Huda helped me take care of tax prep for my mom’s estate. She was very helpful and it was very easy to make an appointment. I didn’t have to wait and Huda was quick but thorough.

I have had my taxes done here by Luis C. for the past 3 years, I sent my info in on March 15th and sent numerous emails asking for an update. The website always read being worked on. I had not heard anything by 5/13, called the office and could never get a person on the phone, leaving a VM each time. Finally made an appointment for a computer meeting, which was confirmed. I signed in at the correct time and was never joined by Luis in the meeting.I gave up and scrambled for find someone else to help with my filing. Horrible service, no communication. Never go here!

I went in my material and everything was ready to go, sans ID, and so it was a quick and painless visit.

It was horrible. The representative was not aware of the reschedule informed I come back in 30 mins, which I did and informed 60 dollars per tax form, then changed the price. At that point i knew he wasnt trying to assist and decided to go a different route.

My tax preparer was awesome. He was very knowledgeable. I will be coming back to him next year.

I have used H&R Block for more than 12 years both at Market at Round Rock location and a location in North Carolina. I have worked with different people when I go into the locations sometimes I am luck and will get the same person from the year before. I have always been happy with what they do for me. There was even a time when I needed to have extra work done because my ex husband did not follow what was in our divorce papers and my refund was declined. The ladies at the office went the distance in getting all the information in to get my refund to me. Yes it can be a little bit pricey but I do not care, they have always gone to bat for me.
