Fun place. Kinda messy, but hard working friendly staff. Better convenience than the big box stores around.

One of the best greeting card info. Has more options that any other store I have been in. Prices are great from .50cents to 7$ a card. Staff is one of the best out there in the stores I shop at. Local works and local mgrs in this location.

I will not return to this location. I was checking out and was talk to in a non personal level. Did not smile make eye contact overall rude this was the 2nd time. When i have been there before it’s usually ok but if the customers are not important to this employee it might be a good idea to rethink what industry you want to be apart of. If you choose the retail industry one of the requirements is treat people well and be welcoming so they return. I thought long & hard about it and was compelled to call the manager because if I notice the unhappiness that was projected he should know it’s possible that others may feel that way. He was very polite and Professional. It’s in a great location I support all the business in Rowlett but also want to be honest and tell what I experienced.

It is a nice general merchandise store. The thing about these places is you meet all kinds of friendly people. Good inexpensive stuff, but on the way to our car we met a Korean War Veteran, who stopped to chat, but at the same time commenced to pick up some cardboard trash that I had walked by. Shame on me!! But kudos to him . Pleasant shopping experience!!

Friendly Staff, a reliable smile no matter the weather

I love this store because it is close and convenient. Their toilet paper is still cheaper than other store. The store is kinda small needs more room for aisles. Other than that its a great place.

Convenient and good prices. The setup is very awkward near the register when you try to wind around random piles of stuff blocking your way. Other than that I like the store and staff. It would be nice if you could get to the checkout easier

Its a nice place to go, especially if you just need a few things. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. Their bathrooms are kept very clean. Nice, nice store!

Smalle Walmart

The store has been looking leaps and bounds better than a few months ago. What ever changes took place it really helped the flow and cleanliness of the store.

I’ve never had a bad experience here.. EVER! But, today as I was getting ready to check out, I politely spoke to the cashier(older woman) and she literally looked at me and proceeded to doing her job. No it’s nothing racial because we’re the same race but I felt like that was highly rude.

Its very convenient and I like it

They have keepsake boxes that are great for keeping artwork by your children & grandchildren. I know mine get a real kick out of looking thru the boxes and seeing that I have all of their artwork and crafts that they made over the years

The staff is very nice and helpful my only complaint is stuff stacked too high on top of the shelves i was on the toy isle and someone one the isle over was getting somthing which caused a large stack of items to fall and almost hit me a little bit of organizing would easily solve the problem other than that yall always greet me with a smile and are helpful when needed

This store gets quite busy, especially in the evening. They really should have a bigger parking lot. Pretty much what all the reviews have said. Only one register open and unopened boxes all over the place. You know what to expect with Dollar General. Some people like it and some dont, even though some prices are really not that good.

First time visiting a Dollar General. Wont be going back. There was merchandise all over the floor, customers personal trash on the shelves. The checkout girl was great though.

Almetta,heather && manager TonyaAre the best seriously. I was having a rough day I had two of my children with me. My card stopped working had to place my items back they made sure the line wasnt backed up behind me plus put everything away so I could tend to my kids I very much appreciate it. Ps dollar general these ladies need a new updates computer system :)

Good prices, and you can get in and out fairly quickly. but unfortunately like many Dollar General stores the place has a somewhat dirty feel.

Each time I go here it always has boxes in the isles like they are restocking. Have to search for someone to help or to check out. Prices are no cheaper than anywhere else. Good for a quick stop and they do have nice inexpensive holiday decor.

Great Customer Service and the Community Store oh and convenient. My Favorite associate is Almatta(sp)..(I Will learn how to spell her name correctly) anyway she is Always helpful and kind.

This store is great to get something you need in a pinch and need a quick in and out. Sometimes have to wait for an employee to check you out at the counter as not one always ready to check you out

Most of the time app coupons dont work but for the first time sales associate asked if there any coupons I wanted to use. Store was clean an organized.Keep up the great work!

Well tonight on 9/14/19 I came in to do my last minute shopping and the old guy told me he couldnt do 2 transaction Im only allowed 1 Im like Ive ALWAYS been able to do as many transactions as I wanted to but its ok I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING at this location EVER I couldnt get everything I needed to get because of him he NEEDS TO RETIRE if hes UNABLE to stand and ring the customer up it was as if he was made I even came in. Ive NEVER been so mad and Im not understanding it either but like I said I want return SHAME ON DOLLAR GENERAL EMPLOYEES

Store needs to be organized. I went in the afternoon and there was more inventory in boxes than on the shelves.
