This place gave me an estimate, made me pay for some of the work up front by signing the check (should have never done that), kept the vehicle so long a third party had to advise them to give the vehicle back to me. Hardly any of the work was done. When they returned the vehicle, it was dusty and the windows smeared. They claimed it was detailed All the detail person did was steal my registration that was hidden. Never did the buffing work and just reapplied the old bug deflector with some cheap double sided tape instead putting the new one on the vehicle The old bug deflector flew off on I-80 3 days after I got my vehicle back. If the workmanship wasn’t enough, the lies and excuses about the work getting done “tomorrow” was pathetic. I even asked the Better Business Bureau to help and the owner of business refused to even respond. That’s how I legit knew they did me wrong and didn’t want to answer for what they did - they took the money and didn’t even come close to doing the work. I try to keep my money in local businesses but I will never use this business again or recommend it.

I took my Toyota Camry hybrid to ACD Collision for an insurance claim. I was very impressed when I walked into the office it was very nice neat and clean. I was greeted by the office manager Jessica I explain my situation and told her that I need to drop off my car and I need help to get a rental car I found out that I was supposed to contact my insurance and take care of that before I went there and surprisingly Jessica was very helpful she helped me with all the paperwork and the owner came out and got on the phone and contacted my insurance agentHe ended up getting him on the line when I was still waiting for a return phone call and manage to have my adjuster speed up the process to immediately get me a reservation number which got me into a rental car. These people are very kind and professional not to mention the work they do is A-1. I’ll forever be a customer to a CD collision and I recommend them to anybody who needs in Any kind ofbody work done
