My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. We were in town for a wedding and it was recommended by the bride and groom. The staff was very nice and accommodating! The room was decent enough; recently remodeled and clean upon check in. It was a smaller room... just enough room for a king bed, small corner bench and table and small nightstand. It also had a small fridge, which had trouble staying cold. It did not, however, have a microwave. The only microwave was in the lobby. It did have a single serve coffee machine in the room... but it was only stocked with decaf coffee. Overall, I honestly feel the room was overpriced. The pool area wasnt very well maintained either. Im sure the higher price tag had a lot to do with the location, but at $170 a night I feel I should have gotten more bang for my buck.

We really wanted to love this hotel and make it our “go to” when visiting family in Round Rock. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was rough to say the least. Our original room had what appeared to be feces on the wall next to an almost finished roll of toilet paper. The duvet was covered in pen marks and some very obvious dried blood. I called downstairs and they moved us quickly, which I appreciated. Hoping that room was a fluke. But this ones not much better. It looks like a teddy bear shaved in the shower based off the amount of pubic hairs in there and the floor is full of random strands of hair and crumbs…? First and last time booking at this “four star” hotel.

My experience at this hotel was nothing but horrible we walked in to check-in however no one was at the front desk so we stood there for awhile finally we received our keys and we went to our rooms and I quickly realized there was no iron no ironing board no closet not only that I walked in the bathroom and I seen splatter bowel movement all on the toilet 🤢 however that’s not all blood, blood was on the bed comforter I would have thought they wouldn’t put something like that back on the bed obviously I thought wrong

Let me start by saying the staff were awesome. They were super friendly and very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The general atmosphere of the hotel was upbeat and it was very clean. There was a volleyball team that rolled through on on of the weekends I was staying there that totally caused a mess everywhere. By the next morning you couldnt tell there was a gaggle of kids running around causing a ruckus. If I ever am in the area again for a short term stay I will definitely stay here again.

From start I travel alot work and pleasure; so I stay at hotel very Frequently. I have been having problem with aloft for the last 3 times. I dont like to start problems so I just ignor it; but this time I was just done. They canceled our reservation and did not tell our reservation agency and when I get there to check in they tell us that thay are overbooked and they dont have any rooms anymore. Which I already paid for the room a days before and then they start blaming on my reservation agency that didnt call me. But thay never notified my booking agency. I will not be booking for this hotel with Aloft again I will go else where.

Cute hotel, room was nice. Obviously a local spot for drug dealers. The entire place deals of marijuana.

This is listed as a 4-star hotel. This is NOT a 4-star hotel, it is a barebones, minimalistic hotel. Feels like your checking-in in a parking garage. No front desk. No amenities. Rooms however were clean, but small. Comfortable bed. Bring a pillow. Only 1 coffee for the morning. It was a pleasant experience, but at this price point, go elsewhere.

Nice hotel great environment good music just was upsetting that when I first got there had to be moved from one room to another and then also why I was saying there housekeeping services werent done even though I asked front desk gentleman to even though he just started he was very inexperienced I would say and also could improve on people skills but the lady at night was very nice and respectful major experience worth Wild

Service was great, but the amenities were neglected. Someone forgot to stock the snack shop, and there was nothing to buy for breakfast. Fun, funky hotel with a tiny, uncomfortable pool. We loved the location: close to Austin but calmer.

Very clean & professional staff. Great price for the room. Top notch Hotel. Used to be strictly a Hyatt hotel fan. But Aloft is now my go too.

My favorite go to spot when Im in town. Been here 4 times over the past year. Everything about it is great. Would give 5 stars but only downside is that if youre not on the top floor youre going to hear every footstep from the room above. Like, loudly. The floors are super thin, and even with my own personal fan and bose noise cancelation headset on, I can literally feel every footstep from above me. So as long as I book top floor, this is the place to be.

This hotel was very clean and great the one thing I gotta say that did not make it a 5 star was the smoke detector would blink green a lot and it was right above the bed so at night that would flash non stop! Called to ask what they use in the lobby to make it smell so new and they had no clue. Other then those 2 things. great experience! They do a good job with the Covid 19 stuff going around !

Very bad service , our bathtub floods I called they never came to fix anything I found bugs near the fridge, we asked for extra towels they said we don’t have any…. very bad experience. Rooms are very small no privacy at all.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. The staff has been so accommodating through our emergency stay when we lost power at our house during this snowstorm. They were even able to extend our stay with no issues after we were unable to get home due to ice and snow.

I was driving into Texas on a trip to visit my family and needed a place to stay while taking the long drive. Tiffany was amazing! She was professional, friendly and really made my stay memorable. She even provided my dog, Sweet Pea, a goodie bag with a toy! I will definitely stay at Aloft and its sister properties in the future.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The guy at the front desk was definitely a character, very colorful language. All in all it was a nice stay.ps...the bar is just open on the weekends and naturally it is expensive, so is the pantry. 💵

There was a full on party going on in one of the hotel rooms. And when we tried to get the front desk to do something, all they did was knock on their door and ask them to keep it down once. There was at least 10 people in one hotel room. The party seriously went from 3am to 12pm when we checked out. The way they handled that was terrible. We will never be taking our business back.

Due to the winter storm and peoples homes being uninhabitable this hotel is at maximum capacity. Check in was at 3pm but I couldn’t get into my room until almost 6pm. Not anyone’s fault. It’s just the nature of the beast. The staff is going above and beyond making sure the guest are well taken care of. When I finally got into my room, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. I thought it would be a disaster because the staff is moving so quickly to get everyone in a room, but it was up to my ocd standards. And I can’t praise the staff enough. They are working their butts off to make sure everyone is happy and have a warm roof over their head. I would definitely stay here again.

We did not have a positive stay at this location. And when the manager saw my husband post a negative review she sent him a nasty email and left a crazy message. This place has potential to be very nice but the management needs to be looked into.

This was the landing site from the hurricane Laura evacuation. The policy of your pets are a member of the family was amazing. Everything is close, for those who dont know the area. Gas stations, grocery stores, and fast food chains are all within a mile or two. The best feature of the place was the lobby bar. The bar tender, Joe Castro was a natural! Ready and eager to hear your problems and the pour liquor all over them. Great stay on a trip we didnt really wanna take in the first place. Highly recommend to anyone with fur babies, on the road!

The room was so dusty and the bedsheets are towels are so old and dusty, they did not clean the before they gave the room, so we could not sleep as it was so scratchy, we booked the for 5 nights but we checked out after the first night itself as everyone was scratchy and we started sneezing in the morning. Very bad experience and no service at all.

I initially wanted to leave a 1 star review bc I’ve been waiting for 2 1/2 hours to get into a room. However, I forgot to take into account that we are literally in the middle of some crazy weather. These employees are doing their absolute best and probably doing the job of 4 people by themselves. Every single person has been incredibly nice, courteous and genuine since I arrived, and I can honestly say that their customer service skills are top notch! Hotel lobby has a great atmosphere- fun, warm and cozy. Unlike someone else’s review, everyone has been very COVID-19 conscious.. not a single person without a mask. 👍they are still selling hot food and snacks, drinks, and the place is damn clean. 💯

Very thin walls. Heard everyones business and baby crying, not next door, but down the hall. Only stayed one night. This hotel needs thicker windows and walls to create some privacy for guests.

A party was thrown at 3:45 am during my stay and woke up my family and I.After calling the front desk, they claimed to be dealing with it, but the party never ended. 2 1/2 hours passed when finally I managed to fall asleep, only to wake up to music at 12 pm.

While the hotel is very sleek and modern and staff if fairly nice, the hotel is loud in the halls, this is mostly due to the large gap between the door and ground going to the hall, you can also hear anything walking past the rooms to yours. The bathroom area is not very private either its just a sliding door that is open at the top like a stall which I wasnt to thrilled about. The decore and the cleanliness of the room were nice, the amenities are nice if you use then, but the food and drinks are a bit pricey but thats gonna be any type of hotel . Over all it was decent but I dont think I will use them again while looking for a hotel.

Rooms are nice, definitely not like most hotels. It has a slight touch of modernist to it.

When I shared all this with the manager, he was great.I will return but, Room 100 should never be sold without earplugs to go with it. Worst nights sleep Ive ever had. The stomping on the nearby stairs (all night long) overshadowed anything good about the room. I think I was put in room 100 as punishment for booking through Priceline. That is the only reason I can think of putting anyone in this room when the hotel occupancy is so low.Loved the room until I tried to sleep. Clean and comfortable The bed was gratThe noise kept me up most of the night.It is going to be a difficult day of training for 9 hrs then driving for another 2 after such little sleep. Very disappointing

I really enjoyed my stay at the Aloft and will be back don’t think I’d stay at any other hotel . The place was decked out very staylish and up to date the bed was super comfortable. The lobby was amazing with professional generous and courteous staff. Money well spent !

I loved my stay at Aloft. My dogs have never been in a hotel and this hotel was perfect for them. It was next to a neighborhood where I could walk them. Elevators were easily accessible. I like the gym area. It was small, but more than adequate. All staff were friendly. It was a beautiful room that smelled great! I will book Aloft again. Great value for money!

I have never had a bad experience with an aloft hotel and this one, I have to say, I liked the industrial style. I notice that all aloft hotels smell the same. I went searching for the scent. Dr Teals, deep marine sea kelp... it matches perfectly. I brought the bubble bath and soaks because I love the smell.

Hotel is clean and well kept. Staff are professional. The rooms are small and design is different from most hotel rooms. Complimentary breakfast is all microwaved foods. The best things offered are fruits and yogurt. Staff couldn’t help me use points for my stay. I had to call Marriott rewards. I wouldn’t stay at an Aloft again because I prefer a larger room.

We were there for a baseball tournament and we all decided to stay at the same hotel. We dont get out much unless we are playing baseball. We were loud and we were messy and Im so sorry for that. But nobody made us feel like we were bothering anybody... And everyone was very accommodating to us and our crazy kids.But the star of this property is Karen. I feel like you are very fortunate to have an associate like her and I hope you take good care of her. I hope you have good safety procedures in place for her since she is alone there every night. That is one of the sweetest and most patient women I have ever met.Karen, if you can see this, thank you so much girl!! We love you!!#triplecrownreds

Great place to stay. Easy access off the highway. Rooms are very clean and nice. Staff is excellent and there for all your needs. The bar is great and the lobby is very fun with lots of games to play..i will for sure come here again when i come to round rock..

Cute hotel. Pool is on the small side and walls are thin. If you are on the first floor you can hear noise from lobby. Food in lobby is very limited and is not served at all times. Rooms are a good size, bed is very comfortable and room comes with refrigerator. Hotel is clean, parking is plentiful and staff is friendly. Hotel price is fair and is close to grocery store, restaurants and freeways.

Wish I had read reviews first. Like others said, very poor choice for business travelers. No proper desk/work space, no iron or ironing board (the handheld steamer is useless), no closet (just a rack on the wall with a couple basic hangers), no clock of any type in the room. Few power outlets and poor locations for them too. Nice TV and the staff was fine, but I won’t be back.

This place is super nice, inside and out. Beds are comfortable and I like the way the room is set up. its beautiful. It is far though specially because I live in del Valle but its worth the trip

Dear Aloft, you were a dream. Stunned as soon as we walked in with the trendy lobby space and rad vibes. Lots of games to play, and a great bar. Comfy beds, and great window shades perfect for hangover sleeping. Edwin the day manager made our trip amazing ! His thoughtfulness ranged from suggesting local restaurants, to spending quality time with each guest insuring their stay was amazing as well. Over all cool vibes, cool people, great atmosphere, and amazing for the price. Would stay again.

Our daughter (21 yrs) loved this place! Great drinks and atmosphere she said. We the parents am more of a Marriott/Courtyard fan and want my steak and potatoes. To each their own and we learned how she feels when we go out to a steak house.

..... clean. Comfortable bed. Music playing in lobby could be heard from our 2nd floor room. If you are looking for a QUITE stay this is not for you. This was party CENTRAL. People out in the halls at 3 am on cell phone.. no sleeping here.

All around an amazing hotel!! There is NOT a roof top pool at the round rock location so don’t go off of that photo like I did but everything else looks awesome including the pool their! They just finished building the round rock location a week from today so we are one of the first customers and the room is gorgeous and has really cute stuff like stereos and cute furniture and walk in glass showers! Very modern and hip style! I didn’t want to spend $200 a night in the heart of Austin and this hotel is only 20 minutes away and is reasonably priced for luxury! Defiantly would come back!

Staying here right now. It’s a great new property however i can hear every footstep of the room above. They have hardwood floors so really need to put more area rugs down. Also, there is only a handheld steamer in the room. No iron or ironing board. They need to address this

Like wow what a great place to stay. The front desk staff is outstanding, the rooms are so nice its hard to leave them because of the nice big 55 inch TV. A well-trained maid staff uniformed very professional and at your service for anything.This is our new home when we come to visit our daughter and grandchildren.

If you are used to living in your car or a dorm- this hotel is for you. Not even a closet, clock or a bar of soap (they have dispensers- like a washroom at airport). For price- not worth it. Definitely not suited for a family. Breakfast- snack bars, muffins type thing. Anyone who has stayed at other Marriott properties will be very disappointed in cracker box accommodations/high price. This brand of property is 3 stars below Springhill, 4 stars below Residence Inn. Staff was really wonderful- but people need better accommodations for price unless you need a quick crash pad.

This place was very family and pet friendly. Customer servivce was great, rooms were large and clean, and very modern. Highly recommended for any family. Easy access and convenient location, price was also great. We will look for Aloft hotels in our future travels.

The staff went out of their way to help us. The room was clean and comfortable. My daughter left an item in the room, I called and it was returned within a few days. You don’t get that service at other places. This place rocks!

Its a nice funky hotel, but missing some basic aspects. Its right across the road from Dell HQ, so should really be targeting business travellers yet the rooms dont have irons or adequate desk area to work on. Missing basic amenities like this mean I wont stay again.

Staying at the Aloft Hotel in Austin we wanted for nothing! Everything was Great walking distance for whatever our needs but the Cleanliness of the Hotel and Comfort of their Beds and the Peace and Quiet atmosphere was truly Unbelievable! We found a Home away from Home! (From Northern California)

Centrally located near many restaurants and other businesses, clean and nicely remodeled, friendly staff, overall very pleased with stay. Will return if ever in the area.

Hotel: new & clean. Great location.Room: poorly poorly insulated. As soon as the AC goes off it’s hot and stuffy.Bed: comfy enough but the sheets are like sand paper.

This place is new and has been great for my Business trip this week other than one thing. There isnt hot water. Doesnt matter what time of day or night the shower is luke warm.

The rooms here are unbelievably nice for the price, lobby is excellent with a great bar. Certainly one of the best hotels in this price range.

The first time I stayed it was perfect no issues the second time I stayed I still enjoyed it apart from the parking and the check in however even after that I will continue to stay here every time I visit Austin

I had an amazing stay at Aloft in Round Rock. Staff was very accommodating, building was nice and updated, room was comfortable, and bed had me sleeping like a king!

Room was very clean, and modern. Loved the fact they have Netflix and Hulu on the TVs. Made my stay that much better :)The lobby has games which was entertaining for myself. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially, Jamie! She mentioned she was new, but she was a pleasure to meet and very accommodating due to my last minute flight change. Only thing I would suggest, is putting a microwave in the breakfast area for your guest.

I had an impression that I moved in time in to the future. I love its futuristic appeariance. White color dominates creating feeling of cleaness. The building or really clean and well maintained. I will stay there again if I am in the area. I will look for Aloft hotel first when I travel to other destinations. Cleaning crew was a bit to loud, large group giggling and behaving to loud otherwise it was perfect stay.

Great Customer Service! We got turned around the wrong way by our navigation app. Tired from a full day of driving and now completely lost, we called the hotel for help. Yazmeen at front desk stayed on the phone and gave us directions to find the hotel. She was a great help! Our stay was very peaceful and the decor of room was stylish and fun. It was a pleasure staying at Austin Aloft at Roundrock and looking forward to doing so again!

Check your bank account. Nice hotel but they overcharged my credit card. They did charge the $50 incidental fee ( that was supposed to fall off) and a random fee for $60. I called the day after I checked out and they said they didn’t see any additional charges. I have now basically double paid my original amount which is unacceptable for them not to know how I was overcharged and the money was taken out of my account.

There were only 4 hangers in the room and they were just the plastic coated wire ones. Unless you wanted to fold your skirt or hang your pants (which would create a fold crease), the hangers were not very well planned out.The small table in the room was not big enough to work efficiently.

Very nice place

I travel 70% of the time for work and I’m in Austin 2-4 times a quarter for work and personal trips. Looks amazing but this was the noisiest building I’ve been at In years and by far the worst experience I’ve had in close to a decade. I was lucky to have recorded about an hour of sleep, which I got when I decided to try and sleep in my car before leaving for the airport

This was a great place to stay. I will be sure to use the Aloft the next time we are going thru Austin

My check in with Yazmeen was amazing she is extremely friendly and bubbly..At the bar had the best bartender name Joe, definitely must get your drinks made by him. And the rooms are soo roomy loove my stay!!

Terrible first stay at this Aloft property. The rooms are too odd and not like other Aloft properties. Much more like a new Motel 6 - wood look vinyl floors, white walls, no desk / work area for business travelers
