Technician was very professional and quick at fixing my dryer. He showed up on time and followed COVID-19 guidelines, I was comfortable having him in the house. He even patiently explained everything to me and put everything back to where it was before he leaves. I would definitely use his service again in the future if I have anything else.

I had an emergency with my gas range. The short story is the igniter kept clicking and my wife saw sparks which were thought to be flames under the knob. She called this company and they immediately scheduled someone to come to our house that same day, within hours. Once the technician arrived he figured out the issue and had it fixed later that evening. Im very impressed with the quick resolution and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!

I tried to use NK Viking Repair. In the morning I called to confirm a tech would be at my house between 4- 6pm. I was told that yes it was on the schedule and I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. At 4:30 I called to get an ETA and the customer service person said she would call the tech and get back to me. About 15 minutes later she called to say they needed to cancel because the tech had had an accident that morning. I asked why I didnt get a call earlier and there was no response. I asked to speak to her supervisor and of course he was not available. I understand things happen but the accident story did not seem credible.

So impressed by this company! They fielded my phone call this morning and were at my house at the time they said they would be. Quick, knowledgeable, and totally upfront with all pricing and scope of service. I highly recommend!

Awful customer service over. When tech had to reschedule due to waiting on a part, I was told Id get a call back and never did. I had to call them. Actual field technician was nice which saved this review from being a one star
