It’s always scary going to sometime new for Botox but they made me feel super at ease here.They are kind, knowledgeable and make you feel super comfortable.I will continue to go here regularly.

Krystal and Dusky are the best!!! I have been going to Beleza med spa now for 2 years and have not been disappointed. Krystal has been patient with me through laser hair removal. She has walked me through and helped me to feel comfortable throughout the whole process. She has also helped me with my facials. I feel like she really has a vested interest in the health of my skin and hair removal efforts! She really cares.Dusky has been super patient with me and walks me through purchasing products or procedures from point A to point B. She is very welcoming and helpful. She makes sure that I know the details of products and how they will affect my skin before I buy them. She is also a registered nurse, so that helps her in determining the best course of action when it comes to products and procedures.

I called to gather BASIC information regarding a procedure and spoke with some airhead that transferred me to a Kaitlyn that transferred me to a Jackie. Not one of them were able to assist and expressed misunderstanding of what it was that I was asking in the first place. Its like none of them took the time to listen nor cared about ensuring I was educated in any way. If thats the type of staff around then theres NO WAY anyone from there will be cutting into my body.

Nancy is ALWAYS at the top of her game! I love that I can present my skin issue to her, and then with her artful eye and her vast array of skilled techniques, she remedies it in minutes! Ive seen so many injectionists in my past, so I feel qualified and confident in saying that Nancy is a treasure, and Beleza is fortunate to have her exceptional expertise. I could go on and on about the natural looking, youth-recovery transformations my skin has undergone since I met Nancy and how 100% happy I am with every single treatment Ive experienced under her professional care. I just love her!

I decided to try this spa after reading reviews and I am glad I did. They are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and skilled in many types of beauty/skin treatments. Its not very close to me but it was worth the drive to meet Nancy and have her treat my spider veins. I am happy to say that they are hardly visible at all after just two visits. Please dont hesitate to try them out, I think you will be pleased.

I always have exceptional service with Kathryn, she is very knowledgeable about everything. She is great about listening to what you really want and then letting you know what would work best. Elena at the front desk has been the main reason I have stayed with Beleza, before Kathryn was on staff and when they were at the previous location, Elena was there and she has always been so helpful. She never drops the ball and she keeps things running smoothly at the front lines, answering all my emails and questions and always pleasantly greeting you and helping any way she can.

The service at this spa was beyond anything I have experienced elsewhere. Elena was extremely helpful in helping me set up my appointment, providing directions, and was very understanding when I called saying I was going to be late to my appointment due to a Maps error. My esthetician, Erin, was wonderful and took great care of me during my waxing. This was my first time to Beleza and it will definitely not be my last due to the amazing service I received from the team. All in all this was one of the most perfect spa appointments I have had in my life and the team at Beleza Round Rock should be very proud of themselves.

Every one was so nice and helpful when I went for my appointment, if I hadnt gone I would have never found out I had a dislocated jaw! Super fast and friendly, answered all my questions with detailed explanation. Very satisfied with my treatment that I had with great results I no longer have as much clenching headaches as I did beforehand.

I cant thank Emily enough for my amazing Lips. She has got to be the most detailed person I have ever gone to for any type of cosmetic procedure. She really takes her time with you and looks at your face and the shape of your mouth. I cant believe how great I feel and how great my Lips look. She was so gentle. I feel so good about myself. I wanted to smooth out fine lines and add fullness without looking weird and WOW she achieved that. As a woman in her mid 40s it is so important when you make that decision to do something to make you feel better about yourself that it looks good and not overdone. I went to the new Round Rock location today. Elena at the front desk was amazing and extremely helpful. Nancy who took care of my service was quick and empathetic to my fears and concerns, and made me comfortable. Ive been to both Cedar Park and Round Rock locations. The staff at both locations have always been very helpful and make you feel right at home. Ive been getting my recent photo facials at Round Rock. Elena and Amy both have been great. Amy takes the time to make me feel comfortable during my treatment and takes the extra time to make my skin look and feel great. If youre looking for a MedSpa you should definitely check them out.

Krystal Pfeffer is the best!!!! I just love how she works on my face, she’s very professional and makes me feel comfortable while getting my facial done. I had such a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in. The staff was super friendly and offered me a beverage while I filled out my paperwork. Krystal P. was so sweet and extremely knowledgeable during our consultation. She gave the best facial! Having had problematic skin, facials are usually painful and never relaxing for me. Krystal made me so comfortable and relaxed, I felt no pain! The products they use here are the crème de la crème! If you are curious where to go and who to see, i highly recommend Krystal!! Love, love, love these ladies!!! They have never made me feel insecure about what I can afford, my wrinkles, or sun damaged face! I feel very comfortable with these ladies. What more can you ask for but to feel warmly welcomed? :-) I dont like the fact, however, that you are not allowed to tip the staff! They deserve it and have earned it!

I love this place. Nancy and the ladies are great. I must say that the Fresh Skin Club has totally transformed my skin. I signed up for a second 6mth membership last week. A total treat for me :)

Ive been a customer for over 2 years. I made an appointment two weeks out and I was 15 minutes early for my appointment. 55 minutes later when I had to ask what was going on with my appointment I was invited to reschedule. My technician came out in the hallway she never came to visit me or let me know that she was running really behind, the receptionist was extremely rude as she didnt let me know either and only allowed me the ability to reschedule after I asked for information. I would never use this company again under any circumstances and I would recommend that you do NOT either unless you just feel like having your time wasted.

Nancy is amazing! She is the best there is...if you are a little worried about looking over done --call and ask for her. She is wonderful. The entire office is kind and helpful, as well.

Love Beleza!! Been going here for years for a lash tint. Staff is always so so so kind and professional. My only compliant is that the owner will not let you tip. This is so wrong in so many ways.

Tried coming here a few times for different peels and such and it was very scary experience every time. I kept giving them another chance and so...here you go....... One time during an filler injection ($500) the door pops open in the middle of the needle being inserted and some tweeker chick makes the nurse jump and just barges in the private door in a panic about not knowing how much pain med to give her patient. If I had moved there would be a medical malpractice suit going on but I stayed calm while the goofy woman ranted and raved and then was told to leave. Serious danger to the patient. Other times they didnt have the peel activator and wanted to use another one like a labrat on me and I refused it. Another time they charge $80 for a cream they required you use after a peel that didnt work ($200) that they never called me to pick up and when I did they were really rude about it. This place can be dangerous injecting people left and right with such half baked professionalism. If you want any procedures I would suggest going to a real surgeons office because this place is a joke and could end up scarring you or worse. Not to mention all the workers there have the biggest duck lips so you can see the addiction to vanity in the people working here.....JUST UGLY.BEWARE. I am sure these are some fake reviews from friends because this place was really tacky and dangerous.

I underwent a neograft hair transplant earlier this year at Beleza. This was my third transplant having had my first completed by the world renown pioneer in the field, Dr. David Seager, in 1998. Of all three procedures, I have been the most pleased with the results obtained at Beleza. There was great attention to detail and the process was explained thoroughly both before and during the procedure. The Beleza Team provided excellent care and follow-up.

I usually get facials done at another place, but my mom wanted me to try this place. Setting an appointment was hard, and I had to wait two extra weeks to even be seen. I waited the two weeks, the day comes and as I am getting ready, they call and flat out cancel my appointment because the prior appointment was running over. I am so disappointed with the inconsistency and as someone who works a lot, I cant just move my schedule for them. Thats the whole point of setting an appointment in the first place. Rude service too, never considering this place AGAIN.

I went into the round rock location to get a consultation on the cool sculpture as Im pretty fit as it is and just wanted some help with my love handles.The lady recommended the smart lipo and said I wouldnt be happy with the other. I was disappointed as I did NOT want a surgical procedure. I went into the other location where they perform the surgery for a consultation, and they said the same thing. Why would they advertize this non surgical procedure if it doesnt work?

Ive gotten two services at this location and I will keep going back. Elena is so welcoming and friendly, Nancy and Natalie are great at educating, explaining, and do an excellent job at executing a natural look.

I went to their Winter Holiday event today. The email they sent me said the goody bag was going to be amazing. So I RSVPd and got there early, 2:50. I bought over $100 worth of product and they handed me my goody bag. All it had in it was 4 foil samples of EltaMD sunscreen. Seriously! That is false advertising. Shame on you.I am revising my earlier review. I was quickly contacted and there was a mix up with the bags. Prior to this incident, I was always treated caringly and professionally. I will continue to be a customer.
