I need my truck worked on was quoted a reasonable price. My problem was diagnosed w/o charge. The people there listened to the description of my issue, came out to verify I was correct. Will have it worked on tomorrow. Prior to coming here i had been quoted exorberant prices for a just an inspection..here they yook my info went to vrrify it.

Don’t come to this shop! The guys working here including the dark Indian Guy with accent and the old chubby white guy are incredibly unprofessional, rude and a bunch of money grubbing hustlers! They charged me $220 for an alleged “wiring problem”that they didn’t fix! . I talked to them about it but they kept putting me off for a later time until eventually I just got tired of coming back. These guys are a big waste of money and time. Don’t bring your vehicle to this shop!!

The parking lot was clean, the windows and doors were clean, inside the restaurant was clean, as well as the bathrooms. The Employees were friendly, the service was fast. I have been to other Carls Jr. Restaurants that were very dirty. I would eat here again.

I was told by one place that my freon was full and it was an electric issue with my a.c.. My dad took my car to mr electric and they got it working becauae in fact my freon was low

Used this place a lot with all of my vehicles, honest good work industry average on cost . But the people are what make this place great. Quality parts and always upfront info on why you should do specific work.

The owner of Mr. Electric is a very rude disrespectful business man I brought my vehicle there to have a wiring harness replaced he overcharged versus Buying a new part had my vehicle for over 3 months would not give me my vehicle back because my insurance company had a discrepancy over funds and he was gonna keep my vehicle the work is unacceptable scratched my - Dash scratched my upper - broke both my rear tail lights wires hanging down everywhere and I had to have the police come to make him release my vehicle do not take your vehicle to this shop. he will Over charge you under work service disrespectful mouthy Crook Am which paid $4000 for the work and I damaged my vehicle

Kumar and Memo are very professional and knowledgeable, Ive had two of my cars and my girlfriends car in here for various services, and we both are very pleased with the repairs and recommendations provided. These guys are often very busy, so if you have a little patience and understanding I would highly recommend Mr. Auto Electric. Thanks Memo and Kumar.

Dont go here. BEWARE. Owner [Kumar front desk] made assurance to diagnose issue on my car and charged me. Later on I find out he not only damaged the vehicle but also he only found the general area where my electrical issue was [which was a wire that ran the entire length of the car]. He was of no use. I paid $100 for nothing. Dont trust them. They have shady business practice.

This Mr. Kumar is a real piece of work. First, he speaks in a insanely high pitch tone that is extremely annoying, second, he makes promises he cant keep, third, hell attempted to lie and/or blame you for his inabilities to honor his promises/commitments.Stay away for this place! I work in the industry and I now that this guy cant even keep a good note and honor his commitments with his part suppliers.

This place has the WORST service ever. I went in to get my cars electric issue checked because my speedometer and digital mileage was not working. This Indian ASS**** guy said that he can look at my car and he will charge me $80 to diagnose the problem. So im like ok!!! ... he said it will take 2 hours and i was fine with that. I waited for 3 hours at this place reading magazines and just walking around the block ..after 3 hours this guy says that he cannot fix my car today because he has other cars lined up ... I look outside and saw he was working on 3 other cars which came after me but he did not work on my car. He said that he cannot work on my car because its late and said for me to come the next day in the morning.... This place is a piece of trash and service unprofessional... MY ADVICE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE..

Its hard to find a reliable mechanic thats not going to price gouge or upsell but thats what you find with Memo at Mr. Auto Electric. Im lucky to have him work on my cars without ever feeling im getting jipped. (sp?)

I Went In Because My Fan Wasnt Coming On To Keep My Car Cool I Went.And Checked Mr Auto Electric He Kept The Car Overnight Then Told Me The Problem Only For It To Happen After I Pay Him 250 dollars...... in the next 4months

I was on my way to Washington state I got to Weed when some truckers flashed there brake lights at me. I pulled into Weed and found I had no brake, stop, dash or dome lights.I stayed at Friendly RV park which I will say it is a very good park to stay at. I drove back to Sac the next morning. I had the MH worked on at AAMCO they replaced my water pump and worked on my air conditioner, So I took it back there to have them see what the problem was. The MH was there for a week, and they were unable to find my problem, My neighbor told me about Mr Auto Electric. He didnt know their name but just said they were on the corner of 24th and Florin Rd. I found it easy, dropped off my motor home and my wife drove me home. 45 Min after I dropped of the unit I got a call saying the job was done. I was amazed I picked it up that evening and every thing worked perfect. The cost was very fair, and I will go back there for anything else I need on my motor vehicles. I would rate this shop as a AAA1 place to go. Lon
