Rudy saved me big bucks on a car lease return that was coming up for me. I had multiple parts on the front and back bumpers that needed to be repaired since they were either scratched up badly or dented. I also need my quarter panel dent repaired since there was a huge dent on it. A few weeks ago, while in Las Vegas for a business trip, I was involved in a car accident and was referred to Sacramento Collision Center by a friend of mine. Since I am not from the area, I needed to find a shop that was reputable but also one that could accommodate my time restraint. So, I called Sacramento Collision Center and they agreed to see my car immediately for an estimate. The owner of the shop, personally inspected my car and wrote up a detailed quote. He informed me of the extent of my damages and also walked me through the process of getting my car fixed. I was extremely impressed by his willingness to explain what needed to be done, as I was NOT expecting such a thorough breakdown. So, I obviously decided to hire the shop to conduct my repairs. BEST DECISION EVER. In as little as 5 days, the repairs were completed and my car was ready to be picked up. Take note that throughout those few days, I would receive daily updates regarding the repair status. This type of service is unheard of. To be honest, I was speechless when I showed up to pick up my car. It looked better after the repairs were done than prior to my accident. The shop had even washed my car and left it spotless 100% I am beyond satisfied with the OVERALL service of Sacramento Collision Center . The cleanliness and respect of the staff was a huge bonus.
