This has to be the worst experience ever. There was no ownership for late 940 and 941 fillings, many were filled day late causing a $1,100 fine from the IRS, but it was my fault due to their issues, I have the filling dates from the IRS for the entire year. They ran payroll without asking, paid employees that were no longer with the company and said it was my fault. I never received a P&L for 2020, I dont have electronic copies of my data after requesting it. The staff is nice but the overall experience is not good. I paid for a whole year of service but was left to have to figure out my entire 2020 books on my own for tax purposes since I didnt let them file my taxes. I received 1 quarterly review and was never offered another one, not even by Zoom or con-call. They didnt care. I gave one star because there isnt a Zero Star option.. Just dont do it.

My husband and I are career professional that require more attention to get our tax filing as accurate as possible to get the best refund that we deserve. After sending the my personal info including my social, they didn’t acknowledge receipt of my info, they didn’t call me at the scheduled appointment time, they didn’t e-file my taxes. After multiple follow ups, and three days, they finally filed my taxes. Their excuse is how backlogged they are. Obviously they have more than they can handle.Victor, being the owner, should have more professionalism that raising his voice and speaking over his customer. How about apologizing for the delay on your end instead of making excuses.What a joke!

I called to make an appointment but was told I didnt need one by Chelly Salazar. So I shut my business down for a half a day to go get my taxes done, but was told nobody can help me and that I should make an appointment. Wow, dont know if you can trust this business to do something as important as taxes.

The overall experience was not good, our tax filling was handled by a trainee person and she did not file it right. Though someone senior came and checked the filing it was still miscalculated and we ended up overpaying the IRS. When asked for support on why this mistake happened no response from Exacta and also would have never expected that in addition to paying a service fee/filling tax with a professional service that it will be filled wrong! Will never go back!!
