Over the past five years, every single service but one has been performed by the same employee: RICK. I actually look forward to seeing Rick -- he is easygoing, punctual, thorough, respectful, clean, and just as nice as he can be. EVERY SINGLE TIME. A technician came out for a thorough inspection. The owner came out soon after. After he completed his inspection he said I cant take your money. You dont have bedbugs. What a relief. We were having problems with noises in our attic and then one day I popped my head up the attic opening and saw a huge raccoon which ran to the other side of the attic. We then started hearing noises in our attic. I set my own trap and tried to catch it but no dice. So we called several Pest Control and Rodent Removal companies. Moved from California to Texas and these Scorpions ain’t it! . In my kitchen, in my bedroom everywhere! All in a few days span I killed the first, second and third and when the fourth saw me and ran way .. I ran too! So out of the house I was from 8 in the morning till 3pm. I was having a major fire ant issue in the backyard. We have a filled-in pool and they seemed to love it! We have a playscape on top of the filled-in pool and the fire ants were everywhere. I had finally reached my limit when I was out pushing my daughter on the swing and the fire ants began attacking my legs. I called DM Pest Control on the recommendation of a friend. I called them Thursday and Jefry came out to give a quote the very next day and confirmed that it was termites. My property management company hired DM Pest Control to get rid of our roof rat problem. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Mike is the most unprofessional person Ive ever encountered. He was nearly 3 hours late to our 1st appointment, with no courtesy call/text. He never showed up for our second appointment when he was supposed to check the rat traps. Once again no call or text. Finally he just showed up at my door at 6pm unannounced to check the traps. He didnt even tell me the outcome, he left without telling me anything. He does not know how to run a business and he obviously doesnt care about his customers.

I had a problem that no one could solve that lasted for 6 months. Three different companies worked at my house without success. Jefry called and said he could do it. I told him that no one could do it, it was a mystery. He asked me to let him try and told me not to pay him until it was taken care of. After two treatments, no bugs. I think he is a miracle worker. I called a pest control company here in Temple, and they were very nice, sending me a checklist of everything we needed to do to prepare for pesticide treatment the following Monday. It was an exhaustive prep. Basically like moving your house. EVERYTHING out of all of the bookshelves and dressers and closets throughout the house.So we started the process in our two story house. Two days at the laundromat, washing even things we hadnt seen in years, from the back of our dressers. 36 bags of clean laundry and linens filled the garage. We were exhausted, but we hadnt even started on the bookshelves. I decided to call another company and just see if we really needed to go that far. I reached Jefry at DM. After telling him we had only seen ONE bug, he said we didnt need the heat treatment I was considering, and he would come inspect the house on Saturday to determine what else we needed to do. So we wouldnt waste any time over the weekend. Yay!After inspection, he assured us we didnt need to clear the bookshelves. Just wash the bedclothes and linens. Done! We did throw out the mattress where the bug was spotted, just because.Jefry returned Tuesday to spray, and gave us a one year guarantee!
