Isaac from Bulldog towing was great. I was running late to meet him at the address my vehicle was located at. He waited for me and did all he could to make sure the was seamless and timely. The young woman who I spoke with had the truck dispatched and me in communication with Isaac within minutes. Ive had to use towing services quite often and will use Bulldog again. It was Labor day weekend and the brakes go out ony truck 30 miles from home. I tried 3 services and 1 was at a car show, 2 had too many police calls and the third said it was too far. So I called Bulldog and they had no problem driving the 30 miles there and30 miles back to get my truck back to Round Rock. With in a few hours our truck was home. I will highly recommend!!!

Isaac to the rescue! My car broke down in the middle of a busy road last Sunday (it was 98 degrees). Called 5 or 6 local towing companies. No one could help me. The lady that answered the phone at Bulldog was very empathetic to my situation and worked hard to help me out. She even kept me updated on the ETA of the driver via text. Issac to the rescue!!! we were stranded on the side of the highway for hours and Issac was able to not only tow us, but find us a car shop who could get our car fixed that day. what a life saver.

My wife swerved to avoid hitting a ladder laying in the street and ran over a curb, immediately blowing out both left tires and destroying both left wheels. While waiting by the car, a Round Rock Police Officer pulled up and I asked him who they used for tows. He said to try Bulldog Towing. I called and the lady who answered the phone was a nice as could be. She was empathetic and understood the urgency of getting the car off the road. She had a driver there in 20 mins, kept me updated on his status while waiting, and had the receipt to me 5 minutes after paying. Isaac the driver was polite, friendly, clean cut and very good at what his job. He had the car on the flatbed and hooked up within 10 minutes and safely delivered it to the shop. Under the circumstances, they turned a really bad situation into a positive experience. I highly recommend Bulldog Towing and will keep their card in my wallet should I ever need a tow again. After being involved in an auto accident, they were hired by the police to remove the vehicle. When we went to inspect the vehicle the next day, she was swearing at us and threatening to sue us if we removed anything from the vehicle. We went for personal property and was unsure of the rules. However, a simple explanation would have been enough. I wouldn’t recommend them after an accident to tow your vehicle.

Rhonda was wonderful! She actually referred me to a place to get a better deal on tires after my tires were slashed this past weekend. And, the driver, I knew from a previous position he held a another company, I forget his name, but he was awesome as usual. Had an accident thankfully no one was injured, and Will was the tow truck driver. Double checked to be sure I didnt forget little things in my car like garage door opener and asked if I had any questions and gave me a card. Through my experience on calling them, Rhonda was such a southern sweetheart. Very kind and was knowledgeable about the process of releasing my car. I would highly recommend them!

I had to get my car towed from one service shop to another(it was a long day) and the previous towing service wasnt quite what I was hoping for. Once Bulldog got involved, I got my car where it needed to go, when it needed to get there, and the driver was cordial, but friendly. He gave me my price(a damn good one), I payed, and we parted ways.I would highly recommend this company to anyone prone to headaches or who are simply interested in a quick and painless tow.

I would highly recommend Bulldog towing for your towing needs. Trish was a wonderful dispatcher and manager. She even helped orchestrate a lift from a laundromat to my home as i did not have a working vehicle and was on foot in R Rock. Issac was a great driver and was very helpful with some extra requests i had regarding parking of my vehicle; etc at my mechanics. Bulldogs pricing was reasonable for the distance ; and less expensive than 2 other competitors. In short; theyre great. Dont call anybody else.

I was stuck at Heb from 4:30pm until 9:00 oclock at night after fast Austin Lock Smith company lied about coming and never showed up. I called. Bulldog and God sent Issac The tow truck driver and the dispatch lady . They showed up in lay than 15 minutes. Issac even called a friend who owns a locksmith company and got me a key made on the spot his friend didnt even charge me a service fee. DONR call anyone else but Bulldog towing

I never thought that I could have such a great experience with a tow company. Yesterday, on the way home with my 4 year old daughter my tire went completely flat when I was on the toll road going 80, luckily my low tire pressure indicator went off and I was able to pull off on the shoulder safely prior to the pressure going to 0. Here I am on the side of the toll with cars flying by me at 80+ miles an hour, which shakes the car with each passing vehicle, my daughter is scared and I am at a loss.I start calling towing companies because I know there is NO way the tire can be repaired and I am going to need new one, I can change a tire but there was no way I was going to change it, on the tiny shoulder of the toll. My mom is on the way to at least pick up my daughter and I so we can get out of the car until the tow truck can come in the meantime. The first company I call says it will be at least 2 hours. The second company was Bulldog and I talked to Trish and they said it would be an hour but knowing the situation I was in gave me two different companies to call because of the situation I was in. I called both as well as my insurance company and Bulldog was still going to be the fastest and although it would of been cheaper, not by too much, to go through my insurance I decided call Bulldog back. I called back and Trish was so helpful and great at communicating, she asked if we were okay and hoped we still werent with the vehicle because of where it was. I explained my mom came to get us and we were at a restaurant but only about 10 minutes away, she said to go ahead and enjoy our dinner and she would call when the driver was about 10 minutes out, about 30 minutes later she called and said the driver was on his way to and head over, so on we went.We pull up to the car and again traffic is so crazy there and cars are going so fast but I talked to the driver Kyle, who was just as sweet and polite as ever. They were going to tow to Discount Tire for me so that I could have it fixed first thing in the morning, I talked to Kyle briefly and asked if we needed to follow him or what we needed to do. He said, if we were good with leaving him with the vehicle he thought it would be good for us to head to Discount Tire so we wouldnt have to wait on the shoulder with him, so we went to Discount Tire, he pulled up 15 minutes later put my vehicle in a parking spot, and asked if we were okay. I was able to drop my keys in the slot and head home after what ended up being a really long day.I have to say it is never fun needing a tow, which everyone knows but I cannot recommend Bulldog enough, Trish and Kyle. What could of been a really stressful and horrible situation, Trish and Kyle made so much better, from the first call to the drop-off I felt completely taken care of and at ease! Also, the fact that Trish at first gave me two other names to call to see if someone could pick me up quicker because of my situation speaks volumes!

I have a very pleasant experience with Bulldog Towing. I needed someone to come out and help me with what I thought was a dead battery. The driver arrive in about 30 minutes and help me determine that the problem was something different. He was able to tow my vehicle to my preferred mechanic shop for a reasonable cost. I called Bulldog on a rainy Sunday morning to get our vehicle towed. I initially just wanted a quote because I was going to call around, but after I spoke with Trish I decided that I didnt need to shop around. My experience was great. I didnt have to wait long, it was cheaper than other services Ive used. The guy who came was knowledgeable about towing vehicles, personable, and was able to get the disabled truck up my crowded driveway so I could work on it myself. Much better than the last service I used.

Excellent quick service - I locked my keys in the car while running on a Monday morning. I called and within 20 minutes, Kyle Kieman showed up to let me in my car. Took just a couple of minutes and I was on my way to work again. I really appreciated the fast response and the nice lady who helped me find Kyle on his route in the front office rocked! She did not have anyone initially but she CALLED ME BACK when she found Kyle. Highly recommend!

I was involved in a fender bender a week and a half ago. Bulldog towing showed up so fast I could hardly believe it. Thats saying a lot since the accident was on the service road of I-35 at 545 in the evening! We still werent done with our statements and being checked out by EMS. Gilbert and especially Calvin, who was in charge of my prius, were very nice and helpful. This was great especially when youre shaken up and not thinking straight! They were called by the police and not by me personally but if I ever need a tow and have to call myself I will certainly reach out to them!

The Operator (female), was very rude. when a person is stuck in a bind and looking for assistance from a TOW COMPANY. the last thing they need is someone who doesnt seem to like her job, belittle them and tell them whay she will and wont do in regards to me having to hang up and call back due to me having to communicate with my wife to make sure the price of tow was sufficient enough for our pockets at this moment.. I gave it 1 star because the person(s) who would have helped me probably would have done a great job. However....upon moving to Texas, which everyone has been super friendly and helpful. With the exception of the lady taking the phone calls. She was very rude and rushed the call. Everyone has a bad day, which is understandable. But her being rude over the phone led to me taking my business elsewhere. Lowest rating and only bad rating I have ever given.
