LG compressor failed and it was only three years old. ifix was fast in getting repair done. Nice guys. Three star rating is based on some confusion over where the repair was covered under warranty.

Initially had some difficulties getting a hold of them to get my washer fixed but once that was worked out things went well. They came back to fix a second problem without charging me again which was appreciated.

The man answering the phone who I am assuming is a manager or owner is absolutely amazing at customer service! It was refreshing to here such an enthusiastic voice. He made me feel valued as a customer which in return made me want to do business with this company. He got me squeezed in the same day but me and his technician played phone tag due to my busy schedule. We decided the next day would be better. Paul was willing to drive from Davis at 5pm to get to me in south Sacramento and fix my dryer. I told him the next day would be better. Paul was extremely professional. He got right to work. I needed I new pully and belt for my dryer. It ended up costing me around $300 which was more than I had anticipated paying. But most repairs on appliances usually end up feeling that way! Overall I highly recommend this customer based business! They recognize that customers are important! My technician was a good person trying to offer a service and do his work. Paul I appreciate your services it was a lovely experience! Thank you again.

If we ever need another appliance repair I am definitely calling IFix. Today I submitted a service request on their website and received a confirmation email a few hours later with an expected time frame. Shortly after I received a phone call from the technician, Ariel, saying he was on his way. Ariel was great! He quickly figured out the issue with our dryer and explained what he needed to do and what parts he needed to replace,. He quickly went to get the parts he needed and finished the repair. The whole process, from booking to submitting a payment, was very easy. Ariel was friendly, professional and very thorough. I highly recommend their services.

I called iFix Appliance Repair of Sacramento trying to get my Whirlpool dispenser fixed. Mike was very responsive and called back immediately. He was very honest with me that a repair on my unit would more than likely not be worth what I would spend in parts and repairs. Its refreshing to meet honest mechanics. I would like to start by saying how grateful I am too Mike and Ariel for fixing my refrigerator. They were very prompt in getting back to me and getting the replacement parts that I needed. When I called to see if they got the part in that they ordered a few days later they explained that it should be their later in the day on Friday and as soon as it got their they would be on their way to fix everything. Called to schedule an appointment for my broken refrigerator and the person who answered was very nice and courteous and got me an appointment for the next day. The man who showed up to fix the refrigerator was very polite and knowledgeable. While he could not fix the fridge that day because he needed to order the parts, he explained to me fully what happened, how the fridge works, and how he will fix it. Sure enough when the parts came in a day later (on a Sunday), he was back and my fridge is now working better than ever. Definitely recommend these guys and will use them again if needed!

I have been trying to get my brand new Samsung dryer fixed because of a bad part from the factory. After nearly a month of Samsung sending out repairmen who didnt fix the issue, Ariel showed up on time and in an hour it was completely fixed. In the end I had to pay out of pocket because Samsungs guy couldnt do the job, but I still HIGHLY recommend iFix for any appliance that needs repair.

Ariel repaired my dishwasher and was helpful. Ariel went above and beyond service by giving me helpful tips to keep my dishwasher running smoothly and even recommended how I can keep my dishwasher clean. He identified the drain pump was not functioning iand addressed it quickly.

I contacted iFix Appliance Repair Sacramento today because the other repair place I usually use did not call me back. My call was answered timely and the information regarding my dryer issue was taken over the phone. I was informed that i would receive a call 1 hr prior to my tech arriving and my window as 12pm-5pm. I received a call at 1230pm advising that my tech, Ariel would be arriving within 30 minutes. He arrived and immediately found that the wires in my dryer were burn out, but could not confirm the reason this happened. He replaced the wires with parts he had on hand. And my dryer is now working again. Ariel was friendly, polite and worked quickly. He checked to make sure he cleaned up after himself and provided suggestions moving forward. Thank you Ariel and iFix Appliance for getting our dryer back on line.

Our refrigerator was under warranty but Samsung gave us the runaround. We finally were able to make an appointment but at 6am on the day of the appointment they text us that our appointment for later in the day was canceled and to give them a call to reschedule. We called to try and get another appointment and they had no record of us or our appointment and because of that, they wouldnt let us reschedule with them. Crazy!At 8am, we spent a couple of hours calling around to find an appliance repair service to make an appointment with. We realized that a same day appointment is pretty much out of the question. In fact, one place couldnt get us in until September! Most others were a few days out, which is pretty much standard.We called iFix in Sacramento and they offered us an appointment later in the afternoon of the same day, and told us the tech would come and take a look but they didnt know the exact time. They were adding us to his already full schedule, but they promised someone would call us and keep us updated. We were very grateful that they were doing that.Our tech called us when he was about an hour out. He called when he was 14 minutes away.His name was ARIEL and he showed up just like he said he would. Awesome guy. He figured out that there was a shipping piece that wasnt removed PLUS Samsung had installed another part incorrectly which contributed to the problem. He was here and gone within 20 minutes. The refrigerator works like brand new, which it should as it was less than a year old.ARIEL was very responsible, professional, great personality, and highly skilled. Wed cant recommend iFix in Sacramento highly enough. We wont be calling anyone else for appliance repair.Interestingly enough, most of the places we called didnt speak highly of Samsung customer service or their products. I think theres a lesson here to learn. Its like when you want to purchase a vehicle, you should talk to an automotive repair person before you talk to a salesperson to find out what products are good/bad. Same with appliance repair techs as they know the good and the bad.

Recently the ice maker on my refrigerator stopped working. I called iFix Appliance and scheduled an appointment. The appointment was very easy to schedule and I was offered a lot of appointment time options. When it came time for my appointment, the technician Ariel called to let me know that he was on his way. Upon arriving at my house, Ariel was respectful and wiped his shoes on the door mat before entering the house. He let me know that he would take a look at the refrigerator and let me know what was going on with it. After his inspection, he not only told me what was wrong, the line to the ice maker clogged, but he also showed me that the coils and underneath of the refrigerator needed a good cleaning. Wow, I didnt have to buy a new ice maker like I thought I was going to have to!!! After fixing the refrigerator, Ariel was kind enough to show me how to clean and maintain the coils and underneath the refrigerator. I must say that Ariel was the best technician that I have ever met. He was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. If I ever have another appliance to repair, I will definitely call iFix Appliance Repair and request Ariel.

Great fast reliable service.

I have been having issues with my GE Profile refrigerator for a few years and couldnt get answers about fixing the problem from the store. Condensation along with a puddle of water in the bottom and most recently the temp was too hot and the leftovers resembled a science experiment. It was only 13 years old and I love the color and design. After trying a few things we found on the internet, to no avail. We found iFix It Appliance Repair. We talked to Mike on a Sunday and he sent someone that same day to check out the problem. It was low and coolant and there was a rusted through drip tray causing the puddle of water. Mike came out the next day and gave our appliance a complete overhaul at a more than fair price. I hope to get another 13 years out of this fridge and keep one more appliance out of the landfill. We highly recommend this company to anyone that needs an appliance repaired and feel blessed to have found them.

Our washer wasnt draining water properly and we just got back from a camping trip with LOTS of laundry. Ariel was fast, professional, and got our washer back up and running in no time!

Our fridge randomly started making noise then suddenly burnt out so we called asap and even asked if they could send someone out the same day, even though we called near closing time. I am writing to share the great service experience I had today. The broiler element in my wall oven failed, and I had hoped to repair it myself. When I removed the bad element, however, one of the wire connectors remained behind the ovens back wall and couldnt be retrieved. Realizing that I needed a pro, I emailed iFix for help. A response confirming my requested appointment (within 24 hours) was nearly immediate.I was fortunate enough to have Ariel come to the rescue! I received a call from Ariel, letting me know he was on the way, within the time frame I had requested. Upon arrival, he quickly determined that the entire double-oven wall unit would have to be pulled out to get to the needed connection. Ariel was very thorough, ensuring that the power was off at the breaker and testing the old element (which was indeed, bad) before proceeding to replace the part and return the ovens to their home in the wall. Haim -with ifix appliances did an excellent job (friendly, knowledgable, fast, and safe) with fixing our Viking hood fan (starter) and Viking oven. He was honest and did not try to upsell us on garbage disposal reccomendation.He order the parts directly from Viking rather than using a cheaper inexpensive (universal) part that could go bad a lot sooner on the more industrial. We requested he leave multiple business cards as we will keep one on hand for any additional appliance repairs and recommend him to our neighbors should they need this service.
