Great local Lowe’s in round rock. Somewhat difficult to get to if your not a local round rock resident. Staff is very courteous, premises kept clean and organized.Lumber area was well stocked and clean.Would definitely come to this location again.

Emily gets 5 stars Lowes 3.5 maybe 4. Emily was very kind, courteous and helpful. She answered my questions quickly and accurately then she went and got me trolley cart to haul my stuff.The store itself is not bad by any means but some of the inside employees could take lessons from Emily on customer interactions.The Lowes Wild Bird Seed is pretty close to the same percentage as the HEB Wild Bird Seed but cost a couple of dollars more for the same size bag front experience I can tell you that the birds love it.

Poor service! Ordered charcoal grill it turned out to be damaged. Purchase patio furniture set, they showed me different and loaded a different in my truck. When I went to exchange they didn’t adjust the price for me and the store Manager forced me to return the item. My two days and Uhaul rental truck went to vain! Lowe’s should hire better managers not rude and incompetent ones.

Shout out to Baldo in the appliances department. Super helpful and transparent about what he could get us and when. Didnt end up buying because the store didnt have what we needed, but he was by far the best sales specialist we encountered out of Conns, Best Buy, and Home Depot. Will definitely be checking with him in the future if we need appliances.The store could of used more staff in general dedicated to this department during a holiday weekend sale. Staff was underwater, but they all handled it well. They were working their butts off, and it was pretty hot back there. Maybe consider putting more fans in around the work stations in departments.

Last year, we were the victims of a bait and switch promotion at this Lowes. I didnt share it with anyone but the manager at the time but now that it has come back and caused us a 4 day nightmare with our credit card, I am sharing it.Last year, we went in to purchase an amazing washer/dryer deal. We charged it to our Lowes card along with a refrigerator. Come to find out, the washer/dryer couldnt be ordered because they had NO IDEA at all when, or even IF, the washer/dryer could ever be delivered. Thats a bait and switch! It should never have happened but we quietly accepted it and ended up having to buy another, more expensive, washer and dryer and also charged it to the Lowes card. The bait and switch washer/dryer, however, was never removed from the credit card! So at the end of the promotion, not only did we have over $1100 of charges that should have been removed a year ago but we had $900 of INTEREST that we were going to have to pay because of it.To their credit, I believe that Lowes has finally corrected the situation but given that it was THEIR mistake in the first place and it took us about 6 or 7 hours over the course of 4 days to get it corrected, they should have done more! When you inconvenience someone that much, after the bait and switch, and you potentially cost them THOUSANDS of dollars, you OWE THEM. Apparently, our time is worthless to Lowes and thats the reason they are getting this review. That is not how you treat people. I can accept mistakes but I cannot accept such poor customer service and such disregard for valuable customers.

Lowes DOES NOT honor their own online prices. The irony is, the store pickup was cheaper than shipping, but they refused to honor it. Not to be picky, but military receives 10% off. This was 8% off and they would not honor it. DONT SHOP AT LOWES, they dont respect their customers!!!!!!!!!

Had to share about Cody who went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of today. Lowes no longer had the item we needed in stock but he found another version that would work, a way to offer a discount and a way to use our store credit for the item we had to return. He works in the lawn equipment area. We highly recommend him.

Love this place!!!I came here hoping to find a metal shed 10x14. According to web site, they were out of stock. I whimsically took a chance that they might have one. When I asked a girl in pro section, she said that they just got a shipment in and she immediately called someone in gardening and sure enough, she was right! They just got it in a shipment of metal buildings! She rang me up while they put it on a cart for me. They loaded it up and I was out of there in just 10 minutes! Very friendly and courteous employees. Super eager to help! I was super impressed. Ill be coming here a lot more often!!!

We went in to the Round Rock Lowe’s tonight looking to purchase a screen door. We discovered that the one we planned on didn’t have a full screen which ruled out getting it. We found another door that was great but it was $150 more than the door we had originally planned on. We stumbled upon a scratch and dent clearance door. It was the more expensive model, so we were happy about that. The frame and hardware weren’t attached to it but we were able to find the necessities after rummaging around on the floor by where the door was propped. Part of the frame was considerably banged up and we were nervous about if we’d be able to hammer it out enough to work.We took our clearance find to the front and had the great fortune of going to Austin’s checkout. When Austin saw the damage on the door she saved the day by helping us get an additional 50% off! All concerns about potential pitfalls of our purchase were wiped away as we know we could buy any necessary parts if they were missing or unrepairable and still have received a great deal on the door, making it well worth the extra effort.She was so friendly and so very willing to take the extra time for us, even though it was the end of the day and the store was closing. This store is 1 of 3 Lowe’s close to our house. It is the furthest away of the 3 but we’ll be back! Austin was absolutely amazing!

Ive never had a bad experience here. Store is kept clean and easy to navigate. Employees are scarce, but typically not needed. Lumber quality is hit or miss, but generally well stocked. Plants look healthy and well taken care of.

We just moved into a new place and needed a refrigerator. After over a week of looking, we decided on one that was new, boxed and in stock so that we could get it quickly. It was delivered within three days, out of the box, damaged. We had the drivers take it back. The ETA for a replacement was over three weeks. We opted for a refund (it took over two weeks to get the refund) and went to Best Buy. Best Buy was able to get us the same model, new, boxed, undamaged within three days at a lower price.

I was going to give a one-star rating. I couldnt find anyone to cut my lumber. I told one employee, who responded Whuuuut!? and then told me where the button was to get help. I pressed the button, and it called for help 4 times, with a long pause between each. I cancelled and hit it again, and heard someone paged another 4 times. The 3rd time I hit the button to page someone, I left my wood there, planning to leave. On my way out, another customer complained that he couldnt find any help, either. Finally, I passed someone who answered yes to Can you cut a board? Had he not been so pleasant, I would still have given 1-star. Even he had to go to the front for a pen, as the equipment for the board cutting area had been raided, apparently by other employees

Ive decided to make this store my home improvement store. The store is uncluttered, well-organized, stocked, and I can find assistance pretty easily when I need help. My shopping experience is that the place is always busy, but it has enough room to accommodate a lot of shoppers. The other home improvement store near me is so small, you cant move around the aisles, the store is cluttered and disorganized, so, Ill spend my dollars at Lowes.

Lowes Store is very big location and well lite. Employees and customers were wearing masks. Big selection of Appliances and had scratch and dent Appliances available. Employees were friendly and helped when asked. Store had customers inside but did not feel crowded. Self checkouts were available and being used.

Pros and cons:Pro: = 1 star for storeEmployees on site which is rare, store was pretty clean and stocked.Con: it took 4 sep people and tries to find the Mail boxes.Warm bodies meandering around in clusters like blood clots is not helping increase sales i assure you. Im capable of spending more when Im not so frustrated.Note *** even at one point when I asked a young female associate about the location of mailboxes, she casually strolled by as I asked and kept walking past me and saying I have No idea? Nice!Ya May want familiarize yiur staff with the store and contents, it actually helps customers.2 extra stars for good attendant:Daniel stepped up and stood out to be very helpful with loading up. Added a star just for him. Thank you Daniel you were very helpful and courteous too.

I had a delivery for my refrigerator scheduled for yesterday. The window I was given from 3-7PM. I waited at home all day to make sure I was available for the delivery. I received 3 phone calls at 7:17PM while I was making dinner. They never rang the doorbell. They counted the phone calls as an attempt to deliver. A phone call is not a delivery. Ringing the doorbell is attempting to deliver. When I called the driver back at 8PM to see when they were coming they said they pretended they didn’t speak English. I accepted it and got off the phone until I realized they called 3 times and why would they do that if they had no ability to speak to me. I called back the same number and had a perfectly clear conversation in English. He refused to deliver my refrigerator and hung up on me. I called the store to speak to the manager of deliveries. I was told he would “look into it”. Then got a call at 9PM saying the phone calls counted as an attempt to deliver. And that I would have to wait until Thursday for my next window. I already waited an entire day and now I’m being penalized for poor delivery practices.I’ve had a lot of deliveries to my house due to a recent move. Every other delivery rang the doorbell. Lowe’s has deceitful and unprofessional practices. They tried to say I made a note to call first. I never would have done that. I keep my phone on silent. Terrible customer service. No attempt to make it right. It is what is attitude. I have no refrigerator for 4 more days. I have to waist another day not only stuck in my house but clung to my phone. Absolutely disgusted and will never use Lowe’s again. Home Depot will now exclusively have my business.

Worst experience I have ever had and the management team could care less! We purchased a new washing machine from Lowe’s and the sales rep convinced me it’s a better option to have them deliver and install. I get a confirmation text the day before confirming the delivery time for the following day. Delivery day I had taken off work to be home for the delivery and one ever showed up. No call, no text, no communication at all. At 730pm that night I had call dispatch and they advised me the delivery is still on route and will be delivered as promised. 930pm and still no delivery... I call dispatch again and they advised my washing machine was not even loaded on the delivery truck and I would have to call Lowe’s and reschedule.The next day I call Lowe’s and spoke with the manager and he could care less. The manager is pushing the blame on the 3 party contractors they use to deliver their items. Told we we can reschedule for 2 weeks out and that’s the best he can do.I have been a customer of Lowe’s for most of my adult life and I will never step foot in there again.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE! Avoid Lowes 3rd party delivery. We just built a new home and had big plans to buy many appliances from Lowes. After our TERRIBLE and FAILED delivery of a refrigerator, were taking ALL of our business elsewhere. Took a day off work and wasted hours talking to Lowes managers about how Lowes switched to a contract delivery company The Round Rock store managers apologized, saying they are getting dozens of complaints about delivery problems but corporate office does not care. Delivery crew does not call or text the customer in advance. Sometimes they show up, knock once, take a picture and leave, saying nobody was home. They get paid, Lowes gets the complaints. Avoid Lowes delivery of appliances at all costs!!!! There is a special place in Hades for this 3rd party delivery company. Sorry Lowes but this was the worst experience ever..

I dont how Lowes is operated, but their management and customer service is very low efficient.I placed an order for a dishwasher for my July 4th holiday, and expected to pick it up during the holidays. However, they canceled my order without informing me beforehand. (looks like many people had the same experience).I called them many times, and got to know they oversold the item and gave it to other people.Anyway, Lowes has this item in other nearby stores. The worse thing is that they cannot refund my gift cards and coupon in time so that I buy it again in other stores. Now, the deal of this dishwasher is expiring, and I still havent got my gift cards back.Stay away from this store, they dont care about you.

I have been shopping at this Lowes for a few years now, thats why when we decided to buy new appliances, we decided to go with them. While thinking about what to get, the sales associate suggested us not to buy any Samsung products because they have horrible customer service and they break easily, then he talked us out from choosing LG products, also because they have horrible customer service. Little that we knew, so does LOWES.We bought a set of four kitchen appliances from them, they offered us warranties, installation supplies and installation. We said, add it all up and order them.On the day of the scheduled delivery, I took off work to wait for them as we were very excited to get our appliances, to our surprise, the delivery people said, we can only install the refrigerator, we do not install the other appliances, you need to hire Lowes directly and schedule the installation at a different time. I expressed my frustration to the delivery people, they replied “This is happening a lot right now; We have had many complaints about this.We went back to the store and hire Lowe’s services to install our appliances. We were told that our installations will happen this week, needless to say, we have had our appliances in the garage for two weeks and Lowes installers will not be here until May 9, 2021 after we were told that they will be coming this week. thats a total of 4 weeks without appliances.To finish it all off, the delivery people scratch our new floors when they delivered our refrigerator, now we have to go through a whole claims process in order to get our floors fixed. This is very frustrating and disappointing, and a waste of our time.

We were told wed have our dishwasher installed last Thursday. When I called to ask for the time the installer would be at our home I was told they were overbooked and that the install was scheduled for Friday. When I called Friday for a time I was told we were never booked for Friday delivery and that they didnt have an estimated date for delivery. I dont mind if theyre booked and busy but I feel like weve been tugged arround a lot for a simple install. Still waiting on a call back from yall about when our dishwasher will be installed a week after getting the text it would be installed last week.

I found most of what I was looking for but it took much longer than I had hoped. Im totally lost in most hardware stores, plus my vision is not good due to recent surgeries, so I have difficulty finding things. For the life of me I couldnt find ANY floor clerks to help me. I typically go to Home Depot and theres always multiple floor clerks who stop and ask if they can help me. Today was a reminder of why I always go to Home Depot first. Its all about providing good customer service. Lowes has still not figured that out. Disappointing!

Never buying Appliances from Lowes again. Tried to order a refrigerator in May at a different Lowes in Leander, Tx. and they failed to get it on the delivery truck from Dallas on 4 differant delivers and then finally dropped our refrigerator and broke it at their Dallas warehouse. We needed our refrigerator by June 27th. We got a reimbursement for the first one dropped and ordered May 5th. Then at this location and they delivered on May 24th and dropped that refrigerator on our porch breaking our refrigerator and porch in the process too. Still waiting on reimbursement and they finally called on July 18th to tell us the refrigerator is no longer available. Meanwhile we bought a refrigerator from Home Depot and they delivered with no issues the following week. Now we are waiting on our reimbursement and payment for the repairs we had to have done to our porch. Home Depot is the Best.

A complete nightmare from beginning to end. Staff (Ron) lied to the person who selected the Patio Set; telling them it would take hours to assemble but he could have it Assembled and Delivered for $58. Apparently he felt that he could get away with that when talking to 2 women. When I went in the following day to make final selection and purchase discovered that assembly would be very simple and that Assembly and Delivery was Free on that item. Arranging Delivery was even worse. Was very specific on the days I was available but store changed dates 2-3 times to when I was not available. First Delivery the items were scratched and Table was wobbly. 2nd Delivery the Bench was wobbly. After declining Delivery twice spoke to a Manager and cancelled order and was told it would be credited back in 24 hours. Still waiting for that to be done. Will never set foot in that store again.

Good luck getting delivery or customer service. Making the switch to the Big Orange.Had to return a washer dryer set after waiting 9 days for it to come in. Finally comes in then for whatever reasons couldnt be delivered to me on agreed upon day. I guess they dont care about losing sales with no apologies or concern salesman didnt break a sweat returning my order taking my money elsewhere.

If you order something with installation, please check three times.I ordered water softener with installation in store. I did everything as they said, but it didnt happen because of their mistake.I called them and put on hold for almost an hour to figure out what happened.Even manager put me on hold for 20 minutes and forwarded call to someone else.Even though they act like they know something, please check it yourself.People in here are not trained well.

What is it with the customer service/return and pick up line ? There is no logic to it, twice already Ive stood in line only to be cut or passed by people who come from different directions. Im sick of it. Today there was only one rep helping someone in front of me so I stood in that line. There was no one else. No other register. Suddenly an associate comes in to a register and a guy walks in and goes straight to her, both of them totally blowing me off. When I complain about it she tells me he was in her line. What? She didnt have a line because she wasnt there. The only line is clearly behind the only register open! Why would people be standing behind an empty register to make a line? Makes no sense whatsoever. She proceeds to ask me what I needed, like I had some kind of crazy expectation to complain over the most evident thing, again basically blowing me off. Fix this please.

I wish Zero was an option. I purchased a new home so in advance of moving in … purchased a new refrigerator 2 months ago - set the delivery date of 5/29 between 12-4….Lowe’s changes to 2-6 (fine) calls me in the morning says will be late but there by 5:30 & to follow on app. I wait and wait in empty house as times on app keeps changing but always saying I am next….I call the toll free number - they say yep your next or leave # we will call you back - neither happened….I call store at 9pm as still waiting…talk to manager he says he can’t do anything as it’s a 3rd party that delivers….yet I bought from Lowe’s (and when the truck showed up it said Lowe’s!) if they have problems with the delivery - accept & own the responsibility - and do something. Manager at 9:45 makes concession they will get refrigerator to me on Friday - calls back 15 min later says truck is still coming. Driver calls me at 10:20 pm asks if I still want delivery- he arrives at 10:45. And by the time he (by himself) unloads refrigerator, removes pallet and plastics with our help and finish’s the install it’s MIDNIGHT!!!! On the way out I pointed out how he damaged our brand new door trim. I sat in an empty house for 12 hours waiting for this delivery - bacuase of their poor communication and respect of a customers value and time

Tried to buy a microwave from the Round Rock location. They told me there none at the location but they could pull one from the DC. 11 days later the one pulled for me was sold to someone else and the associate told me there were none left in the DC. I go to CS for a refund and that associate tells me they can pull one from the DC and have it to me in 3 days. Also tells me they tried to call me on the 20th. BS... I had no calls that day from Lowes. Pretty poor communication, no one tried to make it right, no one tried to save the sale. Get your sales and warehouse together. Never shopping there again. I always heard never buy big box items from there. Always go to Costco and it Sams...

I shop at Lowe’s a lot and I am happy how they have decent pricing s. They only complain would be how I place an order for water softeners as it took a few weeks more than what I was promised due to the lady working on my order quitting and nobody followed up till I made a few phone calls. Their answering phone service is not that great either, expect leaving voicemails and not getting any response either.

My recent visit to lowers was good. My self-checkout cashier, Greg was awesome!I cleaned up on some florescent light fixtures and light bulbs to go with that were marked down 90% and Greg had to assist every step of the way for the discount to apply. Thanks Greg.Also, I always find better discount deals such as the one today only at lowes, I havent been able to walk out of any other hardware store with such a great deal or discount.

I love Lowes BUT this store might change my mind! I asked for help twice - they paged for help and while watching no less than 7 workers standing at the front talking and after waiting 20 mins- the one person that I was able to ask as he walked by said he didnt know about electrical products- I LEFT and went to Home Depot where there were plenty of helpful employees. Several months ago I would have said Lowe’s was a 5-star store. After today, almost zero chance that I’ll ever choose to go to the RR location and will be contacting management about how poor the service was.The prices and convenience keep it at a three, but wow was the service terrible.

I like this store because I was able to find plants that their competitors dont carry like the Littlelime Hydrangeas from Proven Winners. They also discount their plants when they need a little TLC. Keep doing that its better than to throw away the plants and make no profit. Thank you.

I had to make a table urgently and ended up in Lowes after spending several hours trying to find the top pine boad at home Depot. Left home Depot and bought everything from Lowes. The rounded dowel, 3 other pine boards(20inch , 16 inch and 6 inch), screws. Lot cheaper(40$) to make it myself than buy a table. They even made the initial cuts I wanted (5 cuts per customer).

Im still undecided between them and Home Depot. I can get pretty much anything I need at either one but they both still seem to have the same problem. I can never get anyone with any knowledge about the department I need at the time. I will, however, continue to use both and will decide between the two when and if they get properly staffed. If you need something, its there. Good luck finding it. Get it together Lowes.

I was very disappointed in the garden center. I rarely walk out without a cartload of plants. The selection was poor considering this is prime planting season. Lowes is just across the road; they got my early summer planting dollars.

Two positives that prolonged me from never stepping foot into this location again, were: The wonderful Strawberry-Blonde Customer Service Employee who always found a way to make sure my wife and I had a portion of our To-Do List checked off, along with solid one-liners. The other positive is the location of the store in relation to my home. That literally concludes the positives.I admittedly visited this location an inordinate number of times since the purchase of my home three years ago. For three years I have tried to ignore the fact that only two employees have been able into point me in the right direction when I have been looking for a specific item. Three years I have experienced so much anger and frustration trying to find an item – even though I specifically went online or used the Lowe’s App to plan my trip by utilizing the location description provided. How can literally nobody tell me where I can find a 6 mil roll of clear plastic for me to remodel my bathroom? I have been hit on, employees have invited themselves over to my home, I have been ignored. This last time, I was being talked about over the loudspeaker by the Manager (after the Manager himself went outside and brought me a cart) because I came in a few minutes before close. I came in with a mission to get two items so that I could complete the fire pit for my wife. Instead of this, I heard the Manager request one of his staff with a “J” name (Jeremy, John, or something) to call an extension with a “4” in it if someone was in his area. I was one of the only customers in the store (as they refused to let my wife inside). While I speed-walked through the store, wearing 4” heels, every single employee stared at me and offered no assistance.This final visit was the equivalent of -- what I can only assume -- a loogie to the face and given a soiled diaper to wipe the disrespect off with. Be advised that the absurdity of this review is not lost upon me. However, it is factual and necessary.Cut to: I wish nothing but the best for my sweet friend in the Customer Service Area. Everyone else – I hope that training, product knowledge and understanding the importance of consumer rapport is in your immediate future.

Friendly employees are always either greeting you or offering help! I also always get a cleaner vibe at Lowes vs Home Depot. I feel it is better organized. I am sure it is just the branding and lighting. All I can say is good and friendly customer service oriented employees makes for me being a returning customer time and time again!

I am a Veteran and was treated poorly by a Sales Associate. I offered my Veterans status in order to receive my discount and used the ID Me app to verify as well as my Texas ID. He told me that I needed to be in their system. I requested a manager and she directed him to accept my credentials. He then rang up my purchase (a big ticket item) and did not apply the discount. I inquired and he said that I could not use it on top of an item that was already on sale. Not true to my knowledge because I previously purchased a refrigerator on clearance and used it. I walked out and returned to customer service, explained that he did not tell me after going through the trouble of being able to use my discount that I could not use it. The manager named Scicilian took care of the issue and gave me the discount. Customer service on the floor is horrible, there is never anyone available to assist as the buck is always passed to someone else to assist you. Home Depot going forward.

Ordered a $300 smoker for curbside 2 weeks ago and was told it was a high demand order, so I would need to wait until the item was ready for pickup. No email or phone call, but when I called I was told it was ready to be picked up. I had fully intended when I bought the item to have them assemble it and thankfully at the time they were offering free assembly. Hard lesson to learn-NOTHING is free! When I arrived at the store it took 30mins for someone to bring me the rusted, full of water display smoker that was also missing a temperature gauge. I told them I paid for a brand new assembled pit and this is not it. They said they’d have to grab one from the back in a box. Free assembly must mean “you can do it yourself for free”
