Rooms was nice and clean and check-in was easy. You will notice some parking lot noise from the patrons of the restaurants nearby but it wasn’t a problem unless you are an extremely light sleeper. There are a number of places for dining within walking distance of the hotel and Outlet Mall shopping nearby.

Extremely modern Courtyard. 1st rate for decor and facilities. Place was fully booked mid-week stay (june 2021). Had a suite which was huge. But ground floor facing pool was not ideal, but didnt change room due to fully booked. Would stay again. Very good amenities and close to a ton of eateries

Upon entering the building we were politely and quickly greeted. We had just cancelled reservations at another hotel nearby due to dissatisfaction of our room. These representatives were on top of their jobs. We were treated with kindness and care. We did not have to go in detail about what had previously happened and they quickly got us in our room. They accept military discounts, which was great. We had issue with the air conditioner the first night and it was quickly handled and the GM also, spoke with my husband and apologized and was gracious. The rates are affordable, very clean rooms, very nice area, with various types of food in area. The staff was great to include desk, refreshment/bar area, maintenance, and housekeeping. The laundry room was out of order, but there was a laundry mat nearby within 7 minutes. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was out, but the 2nd floor ice machine was fine. Due to COVID no breakfast or on the go was available. I gave a 5 star rating because the people were very helpful anytime we needed anything, and were very kind. We were advised upon arrival that housekeeping was upon request due to them being shorthanded and we greatly appreciated this information.

First of all I am a LIFETIME TITANIUM Marriott Member. I have stayed in a Marriott 1733 nights in 10 years (about 4.5 years of my life). I checked into this hotel for a week. On Thursday (Yesterday) I send a message via the Marriott app informing the front desk that I will need to extend my stay. This was at 10:30am. Today (friday) while working I receive a message and receipt checking me out of my room.I called and spoke to Lucas the GENERAL MANAGER explaining my situation. His feedback WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING at my information is Sorry were overbooked so I cant extend you. I explain I am a Titanium Member and ask him to at least check and see if anything can be done, NO sorry. I offer that I had requested the extension a day ago (not today) and that their failure to respond to that request was not my fault. Well we should have gotten back to you on that. Sorry, we cant do anything. REALLY? Thats it? I have stayed in this property every time I come to Round Rock for work, NEVER AGAIN. After this and the other situation at another property recently I am HIGHLY considering moving to a different Brand. This is NOT what Marriott used to be. I guess ill find a last minute place to stay now.

The internet goes out every 3-5 minutes. Room is great, location is great but if youre going to be completely wireless then you need to be up to speed. My $65 stay at comfort had better internet

The staff there is amazing. However their AC units need some serious work. Went through three rooms to find one where the AC units where actually working and not leaking water all over the floor. The pool looked more like a pond. And they have the WORST WiFI I have ever experienced. Even by free standards its terrible. Was there for three weeks so a short stay might be fine, but any longer than that, Id stay elsewhere.

Great modern look and feel. A/C is easy to operate and works well. Showtime was included with the stay. I stayed alone with a queen, and the shower size was larger than normal 😃. TV is large (approx 55), wall-mounted, and swivels.Customer Service at Marriott is always spot on!

Tv is set to power save mode...its so dark you cant see anything..and was told its just the way it is..doesnt help im colorblind so watching TV Wich is all you do in hotels is a no go..the room is nice though

I had no television in my hotel room fir the whole 2 nights I stayed at this hotel and my room wasn’t clean and the phone didn’t work in my room as well. And then the lady at the front desk told me no one was coming to fix the television situation because the maintenance man was gone for the weekend. So when I went to the front the young lady that was there told I couldn’t get a refund and I would have to speak with corporate on the following Monday. I advised her I would need to speak with the general manager now she rolled her eyes at me and had a very bad attitude and wouldn’t call the general manager on the phone. Finally after myself getting upset which shouldn’t taken me to get upset she finally hit the general manager on the phone and she adjusted the room amount fir one night only. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL VERY RUDE AND Very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The staff was fantastic. The room was very clean and efficient. The shower was fantastic. They did have some outside construction going on, but once inside our room, you wouldnt have known that. If you are in Round Rock, Texas and need a hotel, check this one out.

The customer service is great here the biggest problem is the construction going on at the hotel 6:30 am on a Saturday right outside the window. I think they could have mitigated that.

There was ants in my room and there were bed bugs as well the place was just infested with them. Workers were nice breakfast wasn’t good at all they only put out 4 things I love being right next to the soccer fields and restaurants.

Due to Covid, no services..NONE! No restaurant...no lounge. No mini-fridge goodies! No drawers in the rooms! No hairdryers! ONE small soap....for shared use at both sink and shower! No room cleaning service...UGH! Never again, Marriott!!!

Front desk was nice and helpful but the suppose to be upgrades on the third floor was definitely not an upgrade. Stepping into the elevator the carpet was dirty and stepping into the third floor carpet was also dirty. The upgraded shower was not a good upgrade, the shower door would not stay closed ,the refrigerator didnt get cold and the air conditioner was not working properly . The light above the coffee maker just fell down and glass shattered. Was not pleased with this courtyard at all.

The beds were very comfortable. Limited space in bathroom area for toiletries and hair styling utensils. Staff was great. Very pleasant. Enjoyed most breakfast ordered from menu and availability of Starbucks. Saturday buffet was not good. Hotel is older, needs more updating.

Rooms are very clean and staff at the hotel was super friendly and outgoing. My only complaint is with the Starbucks/bistro inside, prices are really high and there is not enough staff to operate efficiently leading to long lines. There was only one person at the register making coffee and one chef making the food in the kitchen. When there is five people in line and someone orders a specialty coffee that takes a long time it stinks for someone who just wants a black coffee and to get on their way. If they had two people at the register/coffee bar area it would make it easier on the employees and better service for the customers. Finally, coffee is so cheap especially when purchased at wholesale prices it should be free for hotel guests.

Chose this hotel as it was close to our client and airport, and Courtyards are usually a great place to stay. This hotel didnt disappoint. Clean comfortable rooms, restaurants close, very friendly staff, from check in to check out. The morning Bistro staff, in particular, were fantastic. Stacys demeanor and smile made us feel at home, her and Rachel even made sure there was cold brew for us, Thank you. Looking forward to the next visit.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff. The room was perfect for the occasion. Close to the Sports Center where I was competing. The room was Clean and up to date decor. I definitely will stay here in the future.

Thank you Katelyn for making it right!! Our stay started out a little rocky, but she went above and beyond to make it right. We were in town for a tournament at the Round Rock Sports Complex. Great location for walking distance to the venue and tons of restaurants. We never had to move our vehicle the whole weekend.

Easily the worst Marriot Ive ever been to. Rooms smelled of mold. Mold was built up in the AC units. Ceiling was leaking. My room key stopped working on two occasions. Stay clear of this hotel.

Had a small problem with the Marriott app allowing me to book a room that was not available. The manager was off duty by the time I checked in so I figured I would handle the problem the following day. The manager was very apologetic and was VERY reasonable to rectify the problem. I really like the Courtyard Austin Round Rock, the staff was courteous and professional, my check in and out was fast and easy, room was very clean with confortable beds and pillows, location was excellent so close to the I35 but quiet as I couldn’t hear the traffic, overall I am very happy with the service and value I received. Ive traveled a ton over the the last 32 years and Ive stayed in some of the finest hotels in the world... As far as needs to price, my stay at Courtyard Round Rock was fantastic. When I walked in the lobby I was very impressed with the look and feel of the space. It was one of the cleanest and well lit designs, for a hotel at this price point, that Ive run across. The check-in experience was smooth and the little store with snacks and supplies was well thought out.The room was small, but the use of space was great. TVs were newer and channel line-up was acceptable. Bring your own pillow and it will feel like home.Having enough choices of food and beverage nearby gives you the option of having cocktails and a great meal without having to get back in the car!In closing, for the price you cant go wrong with this choice for a nice nights stay away from the comforts of home. High 5 to the staff and managers of this location. Value for the money is off the charts!!

I am giving a review for my friend Pam and her husband John. They had the best time at your location. They will be returning. Ryan was so wonderful, made sure anything they needed they got. Their towels were great and the shower was amazing. They cant wait to come back when its warm and check out the pool.

Fantastic staff. Great location with restaurants near by. Bistro has some great options and Starbucks, but thats to offset breakfast not being included with the room. Room was really nice; was recently remodeled. Strangely the tub/shower wasnt though, which seemed strange. Would definitely stay again.

All the amenities I expect in a hotel. The fridge was small but the room was spacious and I enjoyed the balcony.

This hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable; the staff was exceptionally pleasant. Free internet was kind of a mess, but I didnt ask for help. The single entrance to the parking lot can be very confusing, but I figured it out by my third attempt! If a complimentary breakfast is a deal breaker, you will need to go down the street.

The room was clean and decor seemed new and was tasteful and current- the carpet, wallpaper, light fixtures would easily be HGTV- caliber. The balcony was spacious and private. The sitting area was comfy and well-lit with a modern side table for convenience. The bed was inviting and comfortable. I was suffering from some back issues and found the bed very comfortable. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. See for yourself!

Our family’s stay at the Marriott Courtyard RoundRock was exemplary. The hotel is clean and updated and the personnel extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to bring our Emotional Support dogs who were well-tended and essential to this trip.

We stay at a lot of Marriott association hotels. This one needs to step up. There are two brand new hotels next door to you all. Update interiors and rooms. Upgrade your TV Chanel’s and internet. And goodness sakes get new mattress.

Rooms were ok, looked like recently updated. Breakfast was not great, was supposed to be served till 10am, we were there at 9. All the burners for the eggs, sausages were off so all of it was somewhere between warm and cold. No plates available, no bread, no cereals, no milk, no coffee, no orange juice. The hotel was almost sold out for that night, so there were plenty of other people who had the same issue with the breakfast. My bill for one night was $190, so I will not be back here. Plenty of other properties in the area.

I really hate to right negative reviews, but this hotel should not have Marriott on its name. The place needed to be cleaned in the hallways and the elevator. The whole place has a kind of funk smell as well as the room. The ceiling paint and texture in the room was peeling back and falling down. Just seems poorly maintained.

Truly a place where you can kick your shoes off! Walking around with no shoes, no worries none of the greasy yucky carpets of some hotels). Bed linens... pull up high and get comfy! CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!

Interaction with employees during check in and check out was disappointing. There was no line either time, yet it felt like the employees just wanted us out of the way so they could get back to whatever it was they were doing before we barged our way into the lobby and interrupted them. This place needs an update. Carpets are stained. It just looks bad now. Maybe management has changed and their expectations are lower than the previous management team. Whatever the case, we are not staying here again anytime soon. Give it a year -perhaps theyll have things back to 4 star level of service and cleanliness.

The Marriott Courtyard is a favorite place to stay. Not only is it spotlessly clean with updated furnishings, but the staff is friendly and helpful. We usually take time for the happy hour offerings while we stay there, and it seems we generally have a Starbucks in the morning as well. The staff has always been cheerful and seem to take pride in their work place.This location is right next to Jack Allens, a great restaurant with fresh choices, and a decent Dennys, if you want a hearty breakfast although I noticed food is now being offered at the motel as well. Shopping is nearby--certainly my idea of a great place.

Courtyard Austin Round Rock is a clean, modern, comfortable hotel. The staff was helpful, courteous, and efficient. Several wonderful restaurants are within walking distance, in the same area without having to cross any major streets.

Very nice hotel, almost seems brand new. Does not have free breakfast, but the quality of the food is good. My breakfast was around 8 dollars and it was pretty good. The service is very friendly and helpful. The location is also great! There are multiple restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Finally, the rooms are very modern and spacious.

I arrived here for a family funeral and was most impressed with the prompt check in by courteous staff. I felt very welcome. The dust free and fragrance free rooms were a relief to me. It had a fresh modern appearance and all the amenities I needed. Internet worked flawlessly, bed was soft yet supportive, night was quiet and undisturbed, outlets generous and lighting bright enough in all needed areas to read or see. I wIll definitely stay at this location again on my next trip.

My wife and I enjoyed an outstanding stay at the Round Rock Courtyard last weekend. The hotel is extremely conveniently located in the northern Austin area, near numerous excellent dining and shopping locales. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed with very stylish, modern and fucntional rooms and public spaces. The lobby area is spacious, large and conducive to interaction and relaxation. The property is very clean and well maintained. The overall value for the experience is excellent!

I highly recommend staying at the Courtyard Austin Round Rock. During my stay I found the place very clean and comfortable. The staff were all professional and exhibited top notch customer service. I also liked having a place to eat within the hotel which makes it very convenient. I just recommend that the restaurant remain open till 1100 am for breakfast on the weekends. Other than this, it is a great hotel which I expect from Marriott hotels.

We stay at the Round Rock Courtyard every time we come to Austin. My folks live in Sun City and it is located conveniently enough to visit them and make it to Austin proper in good time.The best part of each visit is the pleasant staff. Everyone is helpful and keeps a smile on my face.Rooms are comfy and clean. Good prices when a big event is not happening in the Austin area - i.e. Grand Prix.Would recommend to anyone that wants a clean, safe, friendly place to stay.

The Marriott Courtyard in Round Rock was comfortable and convenient for my business travel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff was extremely friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The service was great. We had made reservations online and when we got there, we were able to quickly get everything set and go to our room. Check-out was very quick and easy and the staff was very friendly.

Everything was perfect. It was an unexpected stay, but the staff took wonderful care of us. The room was beautiful & clean. The bathroom was very clean. The rooms were fully stocked.

There are pros and cons to this hotel:Pros:Great variety of restaurants nearby (within walking distance), as well as a CVS pharmacy.Great access to the highway.Friendly staff.Cons:Road noise if you face the highway, the hotel appears to be set back far enough to avoid this--but if you are facing the highway, you better have ear plugs.Breakfast is NOT included, you have to order and pay Starbucks pricing.The rooms are very dated and the bathroom had a dropped ceiling the.Overall, I would recommend reviewing another hotel, or if you do stay here, make 100% sure you are not facing the highway noise.

The room was very spacious, and the queen beds were very comfortable. The AC worked very well and temperature was easy to adjust. Also, the front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, check-in was easy. The only 2 things that bothered me was the overwhelming smell of fried food (smelled like a concession stand) in the lobby and the fact that housekeeping woke us up at 8:40, earlier than we wanted to wake up that day, it was a Saturday.

Great people great service.While I was there the construction crew next door that was building a new hotel hit the water main. I was with out water for about 4 or 5 hour, but the staff was so nice they even were socializing with people so it was a nice little party in the lobby. Overall I have no bad issue with this place.

This is one of the best upgraded hotels Ive been to yet. They are still under construction, but you cant really tell. The check in staff offered me a choice of floors, and put me in the most convenient room for me. The breakfast still lacks at all Marriott locations, but its decent enough to eat. More choices would be far better, and maybe some REAL eggs. The staff was helpful, rooms were very clean, although there was no bathtub...only a shower. The toilet and shower were in separate rooms so that was nice. The bed was very clean, but a little firm for my taste. There are much softer beds at other locations, but this one didnt give the feel of laying on a cloud..felt like a cheap mattress. There was ample parking, the lobby was very clean, there are smoking areas outside of the hotel, and the pool, workout room, etc were all well kept. I will definitely visit this site again.

Dirty surfaces all over room like it hadn’t been wiped down or vacuumed. Room smelled weird. Bed sheets didn’t fit bed well exposing stained mattresses. AC barely worked. Gym was nasty with no water or cleaning wipes. Allergies developed after the first night. Killed the biggest roach I’ve ever seen tonight and not sure I’ll be able to sleep. I’m glad I’m leaving tomorrow. Avoid this place. There are better options close I’m sure. Makes me embarrassed to be a rewards member for Marriott. Not sure why I even give it 2/5.

I have stayed for business at this location several times. I had made a reservation for a King size bed, and had payed the higher price for that room. However, once i entered the room, it was a double queen. I called the front desk and the young lady stated that the manager would call me back. I didnt get a call. On my way out to dinner that evening, i mentioned to the front desk that the manager did not call me. She stated that she would have the manager contact me. Again, even the next day, i didnt get a call. I wasnt angry about the room initially. Mistakes happen, especially if you are busy. However, for the manager (I think her name was Yvonne or Yvette) to disregard me completely and not even make an attempt to contact me was inexcusable. I didnt want anything for free; however, it would have been nice to get a refund for the difference in the room rates (as the double queen was cheaper than what i had paid). I will travel to that area quite often now, and i will definitely try to avoid that hotel. There is a new Holiday Inn right behind it, and i will probably just stay there next time.

I commonly stay at the courtyard in North Austin at Round Rock for frequent business visits. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Though its a bit further away than most places, its worth the extra drive. Beds are extremely comfortable, showers are decent, and the air conditioners are always perfect for the Texas heat.

I dont usually give places 5 stars as there is always something to strive for but I loved everything about this hotel. When we arrived there was a small mix up in our room which was quickly fixed. This hotel has nice comfortable rooms that are very well sound proofed so I couldnt hear the baby down the way but I could still here the rubble of the thunderstorm. Nice place, thanks!
