After over two hours waiting at a Dr.s office, and after multiple phone calls with assurances of any minute now, they never did show up. Another patient gave me a ride home. The pickup location was at a well-know eye clinic in Round Rock, close to I-35, and they assured me multiple times that my ride was on the way.

Customer service was terrible. The person on phone was rude and wasnt taking the address I was giving her and wouldnt let me explain. She kept trying explain about address but I was informing her that that address on google maps might be incorrect but just kept trying to say that it doesnt exist. I ended up giving her another address next to the location and she was trying to argue with me and i was telling her I just NEED a taxi, no explanation and Im not trying to argue and she kept going. She then said you want a ride? and just kept being rude. I said I dont need a attitude and like I said Im not trying to argue. She then asked for persons name and i said you can go to the address you pulled up and if you go to wrong location its not my fault she said ok sarcastically and we disconnected the call. I will never get a taxi from them again

Taxi 349... Tracey is the best driver. Had a great trip to and from Austin. So much fun but over so quickly. Tracey has excellent customer service and so funny. She make you feel relaxed, even when traffic is backed up and your moving at a crawl, you still enjoy the ride. Definitely the best taxi ride. Thank you, Tracey.

Overall horrible experience. The driver seemed depressed. He was offended at everything I said. I was trying to be lighthearted, because he seemed so low in mood (negative comments and no conversation), I was just trying to make - lighthearted conversation. He gave me his personal cell phone number, without an explanation. I assumed that was so I could use him exclusively for rides. However, everytime I called him over the last two days, he was sleeping. Who sleeps on the job like that? He was bringing me down - and I spent $20 just yesterday... Made no difference. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Originally, I thought $10 flat rate for the first 5 miles was good, but, a higher rate and a positive driver who knows where he is going would be better, and his car smelled like alcohol. Maybe thats why hes so tired?????

I booked at 6:50pm they told me it will arrive with in 15-20 minutes. It was 7:40 and no one has shown up yet and I am beyond aggravated. . I called them and they told me 10 min and still no one came. When i called back the girl that answer was rude and unprofessional she said well the taxi is there are you outside? I told her I been outside and there is no taxi here. She said well I will go ahead and cancel that one and send a different one that will take another 15-20 min. I had already waited almost 1 hour, the manager got on the phone and he’s as bad as the employee.. This is the 4th time this happens.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. Thanks for wasting my time!!

One star and Im being nice for one reason. The drivers have been very nice. The rest of it, negative five-stars. Out of business in six months.I have waited over two hours four times in three months. Two other times they just never showed up. When i called back, they acted as if I was beginning??? SEVERELY overpriced. LYFT(which I have now) is 50% less and picks up in 10 minutes. 1010 has nice drivers. Thats it though. Somehow affiliated with Yellow Cab, even more expensive..Overall service- I cant rate it low enough. I am handicap. I need help as I cant always drive. I have waited HOURS waiting, called, 15 minutes every time. Only to be taken home by a patron, friend, waitress, polite police officer, or once the owner of the establishment. Embarrassing.NEVER, EVER, again.

Called yesterday to schedule a taxi for the next day for my in-laws to catch a flight in the morning. Confirmed and had the dispatcher to repeat the time and the callback number. Dispatcher promised the pickup time.Next day, I woke up in the morning and still saw my in-laws waiting. Was told there wasnt any available taxi. I made a quick decision to fit all five of them into my car and drive them to the airport in 30 minutes.1010 Taxi need to ensure all taxi drivers are available for their customers and stop saying to wait 10 to 15 minutes knowing they wont arrive. Think about the customers. We have destinations to get to.

I take them from Taylor to Austin when I take trips on Greyhound. They have always been absolutely great. BE SURE TO PLAN AHEAD IF POSSIBLE if you are requesting a pickup outside of Austin proper. You need to request the ride a couple hours BEFORE your destinations required time. For example if your plane/train/bus/ect is leaving at 2:30 you need to request to be picked up two hours before that so the unexpected can have room to operate but not screw up your plans. I have scheduled requests up to two days in advance and also on the very same day and both times they were not on time BUT did show up within +/- 45 minutes of the originally requested time. While inside the city of Austin they are immediately there basically. The drivers have always been top notch, easy to talk to and had a relaxed attitude. Loved my service.

Book a pick up service to the airport and first and automated answer confirm the pick up, the second call I made was because the taxi was late and the lady told me they were trying to find a driver and to give him 10 min. Third and last call they still trying to find a driver. Unacceptable service. It was my first and last time I ask a service from them.

Zero stars for these guys. Used to be great but not anymore.Im not sure whats happened over the last month or so but service has become atrocious.Ive been waiting for a taxi now for an hour. Called back twice and i could tell the poor lady was getting tons of calls. Apparently their system is down. I cant even call them back now.This is not the only time stuff like this has happened though recently. Well, I better get on the road.

I used to use 10/10 all the time. Would schedule and recommend to my guest for quick friendly service. But now every time I try to schedule a pick up I get the z-trip recording. No matter how long I hold and no matter how many times I call and can never speak with anyone to schedule rides for my guest. So Ive been forced to use a different company.. 10 dollar start fee;we moved about 50 feet. still the price was exceptionally inexpensive ;I did have a small problem with the dispatch of two taxis different times. good socially; better than other taxis . If needed again, I would call 10/10 Taxi service !!!!!!

If I could rate no stars I would. I needed a ride from Hutto to the Austin Airport and requested a pick up at 7:30am. Called 1010 and scheduled the trip a week in advance. Called the day before my trip to confirm time and date and got confirmation. The day of my trip 7:45 no show, called and was told they were 5 minutes from me. 7:55 called back again told they were 5 minutes from me. Had to leave as my flight was at 8:50 am. Luckily Im A list and got through security in time to be the last person on the plane. Would not recommend. No call to apologize or offer a discount on a future ride....nothing.

I recently needed to call a taxi, to take my sister to the airport and I called 10/10. I have used 10/10 in the past, for short trips around Round Rock and the North Austin area. I have been reasonably satisfied with the 10/10 service.I made a decision to use a taxi rather than Uber, after reading an article discussing taxi drivers versus Uber drivers. I felt I wanted to support taxi drivers, whose living depends on fares (many of them invested large sums of money to purchase their medallions), whereas I assume most Uber drivers, are just supplementing their income. Although I am sure there are some Uber drivers who are supplementing an insufficient primary income. For me, I needed to pick a side, so I choose taxi drivers over Uber drivers.This review is about the 10/10 taxi driver who horrendously overcharged my sister, taking her to the airport, from Round Rock. He took advantage of her because she told him she did not know the best route to the airport. She was visiting the city. She told me he use side and what appeared to be back streets to get her there.I called 10/10 and complained. Someone took my complaint and said it would be given to the dispatcher. I waited for a few days, before writing this review. Hoping someone would call me and apologize, at the very least. No call came. 10/10 has gotten its last fare from me. My plan is to try Austin Express service, any service except but 10/10.Unfortunately, I am unable to give one star. I would not recommend 10/10.

Only 4 stars just because of the dispatch department! They mess up the pick time by 2 hours, and when I called back the CSR was rude. 10/10 really need to put a local dispatch offices in TX with people that have a good knowledge of the areas to coordinate. The drivers are awesome! Sam and Robbin are awesome and fun to have a ride with them. I will come back just for the great service the driver provide and the flat rate! Very honest drivers! :D

Called yesterday and was told the fee to go to the airport was $100. I asked why so much if I live 29 miles from the airport and the first 5 miles are $10 with the remaining 24 miles being $48 plus the 130 tolls. I knew there was no way it was that much. After speaking to his supervisor he stated that is would be a $49 flat fee so I said great lets book it. He assured me all was good and someone would be here at 4am the next day. My husband wakes up and at 4am waits for the call that the taxi was here to take him so we didnt have to wake our kids. At 4:05am no call so I call the office and they proceed to tell me that THEY ARE TRYING TO FIND SOMEONE TO SEND and proceeds to put me through to dispatch very quickly. Dispatch picks up 10 minutes later to notify me that they DO NOT GUARANTEE SERVICE WHEN YOU WANT IT. What type of BS taxi service is this!? I call you for a pickup and you cannot guarantee someone will be there when I need to be picked up. Stay away from this company if you need to get somewhere by a certain time because they will get you WHEN and IF they feel like it.

Be careful! Horrible service! I would given them less than one star if google allows it. Here is what happened to me on 6/23/2018:I had a flight at 4pm and I called this company for taxi for 6 persons with luggage. Their dispatcher said they will send a VAN, but they send a small hatchback type of car that is designed to accommodate 3 people, and space for a one big bag. I called back and talked to a supervisor (Jesus, if I am not mistaken), he said that he will fix the situation but he LIED. The driver said he is calling another car to fix the situation, I thought this company is going to send another Taxi instead the driver brought his friend with a yellow cab (another lousy business).I ended up paying $180 for the two Taxis for a trip from round rock to the airport, a total rip off! I was in a hurry and had to say yes.Don’t hire 10/10 they will rip you off and you will never arrive on time. This company doesn’t have any decency and doesn’t respect you; the customer.

Worst Cab Experience EVER!!! I prebooked my ride at 4:00a to ARRIVE at 4:40a in order to catch a bus to get to work by 6:44a and prevent a write up since I work in public transportation and needed to be at work on time. I was guaranteed that someone would be here and waiting at that time. Well, At 4:45 I called due to no one being in sight and was then informed that no one was available and to wait 10 more minutes, which I did. 10 more minutes passed by and still no cab! Called again to be told that someone was on their way and if they dont arrive in 10 minutes to call back. This time I gave them 15 minutes before I called yet STILL no cab! This time I called back I was again informed that no cab was available and they THEN decided to transfer me to Yellow Cab Taxi Service who promised to send someone to me within 5 minutes. Waited 5 MORE minutes and got a call from a driver that he would be here in 5 minutes. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! They do not care if they waste your time at all.P.S.I was late to work and got a write up so thank you 10/10!!!With practices like these hopefully they will not be in business much longer.

Had a blow out around 11pm. Parked car in a nearby walmart parking lot called for a ride at 11:10. (Didnt have tool for one of the lig nuts to put spare on) Told no problems someone will be on the way...11:45 I get a call asking if I still need a ride (umm duh?) Told no 1010 available ok if they send yellowcab instead? Im like yeah whatever I just want to go home. Tells me 15-20 more minutes. Its now been 2 hrs since i called and Im home now thanks to Uber. They wonder why regular cab companies are going out of business. 1010 is TRASH

If I could go to India and slap the person on the phone I would. I gave Jennifer onviously her telemarketing name the benefit of the doubt and made an appointment for 9:30. I get a confirmation call from some coward with screeming kids screaning m call for distance....like how far am I going? 3 minutes till picking me up. He said he woukd be right there. He doesnt answer his personal number because hes a coward. The yellow cab people also called to confirm but their number is not reachable. So I call the main number to India again and explain, on hold for like 10 minutes and guess what Jennifer gets back on the phone asking how she could help me. What a joke and I am actually late for work. Im staying facks......I had to call a 512 number business to get real American service! 1010 is a joke! ZERO STARS TO INDIA!

Called after 30 mins, said first driver just never went or something, second driver would be there in ten minutes...thirty minutes ago. Now Im late for work. Better yet, they alternated between saying they were 10/10 taxi and yellow cab on the phone, and so did all of the other local taxi services. Guess all the numbers route to the same company. Bloody ridiculous.

They told me theyd have to get me a yellow cab and the rate would be about the same....it wasnt. The yellow cab driver drove me about 4 miles and it cost about $15 after the yellow cab driver said he had to uprate me and passed a button on his fare meter computer a few times. Then he took the pay meter and MADE me tip him! Im not worried about the money, but the way I was treated was ridiculous. Called 10/10 to let them know about my experience and they just didnt care and said if I wanted to make a complaint they would put me through to yellow cab management. If I wanted a yellow cab, I wouldve called yellow cab from the get go! Abysmal service and completely lacking in respect! Done with this company and I hope they go under.

******THIS REVIEW IS BEING GIVEN FROM A FIRST HAND, PREVIOUS DRIVER PERSPECTIVE, THEREFORE, YOU WILL NOT FIND A MORE CREDIBLE , ACCURATE, AND UNBIASED REVIEW THAN THIS********If I were limited to one word of advice for riders and/or drivers/prospective drivers, itd be simple......RUN!!!!!I drove for this sham of a company for a couple of months and here are the facts:1)In an attempt to dodge having to pay taxes, unemployment, work comp, and insurance on the drivers, the owners instead claim each driver as a 1099 independent contractor. However, they force drivers to work specific times, areas, attend mandatory classes and meetings, and force drivers to cash out at specific days and times and make it mandatory no matter the drivers availability. They penalize drivers if they do not accept certain call offers and threaten to take their cab as a way of controlling drivers etc. By doing these things, drivers should be considered employees and therefore, taxes and insurance paid by the owners on each. This does not happen .2) The lease fees for drivers hovers around $550/week however management forces drivers to pay all insurance deductibles ($1000/driver), all toll charges, passes credit card surcharges down to driver (again, in violation of Visa/MC/AMEX Terms and conditions), and they force drivers to use only their merchant account to process cards and forbids drivers from using square, etc. When drivers cash out, they make u show them your cc receipts and if u dont realize ur missing one or two, they will nit tell you and will pocket the money u processed with their merchant account and still charge you vs deducting it from your lease. Downright thiefs.3)On any given day you may walk into the office and walk in on the managers and the two female office girls getting stupid drunk , bottles of liquor on their desks, etc and sadly, despite being married, a few are blatantly promiscuous without a care in the world.4)I have personally witnessed drivers getting high, smoking weed etc IN THEIR CABS WITH PASSENGERS while on duty. There is no drug testing at this place for the drivers.5) Most drivers are never background checked and if they decide they do not want to be, the drivers are simply told not to pick up passengers in Travis county but they still do in addition to working uninterrupted still in williamson county.There is more but ill leave it at that....simply put, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Drivers and Passengers, be smart and dont put yourself at risk or waste your time and money on such a poorly managed, unprofessional, unethical, and downright dangerous company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Tons of problems. If you have somewhere to be on time I would not call 10/10 taxi.They sent a taxi to get me downtown only I wasnt downtown. I gave them a Round Rock address and they showed up late. They had just dropped me off not but an hour before. They were also 15 minutes late to pick me up. This company really needs to re-think the process or hire new employees to manage it.

The worst experience ever! I was supposed to be at work yesterday at 4pm. I made the first call at 3pm knowing I will have plenty of time to go eat before working. 20 minutes after no response so I called them back n they told me someone will be here in 10 minutes. 3:30pm I called them back . They told me in another 10 minutes. I told them I hav to leave the house by 3:45 to make it at 4 since my job is 10 minutes away. 3:45 I call back and they still dont hav a taxi for me. The dispatcher then tells me it will be 20 minutes . It was 3:45pm!! She therefore proceeds to tell me I had not made any prior calls as from 3pm. At this point am furious. I had to get a friend drop me. WORST TAXI COMPANY EVER. On top of that this is the 2nd time this has happened. There has to be more urgency not everyone is going to the mall or to see a friend. Who is the QUALITY PERSON on this calls. This should not be happening.

1010 is never on time I often have to use the service early in the MORNING to get to work,I call dispatch at 6am and get a call back at 645am telling me a cab will be to me in the next 25 minutes when I have to be at work at 7am....
