We received a quote quickly, and once agreed received same-day service. Nate arrived and talked us through the issues we had at hand and how they would be addressed. Eric, Deb and Jess have been providing outstanding cleaning and disinfecting services for our workplace for nearly a year. The office trash is emptied, floors are cleaned, and bathrooms and kitchen are spotless. Theyve adapted with the pandemic and keep our workplace clean and safe. I partnered with Titan Professional Services 2 years ago for pest control maintenance at my home. Their customer service is fantastic, friendly, and responsive. For example, recently we discovered a squirrel had been getting into our ceiling and walls, but we couldnt find the entry point. One call to Titan, and Alex located the entry point (under a roof vent) and sealed it within 24 hours. Their team (Andi, Alex, Eric one everyone else) always go above and beyond. Ive been using Titan Cleaning Solutions for more than just a few months now and have been waiting to review. Im pleased to report that each cleaning service that they do at my property has always met my expectations or has exceeded them. They not only clean my vacant units but also clean my office, laundry rooms (3), and my gym. The place is left sparkling clean after! Titan is very responsive and will keep me posted about times, or if there is a need to reschedule. I have not been left in the lurch. All the cleaning ladies have been really pleasant and were always courteous in their cleaning. They treat you like family and it is always a joy when I get to see them! Best bug guy ever! Eric has sprayed my house for well over a year now and I havent seen any creepy crawlers, mice, rats, nothing. Other bug guys talk tough but Eric is the real deal. Great value for this quality of service.
