Oh man, this is the best towing service Ive used. Only took a few minutes for the guy to arrive (as opposed to the several days Im used to with other providers) and he even took care when loading my car!In all seriousness though, the expediency and attention to detail was great. Even took care to center the car in the driveway when he dropped it off.

Called them late on a Friday, they promised Monday delivery. They did the pickup on time and with short notice. Terrific!

So the fuel pump in my restored 1974 Plymouth Road Runner went out and I was stuck. From my initial call to dispatch to the call from William (driver) it was a very good experience with this company. RUDE!!!! Live out of town and after a wreck these folks picked up our truck. The driver Jorge was great. He was considerate and concerned. When I called the next day about having our truck dropped off at a local shop , the gentleman that answered told me No problem. I even asked if there wasnt a form I was supposed to fill out.No maam. You gave me a verbal release. So when I call today prior to leaving town because the truck still wasnt at the body shop, I was told I had to go to their shop to prove I owned the truck and fill out the paperwork I had offered to do 5 days ago. This is an hour drive one way in the wrong direction from where Im headed. Since it was a mistake on the part of the gentleman I spoke on the phone with originally, he offered for the driver to meet me at our local body shop so I could show my proof of ownership. It would be there in an hour. In the background I hear a woman , telling him thats not possible. that I needed to drive up there and fill out the paperwork. To say her tone of voice was nasty would be an understatement. David, the gentleman I originally spoke with assured me they would handle it immediately. Then I get a phone call from Tina, the rude voice from the background. She informed me that there was no way she could get the truck there until 4 pm still using a tone of voice that implied she was put out. After a heated discussion on both parts where she denied any responsibility for the original mess up and the reason the paperwork wasnt done. Her final shot was maam quit blasting my attitude and let me call my driver. Like I said RUDE!

Had the wait longer then what was told... Dispatch -poor communication to driver.. had driver follow us and he still got lost. Called dispatch to get some sort of discount due to it wasnt as far as they quoted . Dispatch hangs up on me after I tell her the driver is at my house, seems she just wanted confirmation so I still get charged the high amount!! Very disappointed if a service in our area with no customer service!!!

Unbelievably helpful. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Helped me get a new tire when no shops were open. Things had gone terribly wrong all week, but the lady that answered my call this night realized I had two flats same week so no spare and she did not hesitate to offer a fantastic solution when easily she could have just taken my money and towed my car. I am grateful and happy to know there are nice honest people willing to help someone who is trying hard, but having a difficult time.

My recent experience with Round Rock Towing was excellent. I was in a bit of a bind after a blowout on the highway and because of my custom rims on my car I wasnt able to put on a spare. They were quick to respond, extremely professional, courteous and really made me feel comfortable in this stressful time. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Most importantly, they really took the time and care to make sure my beautiful car wasnt damaged in anyway during the transport from beginning to end.

I had my car towed today because one of my rear tires blew out. Everything was fine with calling them and getting a driver to tow my car. It took about 20-30 minutes for the driver to call me to let me know he was on his way, but I was fine with that because it is Sunday and the man I spoke with explained they only had one driver. I asked the guy to take it to a shop because I had to go to work, and Id spoken with the shop several times to let them know it was coming. When I called the shop several hours later no one had seen my car. The shop found my car parked out back. The driver never let the shop know it was there, left it sitting there on the rim with the busted tire, and left the key in my unlocked car. When I called the Towing company to discuss this, no one answered, even though they claim to be open 24 hours. Their mailbox was full, so I couldnt even leave a message. I will not be using their service again.I gave them another star because they did call me back about 40 minutes later to discuss what happened.

Round Rock Towing makes my job so much easier. As a car salesman at Covert Dodge we always have people wanting to trade in cars that dont even run. In order for me to get an appraised value on the car I need too see them most of the time and Round Rock towing is always speedy and consistent when I go and ask them to pick up a car for me. Another sales guy called 3 other tow companies to get a car out of a parking garage and they all told him it could not be retrieved from the spot it was in. I called Tina and Dave (the owners) and they not only went and retrieved the car but had it back at my dealership within 2 hours of me calling! I recommend Round Rock Towing over any other tow companies. Not only a good honest company but also ran buy good honest people.

I had to have my car towed twice in the span of a week, once to a local mechanic, and then to the dealer when the mechanic advised it was an ECM issue. The first round, I started searching for a towing company that could get to my house asap before the mechanic closed shop. I called Round Rock Towing and was advised their closest driver wouldnt be available for a few hours, so I started searching for another company. Ten minutes later I received a call back stating David was on his way to pick up my vehicle! I was so impressed with their diligence in getting me towed, and the pricing was very reasonable (less than the towing company the mechanic recommended, so I hear). When I was advised Id need to take the car to my dealership a few days later, I didnt even think about calling another company-I immediately reached out to Round Rock Towing. David arrived right on time, and again, the price was reasonable. Davids a great guy and I was impressed with how personable he was-easy to talk to, gave some great advice on what to ask the dealership, etc. I would 100% recommend Round Rock Towing to anyone looking for prompt service, good pricing, and a great overall customer service experience.

When my office relocated I had to have someone move my 8000 lb forklift. David and Ryan handled my old forklift like the pros that they are, even though she was a little heavier than they were expecting. Would definitely call them again for any other towing/transport needs.

Since I own multiple old motorcycles and a really old truck, its not uncommon that I break down on a weekend ride. Luckily, these guys not only are very responsive, they have the proper tools to tow bikes. Most trucks will toss your bike onto a flat bed and hope it doesnt fall over but not these guys. They have a custom sled device that secures bikes on the truck. They have bailed me out of so many weekend mishaps! Highly recommend.

George made a bad situation much better for us. He took care of the car and put it exactly where it needed to be. I would definitely recommend George when you are having car troubles.

My old Ford F-150 recently broke down on, you guessed it, IH 35. I was able to get it to the side of the road, but needed it towed to a repair facility. After getting voicemails on my first couple of tries from other companies, Round Rock Towing responded and 15 minutes later their brand new tow truck showed up and was able to get me off the side of the road and delivered to Christian Brothers Auto repair. Their price was super reasonable and they took special care to make sure my truck was delivered safely. I would sure use them again.

He came out to pick me up on his night off when the only other drivers on-call were busy just to make sure I wasnt stuck waiting longer. Him and everyone else I spoke to was as honest, friendly and helpful as I could have hoped for, and all of my questions were promptly answered in such a manner. On top of that the tow itself was surprisingly inexpensive, which was quite a relief considering I had never dealt with this sort of thing before. In fact, Ive never written a review for ANY service before, but never before had I been dealt such a grand favor. Breaking down so suddenly and unexpectedly would have otherwise ruined my night if not for the remarkably expedient service. Despite the circumstances, my whole experience with them somehow managed to set my mind at ease (impending auto repair fees notwithstanding), and I honestly cant be thankful enough.

From Round rock/Triton towing come out and help me out today with my corvette C5, i had called many other towing companys before and they all said it will be a couple of Hrs to get there or they said they couldnt pick up my corvette cause they didnt have the right tools😔 due to my C5 being low.... but once Jorge came out he came out so professionally and told me to watch my car to make sure it does not touch the bottom as he lifts the car up and well go as slow as possible to get this up here without damaging it, he had the right tools for the job i highly recommend calling Round rock/Triton Towing and asking if you can have Jorge Zuniga come help you out he will get your car to your destination in no problem!!!Thank you Jorge Z.
