Tara is so wonderful and walked me through the procedure and made sure I was comfortable during the entire thing. She’s so easy to talk to you feel right at home! Everyone should visit this spa for services, you would not regret it at all. I would definitely come back in the future for further services!

I went to Vibrant Med Spa recently for the Morpheus 8 procedure. Tara Schmidt was very professional and knowledgeable and explained the process to me step by step. The office is clean, the staff is very nice, and everyone wants to ensure you have the best experience possible when getting your procedure done. I would definitely recommend Vibrant Med Spa, and definitely Tara for this and other procedures.

Heidi brings a calming, professional, and reassuring light into the med spa world, she makes the place shine. I felt zero pressure or sales tactics, she was genuine and kind and I felt so at ease. Today was my first time venturing into the world during the pandemic, and I could just feel how squeaky clean the entire office felt, it put my mind at ease. I did a LHR treatment here and it is SO effective, even just after 1 treatment. The laser they use is one of the newer ones with technology to make the treatment way more tolerable.... for those who have had LHR in the passed- its very hot and painful, but not with this new technology at Vibrant Med Spa!! Highly recommend. Plus Tara, who did my treatment, is awesome. Also, if youre looking for injectables Heidi here is a pro.

Ive been going for a good while now and love it! Vibrant Med Spa is different than most other med spas in so many fantastic ways and you will immediately notice the difference. From facials to more extensive treatments Ive had nothing but perfect results. Heidi the owner, who is highly educated and multi certified in a wide variety of services is the best of the best and takes great care to employ only the best. You will be well cared for at every visit and you wont feel like just another client. They will get to know you and your history and you will feel comfortable talking to them about any areas of concern. Heidi answers all my questions and gives me information I need to make informed decisions. A great way to get started is with their monthly facial program! I did and my skin looks and feels better than it has in years. I love going monthly for my facial to look and feel better but, it also gives me a chance to talk to them regularly about other services I may be interested in or new services they have.

I went to Vibrant Med Spa to get a laser hair consultation and see if it was right for me (neckline below the jaw bone). Calling to make the appointment was easy and forms were emailed to me to fill out.I was able to find the office easily. Its right of University in new buildings and there was plenty of open parking. The inside of the office was nice, very classy.I was greeted by the receptionist who was very nice. Heidi was running a little late for my appointment and I was informed immediately.Heidi was very nice and explained the process thoroughly and also questioned my previous experience with laser hair removal. (this was my 3rd time) Everything Heidi told me lined up with research that I had done. I decided to have the treatment done. For best results Heidi shaved my neck. The laser was cool to the touch until the zap. Heidi took great care to ensure I was happy with the line along my jaw and that it was straight. She also gave me warning when it might hurt more due to the location.I was thoroughly pleased with the experience and look forward to continuing treatments.

As a guy, I wasnt quite sure what this experience was going to be like. My neck has had significant reaction to shaving and my dermatologist suggest just lasering it off. So I scheduled with Vibrant Med Spa and Heidi took excellent care of me. My last session was a few weeks ago and it dawned on me this morning that Ive had zero reactions to shaving...since Ive not had to shave since we wrapped up!The spa is a beautiful space, the staff are friendly, and the sessions were basically painless and quick. Cant recommend these folks enough!

I went to see Heidi for skin and hair issues. She was very professional and extremely knowledgable. For the last 3 years I tried everything from laser treatments to medications to get my skin to clear. With one treatment she accomplished what I had been trying to do for over 3 years. She is AWESOME!!!!

Laser hair has been my best friend since I was about 15. I have been to soo many laser places not that I truly loved, but about 8 years ago I found Heidi and fell in love with her. I said to myself and her I will follow you where ever you go and I have.Getting lasered is very uncomfortable, esp in the womanly areas, but Heidi makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. She is so professional, but so calming at the same time. The spa has this serenity feeling about it and it and her make you never want to leave.At one point, I was living in LA and I would fly back to Austin every 6-8 weeks just to go see her because that is how amazing she is.

I really enjoyed this spa, very welcoming, relaxing and professional. I will definitely go back!
