If it is short distance you need, like 5 miles, dont bother calling them. They are more interested in money amount over doing their job. So much for customer service. Just call a uber. Or lyft. These Taxi services are going to continue to lose honest business due to their own greed.

My daughter recently called a taxi to help out a friend. When the taxi arrived and before they went anywhere she asked the driver how much it would be. She was told it would be around $70. Knowing this was too much for herself or her friend she told the driver she could not afford that and said thanks but I need to cancel. She then got out of the car and the driver insisted that she pay $20 or he would call the cops. Well sure enough he did. I paid the guy just to get him to leave. The smoke smell coming out of the window was nauseating. He tried to say that it is because she sat in his car then cancelled. I feel like this is like taking a shirt to the register and asking about the price, oh, its $70 but since you carried it up here I have to charge you $20. He did not provide a service, she never went anywhere. This place is a RIP-OFF, not to mention how disgusting the car/guy smelled.

Last night I called for a cab just as I was about to get off, I got a phone call and couldnt leave until my phone call was done, when I exited my job, the driver who I didnt recognize almost pounced on me wanting to know what I had been doing, I said excuse me I cant just leave, I have to complete my phone call or I could end up loosing my job, I got into the cab and he told me an extra 25.00 for the wait, I said some unchoice words and told him to let me out of the cab. Then he tried to tell me I owed him 10.00 because I got into the cab. Any way I told him they must be crazy because I live 2 miles it always comes to 5.00 but I have to pay the 10.00 minimum. I dont recall ever telling them they owed me a credit because I had to wait an extra 30 min when they told me someone would be there in 20. I never told anyone to wait until I came out- I will never use this cab service again - Suzanne H

The dispatcher is an absolute piece of trash. Do not ever use this company. I told the dispatcher that I will not wait outside in 30 degree weather and he responded I dont care if you wait inside or outside, the cab will be by shortly after I was simply asking for an estimate of time of arrival. Please do yourself a favor and never use this pathetic company. The car also smelt terrible.

Horrible. Over charges. Rude. Calls cops without notice. Stalkers. They dont know what they are doing. I went 5 miles and the driver called the boss for an estimate and the boss goes mmmm say about $25. Thats not professional at all I want to sue. Not for the money but to get this company shut down!!

The service was excellent the driver was very kind and had much patience this place is great and affordable and car was clean and did not smell I dont understand why u guys are mad good job ace

Horrible taxi service. I called the dispatch trey Saturday around 1140pm told him I would bee going to a address for a couple hours and needed a ride back at around 2/3... I knew they would be busy around 2 due to bars going so I called again around 1 and said I needed to be picked up. I never received a call. The cab never came and trey would not answer the phone... Close this p.o.s taxi service down

Please DONT USE THEIR SERVICES. We were outside of Target and had locked our keys inside our car. As soon as the owner got there, he said he was disabled and was going to need some help unlocking. He presented himself as the owner of Ace Taxi. About 25 minutes later my husband asks him if there is anyone else he could get to help him. He replied with an attitude saying we called him so it was either wait or call someone else. We decided to be patient. A gentleman parks in front of us and asks if we needed help. My husband said yes. The owner got mad and said we still needed to pay him for his time. So we agreed but he insisted he wanted to be the one to open the door. As the other gentleman walked over to open our car the owner of Ace Taxi decides to curse and yell slurs at him and walk over to him as he wanted to physically fight. The owner decides to SPIT at the other guys face! Thats when I got a cop involved and apparently hes known for confrontations. Do yourself a favor and avoid a scene.

I had to call Ace after the car my son and I were in broke down. The driver stopped to get gas, said he turned off the meter, but only turned it off while he was actually pumping gas.It took the driver the same amount of time to get me back to my parents house, 16 miles away, as it did for the tow truck driver to drop off my moms car at the repair station, and driver her home. Additionally, at $3.75 per mile, the tow truck cost $110, my cab $80.Huge rip off, should have taken Uber.

This cab company needs to be shut down. They charged me $15 to drive .25 miles to pick up a friend and return downtown Round Rock.

Was a big mistake! Over priced and I felt like I was driving in my grandpas car! Driver was not friendly and tried to take a longer route until i asked him to take the Google map rout!!!!

One of these a holes nearly ran me off the road so i called the number on the back to report them. He laughed and told me his drivers dont know how to drive he said so what he didnt care and to call a cop . He was insulting and rude and yelled at me that i could call trump for all he cares. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !
