cared about what we had to say. He made sure my son was comfortable and had activities for him to do while we were there. William, finance, was amazing as well. He really helped us figure out what is best for us price wise. He worked with us and was very patient. William and Nathan helped with giving us a price that we could do with the amount we had. When we finally say YES to my car they immediately went and got my new car washed and detailed. Got the paper work together. We had the pleasure of meeting the Sales Manager, Shay. He was amazing to work with. He went over everything in terms we would understand. He was very patient and informative! Overall my experience was amazing and I will refer them to anyone looking for a car. Thank you to the team that helped me get my dream car, I couldn’t be more appreciate!

It was great. Jacob did a fantastic job of finding the right pre-owned car for me. It was fully loaded, strikingly clean, low mileage, and the car fax showed no accidents with regular maintenance.And it gets better - the car was $1000 under Blue Book, and with $0 down, I got temporary plates and insurance coverage, so after the paperwork, I just drove it home.I’ve never been this happy with an auto dealership in my life! We posted my 2016 Civic EX through Kelly Blue Books cash offer and was contacted by Future Ford as well as many others. We started at Nissan of Sac who low balled me big time ($10,000) 🤣 that was a big hell no and then we went to Future Ford and they took my civic in at $15,000 so we got a 2017 Ford Escape from this dealership.It was a great experience and we didn’t feel as if they were trying to sell us anything. We wanted to pay cash in full with no monthly payments and they worked with us.Ask for Marcus at Future Ford, he’ll help you out and is very personable.

Dealt with Don at the Service counter. Right from the initial call, his customer service and professionalism were clear. He was able to fit me in on the same day and explained next steps. When I arrived, he walked me through the service process and was able to secure a plan that I didn’t even realize I was eligible for. This saved me both time and money. The car was completed in the time scheduled and there is a waiting room on site or plenty of restaurant options nearby.Thank you again Don for the great service.

Roseville location was horrible. Salesman George was great however, manager Mike was not. A price was agreed upon and when vehicle was ready 3 days later, they told us the price went up. Ended up finishing with Sacramento’s location which gave us a better deal & no hassle.

Stay away from these scammers! Rip off!!!HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at Future Ford of Sacramento! They took the money, did absolutely nothing and yelled at me when I brought this question up.I brought my hybrid for an oil change. Also I ordered ALL FLUIDS to be checked and refilled. Nick Dahlman, a service representative, told me that it’ll take a couple hours but actually it took over 6 hours. When I received my car I checked if the fluids are at OK level and...you know what?...reservoirs were dry! The antifreeze was lower than min level!!! (The same way it was when I gave my car for service). I started complaining but Nick was nowhere to be found and no other rep was willing to work with me ! I waited for an hour to get to talk to him! When I asked again if ALL FLUIDS were added he confirmed twice that YES and showed me paperwork. Then I pointed to the level in reservoir...He said:”Just drive it for an hour and it will rise!” ..seriously?! I said that I want to get the job done as it’s not safe and who will be responsible if my pumps break afterwards ? Asked for a tech..another hour...he poured something..then he understood that it’s a wrong liquid..went to get a new one..poured something else to previous liquid(different color)!!! Finally I asked for manager! Manager came over. I asked why do I have to face these issues,why people lie and neglect their work?!?! He yelled with attitude :”What can I do? What do you want from me now? You got your fluid! Goodbye!”Overall horrible service! I do not recommend this place to anyone. They get the money- don’t do anything- then yell at you if you point out the mistake!I hope the supervisor will take this review in consideration!

We had great service as always. We had a maintenance appointment for our fusion. We truly recommend Kevin Palmer. He is an honest person who helps the customers and serves the company well. Our service is done well, in good timing, and we dont get surprised. Good crew.

Disappointed! Reps working in the service department could/would not take the time to explain my vehicles repairs. Just read the invoice summary and stated, its ready, what else do you need to know? Okay! What about my questions or concerns? Its a 2017 electric hybrid - only 48,000 miles- the hybrid battery failed - it was in your shop for over a month - damage to the vehicle while being repaired! Can someone just take a moment to address my concerns and assure me that my vehicle will be fine? Come back Monday! Then, can I speak to your manager? We dont have one here today - come back Monday! Okay, it was Saturday, it was hot out, we just went through a pandemic and were all stressed! But, cmon! No eye contact and the I could care less attitude! Is someone who cares working today? At a time when your company is attempting to change the truck industry with an Electric Ford Truck ! If its going to be anything like my hybrid vehicle experience - then, Buyer Beware! I guess that I should just be grateful my vehicle was repaired.

I have purchased several vehicles here and I have even gotten family members to purchasefrom them as well. Great staff, can be busy and take a little bit to work the deal because of that but it is worth the time. Just be prepared for the staff to meet you at your car, kinda sucks but not horrible.

My experience with the sales rep Cesar was outstanding. The car did not get detailed or it was sloppily detailed. I have to wait for the check to clear before I can make a date for my accessories to get on the truck. This is not acceptable to me.One of my accessories is the running boards, which allows me to get into the truck. I could have paid cash if Informed before I paid with a check If that was going to hold up my accessories from being installed.
