This place is absolutely disgusting. The smell alone will make you throw up and then the dirt and grime on EVERYTHING. The counter person is just as bad. I returned the car the next day, kid you not. He was wearing the same clothes.

I have down rated this location because I can never get them on the phone. I always get Avis customer support and you can see from the review below I would prefer not to work with them.They rent a couple vehicles that Avis Customer support seems to know nothing about and with our large family we prefer the ford transit over a minivan. They rent them cheaper than other places so they are worth the hassle but it is frustrating.--------------------------------- This was the first time when we found out they rent these vehicles.There was a huge mix up in our reservation really a long story. I rented a Ford Transit, I must have been talking to the woman at the actual location. A short while before our rental date I got an email verifying my minivan rental. I called and got Avis Customer Support (global I guess) and they told me I rented a minivan and that Avis does not rent the transit. They told me they were going to have a conversation with the woman who helped me and sent me some discount. It was disappointing but when I went to pick up the car the woman I had originally spoken with was there and asked if I was still interested in the transit and I was able to rent it. Now this poor woman I am sure got a talking to from corporate, I was pretty frustrated when I spoke with them and she did nothing wrong. So in the end I would give this location a great rating. She did what she set out to do and I have no idea if she got in trouble with corporate but if she did she never let me know. So I rate this place very highly but Avis and their customer support I would give 0 if I could.

After reserving and prepaying my vehicle for a 7 seater this location did not have any even though my reservation was paid for and I was switched to a smaller vehicle. When I went to the location to try to get help the guy there What is useless and told me to call customer service. Even though he had all my information therein could help me better. I would never rent from this location again and dont recommend anyone do it either.

TERRIBLE. Reserved a car 3 months in advance and they didn’t have it when I arrived. They literally do not communicate and it’s hard to even get in touch with them. Please do not waste your time!

The quality of cars was fantastic. I rented a Chrysler Pacifica minivan and it was great for our trip. Tim, the staff member, was really friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I had previously rented from Enterprise but with this Budget location I got an excellent price, service and vehicle. I will definitely be coming back. Across the board this place has the highest quality/newest vehicles I have seen from any rental place and I have rented from every company out there.

I have never had a problem renting from this Budget. One time when I was waiting in line at this location, there was a girl in front of me who was mad that they charged her extra even though she returned the car late. Thats the way it works! People are unbelievable.

Dirty, old storefront with cars to match. I had to take it through the car wash and stop off at Advance Auto for cleaner and deodorizer. It was affordable and did the trick but I wont be back.

I went here to rent a car at the last minute, and was not only treated nicely by the owner, but he gave me a free upgrade. Very nice, stress free and easy rental experience. Would highly recommend this location!

Overall good customer service. Could have a higher amount of cars to select from but its whatever. They did a good job getting us out of there. Great people for sure.

The manager at this location discriminated against me calling me a little girl... and repeatedly refusing to answer a legit question about upgrade costs. Rude, discriminatory and unkind; I do not advise going here if you identify as a woman; you have a high likelihood of being discriminated against.Corporate helped me move the reservation to another location and were apologetic of his words and actions. They have a recording of him speaking at me unkindly through a call I made in-person.

I wish I would have read the reviews on this location. OMG, I made my reservation online , paid all was fine. I had rental until Tuesday as my truck was in the shop. I called Tuesday to let Matthew know I would need it another day. At NO TIME DID THAT UNPROFESSIONAL HACK TELL ME OH WELL HAVE IT BACK BY NOON OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED ANOTHER DAY AND IT 52.99 FOR ANOTHER DAY. WHICH I PAID 47.00 ONLINE. So today my truck is done and i got to take it back on my lunch time. Had to wait for Matthew to finish BS*ING with a customer and then he got to me. I told him that the guy who did the walk around didnt note any dings or anything and that it has a dent in the bumper, which I took a picture of the day I got it.the truck was not on full- that was noted.. anyway he proceeds to tell me that i am being charge another $135.00 for 2 days !! I said excuse me???? I dont think so! he said you should have had it back by noon today... umm you never said that you said what time will you bring it back, I said 4:30 when i get off work. You should have said 1. its $52.99 more and you have to have it back by noon.... i was very upset at this point. Then the owner with the bigger attitude came and tried to explain Tim Hassen, saying well yes you will be charged for 2 days, I said first of all I was not told to have it back by noon and your not charging me for 2 days. He tries to over talk you and belittle you when he has NO right to. I told them no and umm no. Your screwing me over and i will never do business here. As i am walking to my truck they hurried and charged my credit card for another 84.00 on top of it all. I am disputing it as they are a bunch of scammers and unprofessional. oh and BTW the truck smelled like TRASH. IF YOU NEED TO RENT A CAR******DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE LIED TO AND TREATED LIKE A DOG AND HAVE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES. #badchoice

I called to make a reservation at the phone number provided on the google maps listing. Upon calling them, they wanted me to pick up my rental car on Louis Henna Blvd. I explained to the guy on the phone that I needed to pick it up at this location, the one on 1150 N IH 35, He said okay. I made my reservation and when I was done he said you can pick that up on the Louis Henna location I explained to him that I needed it at the 1150 N IH35 location. SO, he said they are charging me a $50 cancellation fee. I am not cancelling the guy got the location WRONG after I gave him this address. Do not call these people. They are not sure if they are Budget or Avis and I could not even get my reservation switched over. Youre better off going to the Enterprise down the street.

I agree with the other negative reviews of this location. The staff is very poorly trained and argumentative (especially Yaya....very unfriendly and doesnt acknowledge or apologize for his mistakes). This guy needs a course on customer service for sure! Oh well, it is nice to know there are other locations in the area to rent a car from so blow these guys off and DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I hate the Automated system attempting to make a reservation. This probably reflects poorly on this location but there is no direct number to reach anyone.

I travel full time for work and deal with Budget/Avis all over the US. This is by far my favorite location to rent from. Great cars and great customer service!!

A very small office, serving both Budget and Avis, so you may have a wait during busy times. But they always have the cars that have been reserved, and they always work hard to serve their customers.

Great service, nice guys...always clean cars ready to go.

They will still your money! Do yourself a favor and go to entreprise!
